La violence en Milieu scolaire: Rapport Thématique سنة النشر: 2023 المؤلف المؤسسي: Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research (CSEFRS) | United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Ce rapport présente les résultats de l’évaluation de la violence en milieu scolaire réalisée par le Conseil Supérieur de l’Éducation, de la Formation et de la Recherche Scientifique à travers l’Instance Nationale d’Évaluation en partenariat avec l’UNICEF. Il met en évidence l’importance d’un environnement scolaire sûr et sans violence pour garantir une éducation de qualité. L’objectif principal de cette évaluation est d’apporter un diagnostic détaillé sur la situation de la violence en milieu scolaire au Maroc. Elle vise ainsi à en mesurer la prévalence et à identifier les différentes formes et manifestations de celle-ci, ainsi que les acteurs impliqués, en ciblant, non seulement les auteurs de violence, mais également les victimes parmi les élèves et le personnel éducatif. Cette évaluation repose sur les résultats d’une enquête quantitative réalisée à la fin du premier trimestre de l’année scolaire 2021-2022, auprès de 260 établissements représentatifs à l’échelle nationale, avec la participation de 13 884 élèves représentant les trois cycles de l’enseignement (primaire, secondaire collégial et qualifiant), ainsi qu’une enquête qualitative menée dans 27 établissements. العنف في الوسط المدرسي:تقرير موضوعاتي سنة النشر: 2023 المؤلف المؤسسي: Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research (CSEFRS) | United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) يقدم هذا التقرير نتائج تقييم العنف في الوسط المدرسي الذي أجراه المجلس الأعلى للتربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي، من خلال الهيئة الوطنية للتقييم، بشراكة مع منظمة اليونيسيف. ويسلط هذا التقرير الضوء على أهمية وجود بيئة مدرسية آمنة وخالية من العنف لضمان تعليم ذي جودة.الهدف الرئيسي لهذا التقييم يكمن في تقديم تشخيص مفصل لوضع العنـف في الوسط المدرسي في المغرب. وعليـه، تركــز الدراســة عـلـى قيــاس مــدى انتشــار هــذه الظاهــرة وتحديــد أشــكالها وتجلياتها المختلفة في الوســط المدرسي، وكــذا الفاعلـيـن المعنين بهــا، وهــي لا تســتهدف مرتكبــي العنــف فقــط، بــل أيضــا ضحايــاه مــن تلامذة وأطر تربوية.

Once it is reported, the investigation and courts often cause another trauma to children, while proceedings may take years. 中国基本医疗保险对儿童的保障 سنة النشر: 2023 المؤلف: 联合国儿童基金会驻华办事处 中国通过建立基本医疗保险制度基本实现了全民医保，参保率达96% 以上。然而，儿童特别是农村儿童、流动儿童和低收入家庭儿童在充分享受医保待遇方面仍面临着一些挑战。应进一步改革基本医疗保险制度，完善制度设计及经办管理，为每一名儿童提供更加公平、充分、高质量的医疗保障：改进城乡居民基本医疗保险参保政策，支持流动儿童在居住地参保，推进出生“一件事”一站式多证联办服务模式，简化医保参保登记等重要服务流程；改进基本医疗保险制度，以更好地支持有儿童的低收入家庭。例如，可结合家庭收入状况调整个人缴费水平，针对儿童群体扩大医保支付范围，提高报销比例，降低起付标准；完善儿童医药服务供给，建立儿童基本药品目录，根据儿童用药需求，扩大纳入基本医疗保险支付范围的儿科医疗服务和儿童用药，并提升相关服务水平；探索建立医疗保险“家庭联保”模式，通过整合城镇职工基本医疗保险与城乡居民基本医疗保险两项制度，提升包括儿童在内的非就业家属的医疗保障水平。

Britto | James Leckman | Paul Connolly | Siobhan Fitzpatrick | Pauline Walmsley By intervening early and engaging with children’s families, ECD services offer a unique opportunity to make a cost-effective and sustainable impact on interrupting cycles of poverty and violence. Given that efforts towards sustainable peace must encompass all sectors and address all societal levels, there is a crucial need for implementing “multi-level ECD services” that center on the whole child and engage his or her surrounding ecological context. These comprehensive ECD services can not only improve child development outcomes, but also strengthen competencies in caregivers, address stressors and conflict drivers in the community and build institutional capacities to reduce structural violence. The purpose of this background paper is to merge insights from both micro and macro-level perspectives to demonstrate how ECD services can be leveraged to sustainable peace and development. While peacebuilding experts have traditionally focused on macro-level strategies such as government reform or economic rehabilitation interventions, ECD practitioners have focused primarily on micro-level interventions of individual children and families without much exploration of how ECD services can be leveraged to mitigate risks of conflict and transform relationships across communities and regions.
