En la primera se da cuenta del estado de la creencia democrática en la región, recurriendo a evidencia de los estudios de opinión más importantes de la última década, de modo de ofrecer contexto y bases de significado amplios al análisis curricular, así como, más en general, al trabajo educativo en el área de ciudadanía. En la segunda sección se describe las características organizativas (o de estructura) de los currículos de los seis países y se presenta un esquema de categorías para el análisis comparado de los mismos. La sección siguiente describe y analiza los contenidos de los seis currículos examinados y su tratamiento de los valores, las instituciones y las relaciones de ciudadanía, en su dimensión cívica (política) y civil (convivencia). A partir de los hallazgos más importantes, la sección de cierre ofrece unas reflexiones orientadas al desarrollo curricular en el área.

Advancing Youth Rights: Participatory Approaches for Youth Policy Design سنة النشر: 2019 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO Inclusive and efficient youth policies are the cornerstone to building such environment. While no global binding framework exists, there is a growing international con¬sensus on principles for youth policy-making, rooted in the UN World Programme of Action for Youth adopted in 1995 and in the 1998 and 2019 Lisbon Declarations on Youth Policies and Programmes. Efficient youth policies require whole-of-society approaches to addressing youth issues, broad ownership and cross-sector engagement. They also necessitate meaningful engagement of youth in all their diversity – particularly those furthest behind: the most vulnerable and marginalized, the potentially or effectively radicalized, the ones engaging in violence and those suffering the scourge of conflict. Bien qu’il n’existe pas de cadre mondial contraignant, il y a un consensus international grandissant sur les principes de l’élaboration des politiques de jeunesse, enracinés dans le Programme d’action mondial des Nations Unies pour la jeunesse, adopté en 1995 et dans les Déclarations de Lisbonne de 1998 et 2019 sur les politiques et programmes en faveur de la jeunesse. Si bien no existe un marco vinculante a nivel mundial, existe un consenso internacional cada vez mayor en lo que respecta a los principios que deben guiar la formulación de políticas de juventud. Dicho consenso dimana del Programa de Acción Mundial de las Naciones Unidas para los Jóvenes, aprobado en 1995, y de las Declaraciones de Lisboa sobre Políticas y Programas relativos a la Juventud de 1998 y 2019. Para que las políticas públicas de juventud sean eficientes, los enfoques deben englobar a toda la sociedad para abordar los problemas de la juventud y contar con una colaboración intersectorial. También se requiere la verdadera participación e inclusión las juventudes en toda su diversidad incluyendo quienes que han quedado atrás: jóvenes en situación de vulnerabilidad, marginado/as, que podrían radicalizarse o ya lo han hecho, que cometen actos violentos y quienes sufren el flagelo de los conflictos.

The Saudi Woman Awareness about the Rights of the Housemaid سنة النشر: 2014 المؤلف: Haya Saleh Saud Al Harbi المؤلف المؤسسي: King Saud University The study aims to identify the extent of Saudi women's awareness of the physical, psychological, live and social rights of the domestic worker. The study reached an agreement that the worker should get a suitable room for accommodation and a healthy food, and treat her in the right way. The study gives a clear idea of the extent to which Saudi women understand the needs of the domestic worker. وعي المرأة السعودية بحقوق العاملة المنزلية سنة النشر: 2016 المؤلف: Haya Saleh Saud Al Harbi المؤلف المؤسسي: King Saud University تهدف الدراسة على التعرف على مدى وعي المرأة السعودية بحقوق العاملة المنزلية المادية والنفسية والحية والاجتماعية. توصلت الدراسة الى اتفاق بأن العاملة يجب أن تحصل على غرفة مناسبة للإقامة وعلى المأكل الصحي، ومعاملتها بالطريقة الصحيحة. الدراسة تعطى فكرة واضحة لمدى فهم المرأة السعودية لاحتياجات العاملة المنزلية.
