تقرير التنمية الإنسانية العربية للعام 2016: الشباب وآفاق التنمية واقع متغير سنة النشر: 2016 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNDP Arab States يتناول تقرير "التنمية الإنسانية العربية للعام 2016: الشباب وآفاق التنمية واقع متغير" بالدراسة التحديات والفرص التي تواجه الشباب في المنطقة العربية، وخاصة منذ عام 2011، ويسعى لتقديم لمحة عامة عن الشباب في المنطقة، ولتحفيز نقاش جاد يشارك فيه الشباب أنفسهم مع أهم الأطراف الأخرى في المجتمع حول حول مستقبل التنمية في المنطقة بالنظر إلى وضع الشباب ودورهم باعتبارهم قضية محورية في هذا الوقت بالذات.ينطلق التقرير من حقيقة أن جيلُ الشباب الحالي يمثل أكبرُ كتلة شبابيّة تشهدها المنطقة على مدى السنوات الخمسين الماضية، إذ يكون 30 في المئة من سكّانها الذين يبلغ عددُهم 370 مليونَ نسمة. وينبِّه التقرير إلى أن البلدان العربية تستطيع تحقيقَ طفرة حقيقية ومكاسب كبيرة في مجالي التنمية، وتعزيزَ الاستقرار، وتأمينَ هذه المكاسب على نحوٍ مستدام إذا تبنَّت سياساتٍ تُعطي الشبابَ حصةً يستحقونها في تشكيل مجتمعاتِهم وتَجعلهم محطَّ الاهتمام - سياسيًّا واجتماعيًّا واقتصاديًّا.ويدعو تقرير التنمية الإنسانية العربية 2016 دول المنطقة إلى الاستثمار في شبابها وتمكينهم من الانخراط في عمليات التنمية، كأولوية حاسمة وملحة في حد ذاتها وكشرط أساسي لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وتكتسب هذه الدعوة أهمية خاصة اليوم إذ تشرع كافة البلدان زمنها الدول العربية في إعداد خططها الوطنية لتنفيذ خطة 2030 للتنمية المستدامة. كما يدعو التقرير إلى تبني نموذجِ تنميةٍ ذي تَوجُّهٍ شبابي، يُركِّز في آن واحد على بناء قدرات الشباب وتوسيعِ الفرص المتاحةِ لهم، ويعتبر أن تحقيقَ السلام والأمن على الصعيدَين الوطنيِّ والإقليمي شرطًا أساسيًّا لمستقبلٍ جدير بالشباب. Arab Human Development Report 2016: Youth and Development Prospects سنة النشر: 2016 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNDP Arab States AHDR 2016 examines challenges and opportunities facing youth in the Arab region, especially since 2011, and seeks to provide an overview on youth in the region and stimulate a broad dialogue between youth and key stakeholders on the future of development in the region, focusing on the role of youth as critical partners at this very point in time.The point of departure of the report is the demographic fact that the current youth generation is the largest youth cohort this region has had over the past 50 years, making up 30% of its population of 370 million. The report argues that Arab countries can achieve a great leap forward in development, reinforce stability and secure such gains in a sustainable manner, if they adopt policies that give youth a stake in shaping their societies and put them at the centre—politically, socially and economically.The AHDR 2016 calls upon Arab countries to invest in their young people and empower them to engage in the development process as an urgent and critical priority in its own right and prerequisite to achieving sustainable development –a call that is particularly timely as Arab countries embark on formulating their plans to meet the goals of the Sustainable Development Agenda 2030. The report also calls for a youth-oriented development model that focuses simultaneously on building young people’s capabilities and expanding opportunities available to them, considering the achievement of peace and security at national and regional levels as a prerequisite for a future fit for youth. 
مبادئ حقوق الإنسان وفق الفهم الإسلامي و الأمريكي: دراسة موازية سنة النشر: 2012 المؤلف: Abdullah Mohammed Ali Malih المؤلف المؤسسي: Sharjah Police Headquarters. Police Research Center ر حقوق الإنسان من المواضيع الهامة في الشريعة الإسلامية ، والتي تناولها الكثير من الباحثين في كتاباتهم ، فالإسلام أرسى ضوابط فيما يتعلق باحترام وصيانة كرامة الإنسان وعدم المساس بها ، إلا أن هذا البحث جمع فيه الكاتب حقوق الإنسان في ميزان الشريعة بإيجاز ثم قارنها بوثيقة الحقوق للدستور الأمريكي الصادر عام 1791 لبيان عظمة الشريعة الإسلامية وسبقها سائر التشريعات الحديثة في الحث على احترام وصيانة كرامة الإنسان ، وإحاطتها بضمانات تكفل عدم المساس بحقوق الإنسان مهما كان لونه أو جنسه. ووزارة الداخلية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تبنت هذه الأسس وذلك من خلال القيم التي تبنتها في إطلاق الخطة الاستراتيجية 2011- 2013 من خلال القيمة الثانية والمتمثلة بالعدل وحقوق الإنسان ، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها إقرار الإسلام للإنسان الحق في محاكمة عادلة ، وأن يحميه من كل تسلط أو تعسف في تنفيذ الإجراءات ضده ، فلا يعذب وينتقص من عرضه أو قدره وهو ما نصت عليه وثيقة الدستور الأمريكية بالبند السادس والثامن. ولقد أكدت الدراسة أهمية مراعاة حقوق الإنسان الاجتماعية والسياسية والعقدية كحقه في الحياة وحق الحرية وحق المساواة وحق العدالة وحق الفرد في حماية خصوصياته وحق بناء الأسرة وحقوق الزوجة وحقوق الأبناء وحق الراعي وحق الفرد في محاكمة عادلة وحق الحماية من تعسف السلطة وحق الحماية من التعذيب وحق الفرد في حماية عرضه وسمعته وحق الفرد في اللجوء السياسي وحق الفرد في حرية الارتحال والإقامة والحقوق المترتبة للأقليات في المجتمعات الإسلامية وحق المشاركة في الحياة العامة وحق حرية التفكير والاعتقاد والتعبير وحق الحرية الدينية وحق الدعوى والبلاغ وحقوق الإنسان في الحرب وحق تقسيم الثروات بالعدل وحق حماية الملكية وحق العامل وواجبه وحق الفرد في كفايته من مقومات الحيا. Islam laid down controls with respect to the respect and preservation of human dignity and untouched.However, this research compiled the human rights in the balance of Sharia briefly and then compared it with the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution Issued in 1791 to demonstrate the greatness of Islamic law and preceded by all modern legislation in urging respect for and preservation of human dignity, and surrounded by guarantees to ensure that human rights, regardless of color or gender.The Ministry of Interior of the United Arab Emirates has adopted these principles through the values it adopted in launching the strategic plan 2011-2013 through the second value of justice and human rights, and the research concluded a set of results, including the recognition of Islam to the right to a fair trial, and protect it from all Dominating or arbitrary in the implementation of the proceedings against him, is not tortured and detract from his offer or ability, as stipulated in the US Constitution document section VI and VIII.The study emphasized the importance of observing social, political and ideological human rights such as the right to life, the right to liberty, the right to equality, the right to justice, the right to protect their privacy, the right to build a family, the rights of a wife, the rights of a child, the right of a shepherd, the right to a fair trial, the right to protection from arbitrary power, the right to protection from torture and the right to an individual.
