In this guide we aim to offer some keys to working against hate speech in and through the educational field, understanding that prevention is essential to ending it. En esta guía pretendemos ofrecer algunas claves para trabajar contra los discursos de odio en y a través del ámbito educativo, entendiendo que la prevención es fundamental para acabar con ellos. Para ello es necesario abordarlos directamente, como hacemos en el primer bloque; pero también a través de una educación intercultural que vaya eliminando los estereotipos y prejuicios, tal y como explicamos en el segundo bloque; y a través de actividades prácticas que exponemos en el último bloque. 
Covering Hate Speech: A Guide for Journalists سنة النشر: 2025 المؤلف: Cherian George المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO This guide is the first in a series of guides for journalists prepared jointly by the UNESCO Communication and Information and Education Sectors on covering hate speech and its different manifestations.This guide explains what may count as hate speech, the harms it may cause, the way it works, and how media gatekeepers and other actors can address it. Many debates around hate speech are about law and regulation. Understanding the law, especially international law, can help journalists when reporting incidents where speakers are accused of hate speech. It can also help them analyse whether existing laws, as written and as applied, comply with international human rights approaches for striking the right balance between freedom of expression and the right to dignity, equality and non-discrimination.

United Nations Strategy and Plan of Action on Hate Speech سنة النشر: 2019 المؤلف المؤسسي: United Nations (UN) In response to the alarming trend of rising hate speech around the world, Secretary-General António Guterres launched the United Nations Strategy and Plan of Action on Hate Speech, on 18 June 2019.Seeking to enhance the UN’s response to the global phenomenon of hate speech, this strategy is the outcome of close collaboration between 16 entities under the UN Working Group on Hate Speech and is coordinated by the United Nations Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide.The Strategy makes a firm commitment to step up coordinated action to tackle hate speech, both at global and national levels. Cette démarche part du constat qu’au cours des 75 dernières années, les discours de haine ont été annonciateurs des crimes atroces qui les ont suivis, génocide compris, comme au Rwanda, en Bosnie ou au Cambodge.La Stratégie et le Plan d’action des Nations Unies pour la lutte contre les discours de haine offrent au système des Nations Unies des orientations stratégiques pour lutter contre les discours de haine aux niveaux national et mondial.
