التنوع الثقافي والتعايش السلمي في الوطن العربي: التحديات الفكرية والسياسية سنة النشر: 2015 المؤلف: Osman Hassan المؤلف المؤسسي: Jil Research Center أصبحت مسألة التنوع الثقافي من المسائل المهمة في المجتمع العربي المعاصر. وقد شغلت الإشكاليات التي تثيرها مثل: "التعايش السلمي". "الوحدة في التنوع". "الاختلاف". "دولة المواطنة"... وغيرها: شغلت كثيرا من الكتاب. والمفكرين. والباحثين على مدى السنوات الماضية. وجزء كبير من تلك الجهود ركز اهتمامه في تدعيم قضايا التنوع الثقافي لبناء المجتمع من ناحية. وتعزيز علاقة الانتماء المشترك في الوطن الواحد من ناحية أخرى. وذلك بالنظر لما تثيره قضايا التنوع الثقافي من مطالب متناقضة على الحياة السياسية خلفت واقعاً مأساويا في جانب من التجربة العربية الحديثة والمعاصرة يقتضي المعالجة على مستوى الفكر والممارسة. لهذا نقول في ضوء التجربة المعيشة في المجتمعات العربية إن مسألة التعايش بين الثقافات. وأشكال التنوع. وما انبثق عنها من اشكاليات ليست ذات طبيعة ثقافية. وإنما هي مشكلة سياسة ومصالح مرتبطة بالبعض تزامنت مع متغيرات نمو الوعي بحقيقة الذات ومعرفة حقوقها المشروعة. كما إن التعايش يتحقق على أساس الحقوق والواجبات التي تكفلها الأنظمة والدساتير التي يضعها البشر. 
نختلف ويبقى الود-نموذج سنة النشر: 2015 المؤلف: Ahmad Al Shugairi المؤلف المؤسسي: Aram TV الفيديو يتحدث عن عمان كنموذج للتعايش بين المذاهب. حيث زار أحمد الشقيري عمان وصلى في مساجدها والتقى بالعمانيين، وسلط الضوء على التعايش بينهم. عمان حسب الفيديو أحد الدول التي نجحت في الانسجام بين مذاهبها الثلاث من غير مشاكل. 
ملف التنوع الثقافي و المواطنة المشتركة سنة النشر: 2008 المؤلف: BoAzza Binasher | Abdullah Alalawai المؤلف المؤسسي: Modern Times Magazine يستعرض هذا الملف المتكامل من مجلة الأزمنة الحديثة قضية المواطنة والتنوع الثقافي. حيث يستعرض الملف تساؤلات كثيرة حول موضوع المواطنة المشتركة. ويسهم الملف عموما في وضع سياسة ثقافية ديموقراطية تضمن قيم التضامن والسلام من أجل الحفاظ على المكتسبات الإنسانية. 
التعليم ودوره في تفعيل التربية التسامحية لتحقيق التعايش السلمي (مجلة حمورابي للدراسات; Vol. 1, No. 46) سنة النشر: 2023 المؤلف: Marwan Kadhim Wajar Al-Saedl المؤلف المؤسسي: Hammurabi Centre for Research and Strategic Studies إن تحقيق ثقافة التسامح ونشرها أصبح ضرورة للمجتمعات لسيادة قيم السلام، والإحسان، والتعايش مع الآخر، واحترام التنوع الفكري والثقافي داخل المجتمع الواحد، تعدُ التربية التسامحية وقيمها إطاراً مرجعياً وموجهاً للسلوك الطلابي، فنظام القيم لدى الأفراد يمثل معتقداتهم وسلوكياتهم وعواطفهم، فضلاً عن مواقفهم الاجتماعية والتفاعلية، أيضاً تشكل جزءاً من مفهوم الذات لديهم، يحاول البحث الحالي الاجابة عن السؤال الأتي" ما دور التعليم في تفعيل التربية التسامحية لتحقيق التعايش السلمي، كما يستهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأطار الفكري والنظري للتسامح، ايضاً معرفة الآثار التربوية المترتبة على تفعيل التربية التسامحية، وصولاً إلى تقديم رؤية عن دور التعليم في تفعيل التربية التسامحية لتحقيق التعايش السلمي، واعتمد البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الأنسب والأكثر ملاءمة لطبيعة البحث.

