Car Si l’éducation à la citoyenneté est rattachée à un territoire national dans la mesure où est citoyenne toute personne disposant de droits et de devoirs attachés à une nationalité, à un État, à une histoire sociale et culturelle, l’éducation aux droits de l’homme se réfère quant à elle à un cadre normatif universel et déterritorialisé : sa mission est de cultiver le sentiment d’appartenance de chacun(e) à l’humanité, caractérisée par une dignité propre. Dans une démarche éducative, ce Manuel conjugue les deux dimensions, les interpé- nètre et les met en perspective. L’objectif est de permettre aux jeunes, avec l’aide de formateurs et d’animateurs, d’approfondir et de mettre en perspective leurs connaissances relatives aux valeurs de citoyenneté et aux principes de droits de l’homme, à travers un va-et vient constant entre l’idéal universel et le contexte politique, social, culturel et environnemental dans lequel ils se trouvent.Fruit de la collaboration entre l’UNESCO et le Ministère de la Culture et de l’Artisanat de Mauritanie, et bénéficiant du soutien de l’Agence espagnole pour la coopération internationale pour le développement (AECID), ce Manuel propose des pistes pour explorer et interroger les conditions d’exercice de la citoyenneté, ainsi que des problématiques sociétales émergeantes. تعليم المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان. دليل لشباب المغرب سنة النشر: 2015 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO Rabat | Conseil national des droits de l'homme (Morocco) Prepared by UNESCO, in collaboration with the Moroccan National Human Rights Council (CNDH) and the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), this manual aims to sensitize young Moroccan to the fundamental concepts of citizenship and human rights. This educational tool, which consists of 20 didactic cards that describe and explain Morocco national legislation on human rights, documents the human rights international conventions and instruments and puts them in perspective in the Moroccan legislative context. The manual also includes practical exercises adapted to a young audience.

دليل لفائدة المكونين و الوسطاء لإستعمال " دليل شباب تونس في تعلم الديمقراطية " سنة النشر: 2013 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO Rabat As part of its project to support education for democracy for young people in Tunisia, UNESCO has developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the National Commission for Education, Science and Culture, CAWTAR, IADH, CNIPRE and UNI, a handbook on democracy for young people in Tunisia.This handbook is composed of twenty factsheets illustrated with drawings by Plantu. It popularizes the standards and universal principles, as well as major international instruments that protect and emphasize the national legal framework, key issues and challenges and good practices in Tunisia. One of the comparative advantages of this module is the fact that it highlights local issues and ongoing legal reforms in Tunisia.The present handbook has been developed as a pedagogical tool to help adult intermediaries (teachers, social educators etc…) responsible for the training of young people in school and community settings. It provides a series of exercises and situations to facilitate the learning and acquisition of knowledge in the field of democracy.The contents of this guidebook develops an approach based on "the discovery by oneself" which offers to participants activities, exercises and situations that require the mobilization of resources and contents of the training handbook on democracy for young people in Tunisia.Its use requires flexibility and creativity on the part of the trainer to enrich and/ or adapt the proposed exercises. It is in the light of the training context, prior knowledge of the concerned learners, the level of engagement of participants and according to thematic representations, that the trainer designs the training content. 
الإعلام و دوره في التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع سنة النشر: 2018 المؤلف: Abdul Basit Howaidi | Iman Drake المؤلف المؤسسي: Hamma Lakhdar Eloued University هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى ال كشف عن "دور الإعلام في التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع"، و ذلك أن الإعلام وسيلة من وسائل التأثير الجماهيري التي لعبت دورا مهما في حياة المجتمعات الإنسانية ، تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و الذي يناسب طبيعة الموضوع، وقدرت عينة الدراسة ب66 أستاذا جامعيا من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية و الانسانية و التي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، كما تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان كأداة مهمة لجمع البيانات من الميدان و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : ان للإعلام و طريقة التغطية و طبيعة البرامج المقدمة ومحاولة فتح قنوات الاتصال بين المؤسسات الأمنية و الإعلام له دور كبير في نشر و تحقيق التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع.
