Pursuant to 192 EX/Decision 20 (III), the Director-General hereby submits the consolidated report on the implementation by Member States of the Recommendation.Purpose: This document reports on the results of the Fifth Consultation on the Implementation of the Recommendation concerning Education for International Understanding, Cooperation and Peace and Education relating to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (covering the period 2009-2012). The analysis was prepared on the basis of 55 national reports from Member States received by the Secretariat.

National Commission for UNESCO Ce Manuel, composé de 20 fiches thématiques, offre de manière inédite des connaissances sur les conventions et standards internationaux en matière de démocratie et de droits de l’homme, ainsi qu’une contextualisation aux cadres normatifs nationaux de la Mauritanie. Des questions clés, des exercices interactifs, et des références pour aller plus loin sont autant d’outils pédagogiques pour familiariser les jeunes avec des notions fondamentales, dans le cadre de l’éducation aussi formelle que non formelle. Car Si l’éducation à la citoyenneté est rattachée à un territoire national dans la mesure où est citoyenne toute personne disposant de droits et de devoirs attachés à une nationalité, à un État, à une histoire sociale et culturelle, l’éducation aux droits de l’homme se réfère quant à elle à un cadre normatif universel et déterritorialisé : sa mission est de cultiver le sentiment d’appartenance de chacun(e) à l’humanité, caractérisée par une dignité propre. Dans une démarche éducative, ce Manuel conjugue les deux dimensions, les interpé- nètre et les met en perspective. L’objectif est de permettre aux jeunes, avec l’aide de formateurs et d’animateurs, d’approfondir et de mettre en perspective leurs connaissances relatives aux valeurs de citoyenneté et aux principes de droits de l’homme, à travers un va-et vient constant entre l’idéal universel et le contexte politique, social, culturel et environnemental dans lequel ils se trouvent.Fruit de la collaboration entre l’UNESCO et le Ministère de la Culture et de l’Artisanat de Mauritanie, et bénéficiant du soutien de l’Agence espagnole pour la coopération internationale pour le développement (AECID), ce Manuel propose des pistes pour explorer et interroger les conditions d’exercice de la citoyenneté, ainsi que des problématiques sociétales émergeantes. من أجل التنمية المستدامة الأمم المتحدة للتعليم للنصف الثاني من العقد استراتيجية اليونسكو سنة النشر: 2010 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO The UNESCO Strategy for the Second Half of the United Nations (UN) Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (DESD) draws on the findings and lessons learnt from the first phase of the DESD monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process (as reflected in the 2009 DESD M&E report Learning for a Sustainable World: Review of Contexts and Structures for Education for Sustainable Development. It also builds on the UNESCO World Conference on ESD and the Bonn Declaration as well as on the outcomes of other key international ESD meetings. The Bonn Declaration gives particular emphasis to the importance of education for the global development agenda and underlines the essential contribution of ESD to shaping the purpose, content and quality of all education. The UNESCO strategy will be implemented in line with the International Implementation Scheme (IIS), which, along with the Bonn Declaration, will provide the global strategic framework for UNESCO and its DESD partners during the second half of the Decade. The Strategy takes into account key DESD regional challenges and opportunities. It is also shaped by the shared vision of education emerging from the four 2008-2009 UNESCO international education conferences: one of education systems that encourage equity and inclusion, quality learning, flexibility and innovation. While UNESCO puts highest emphasis on achieving Education for All (EFA), the Organization’s actions in education extend beyond this, to pay explicit attention to inclusion, social cohesion and social justice, to lifelong learning and to the crucial role of higher education and research. The overall goal of the UNESCO Strategy for the Second Half of the DESD is to support Member States and other stakeholders in addressing global sustainable development challenges at regional, national and global level through ESD, thus addressing the challenges of learning for bringing about a more sustainable world. 
مقرر التربية على المواطنة العالمية سنة النشر: 2019 هذا المقرر قام بوضعه مجموعة من الاساتذة بكلية التربية في جامعة السلطان قابوس، وقد جاء هذا المقرر كفكرة بالتعاون بين الجامعة ومكتب اليونسكو ببيروت وأيضا مركز أسيا والمحيط الهادي للتربية من أجل التعاون الدولي. ويهدف المقرر إلى تعريف الطالب بمفهوم المواطنة العالمية ومبادئها وخصائصها، وصفات المواطن العالمي وأدواره في تحقيق الاستقرار التنمية، كما يهدف المقرر إلى ترسيخ مبادئ التربية من أجل السلام والتسامح وقبول ألآخر وعلاقة المواطنة العالمية بحقوق الانسان وقيم العدالة والتماسك العالمي، ونظرة الإسلام إلى المسؤولية المجتمعية، ويهدف المقرر إلى إبراز دور المنظمات الدولية في صنع السياسات الدولية وتعزيز قيم المواطنة العالمية، ودور سلطنة عمان في إرساء مفاهيم الأمن والاستقرار العالمي والتعايش السلمي وتقبل الآخر والتصدي للفكر المتطرف. 
وثيقة مكة سنة النشر: 2019 المؤلف: Muslim World League وثيقة مكة هي وثيقة صادرة عن كبار علماء الامة الإسلامية وقد صدرت في مكة والتي تعتبر عاصمة الأمة الإسلامية وقد تم توقيعها في مكان قريب من البيت الحرام بمكة. وتنص الوثيقة على إرساء قيم التعايش وتحقيق السلام بين مكونات المجتمع الانساني، مما ينتج عنه عالم مستدام خالي من المشاكل. وتؤكد الوثيقة أن المسلمون هم جزء من العالم الأكبر بتفاعله الحضاري ويسعون للتواصل مع مكوناته المختلفة من أجل تحقيق صالح البشرية وتعزيز قيمها النبيلة، وبناء جسور المحبة والوئام الإنساني والتصدي لممارسات الظلم والصدام الحضاري ومسببات الكراهية. وتحتوي هذه الوثيقة على 29 مبدأ من مبادئ السلام ونبذ الكراهية والتفاهم الدولي. 
القضاء على التمييز العنصري والكراهية العنصرية والجرائم الناجمة عن الكراهية العنصرية في العالم سنة النشر: 2019 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO تؤكد الوثيقة أنأشكالالتمييز العنصري والتحريض على الكراهية العنصرية والجرائم الناجمة عن الكراهية العنصرية تمثلًﺗﻬديدالكلالشعوب واﻟﻤﺠتمع الدوليبرمتهطلب ُ. ومن هذا المنطلق، يمن المديرة العامة تعزيز مساهمة اليونسكو الجوهرية في مكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصريوكراهية الأجانبان دور ّوما يتعلق ﺑﻬا من تعصب، وموافاة اﻟﻤﺠلس التنفيذي، إبته العاشرة بعد المائتين، بمعلوماتعن التقدم المحرز في هذا الصدد.