It is with great pride that UNESCO is commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Declaration. Their voices resound in bearing witness to the strength of cultural diversity and to its capacity to enlighten the minds of women and men. We are duty-bound to ensure that it is central to public policies and a resource for development and dialogue among nations. In accordance with that principle, UNESCO was established on a key idea, expressed at the very beginning of its Constitution: “... since wars begin in the minds of men, it is in the minds of men that the defences of peace must be constructed”. In the world today, globalized, connected and interdependent as never before, this mission is more vital than ever. The rapprochement of peoples and cultures requires a commensurately global awareness. Cultural diversity has always been at the heart of international relations. It is also, increasingly, a feature of the contemporary mixed and plural societies in which we live. In view of this reality, we must formulate appropriate public policies and rethink the mechanisms of social cohesion and civic participation. How can we build common ground on the basis of such diversity? How can we construct genuine moral and intellectual solidarity of humanity? Any new vision of humanism must be grounded itself in the dynamism and diversity of cultural heritage. It is a source of inspiration and knowledge to be shared and a means of broadening our horizons. The goal of the UNESCO Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity is to provide keys and benchmarks for capitalizing on this wealth. There can be no sustainable governance if cultural diversity is not acknowledged. There can be no economic and social development if specific features of every culture are belittled and ignored. المظاهر الثقافية في الديانتين المسيحية والإسلامية سنة النشر: 2011 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO Beirut | Université Saint Joseph de Beyrouth This book allows the readers the opportunity to know about the cultural aspects related to religions, mainly in Lebanon and the Near East, their meaning and their aim. This knowledge will help the reader, firstly, to grasp the meaning of these various aspects, whether they concern him directly or the people who live in the same country, with whom he shares common space and living. Secondly, the book contributes to the Lebanese understanding one another’s behaviors and their own behavior concerning these aspects. Therefore, the book also contributes to the Lebanese looking at one another with more trust before starting to criticize. This book includes chapters that cover most of the different cultural aspects in Christian and Islamic religions. The first chapter deals with time, passing through each month of the year and its days, in a chronological manner. The second chapter delves into religious occasions in the Christian then Islamic religions. It explains the meaning of Holidays and remembrances of God and their particular aspects as well as the religious reasons of each. This chapter includes a part about al-‘awliya’ and Saints who are mentioned in some of the Lebanese daily rituals. Chapter three delves into the individual’s life stages from birth to religious vows, to marriage and death. The aspects that go with these stages constitute an important part in the life of the Lebanese. This chapter details the aspects and traditions of all these stages in which people take part, thus creating a common ground in a multi-religious society. Chapter four deals with religious practices, acts of worship, and legal prescriptions. It describes them and deals with their spiritual meaning to individuals who express their faith when practicing them. Prayer, Mass, and Pilgrimage, among others, are religious practices that are detailed in a way to make the reader understand what they mean to those who perform them. Chapter five leads us into religious places and their meaning, from churches to mosques and monasteries, khalwat and husayniyyat, all of which have different and divergent meanings to visitors. Yet, they all show the importance given by man to the place when expressing his faith and his relation with the Creator. Chapter six takes us to religious habits and customs, such as the clothes worn by religious dignitaries, their symbolism and meaning. It also deals with some general habits and customs. The reader may find that some chapters overlap. In fact, we have tried to make each part related to the others yet independent from them. This method facilitates the reading and understanding of any subject on its own without the need to refer to prior or subsequent parts. Finally, those who had any – minor or major – contribution in this book – despite the lacks that some readers might see – hope that they have offered a useful work in the process of discovering others who are different and who hold rich traditions as well human and spiritual values. اجتماع دولي للخبراء: تعزيز الحوار بين الثقافات في الدول العربية؛ تقرير سنة النشر: 2012 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO Beirut Within the framework of the project “Fostering a Culture of Peace and Dialogue” an international meeting of experts on Fostering a Culture of Intercultural Dialogue in the Arab States took place in Beirut, Lebanon on 6 and 7 March 2012 at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Verdun. The meeting was organized by UNESCO Beirut Office in partnership with the Government of Saudi Arabia and the King Abdulaziz Center of National Dialogue and in collaboration with the Arab Thought Foundation. The 2 days event was a landmark meeting of 35 experts and professionals from more than 11 countries, representing a wide range of fields in conflict resolution, research and education, media and journalism. The meeting is the first activity of a series of regional activities and interventions to be organized within the framework of the UNESCO project “Fostering a Culture of Peace and Dialogue”.
