Feasibility study: establishment of an international centre for the promotion of human rights at the local and regional levels in Graz, Austria, under the auspices of UNESCO سنة النشر: 2017 المؤلف: Vandenhole, Wouter On 3 November 2016, the Government of the Republic of Austria requested (annexed to this report) the Director-General of UNESCO to initiate all necessary steps for the establishment of an International Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights at the Local and Regional Levels (hereafter: ‘the Centre’) in Graz (Styria, Austria) as a UNESCO Category 2 Centre, in application of the Integrated Comprehensive Strategy for Category 2 Institutes and Centres under the Auspices of UNESCO, adopted by the General Conference at its 37th session (res. 37 C/Resolution 93). This application stems from the long-standing commitment and efforts by the Government of the Republic of Austria, the Federal State of Styria and the City of Graz to further the implementation of human rights, both within the country and globally. The Centre will contribute, through research, capacity-building, information-sharing and international collaboration, to UNESCO programmes relating to Sustainable Development Goals 10, 11 and 16 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, as well as to urban inclusion-related commitments of the New Urban Agenda. As regards the latter, the Centre is equally expected to feed into the work of the International Coalition of Inclusive and Sustainable Cities – ICCAR and its European Chapter, as well as into UNESCO urban initiatives and platforms. 
الإعلام و دوره في التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع سنة النشر: 2018 المؤلف: Abdul Basit Howaidi | Iman Drake المؤلف المؤسسي: Hamma Lakhdar Eloued University هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى ال كشف عن "دور الإعلام في التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع"، و ذلك أن الإعلام وسيلة من وسائل التأثير الجماهيري التي لعبت دورا مهما في حياة المجتمعات الإنسانية ، تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و الذي يناسب طبيعة الموضوع، وقدرت عينة الدراسة ب66 أستاذا جامعيا من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية و الانسانية و التي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، كما تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان كأداة مهمة لجمع البيانات من الميدان و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : ان للإعلام و طريقة التغطية و طبيعة البرامج المقدمة ومحاولة فتح قنوات الاتصال بين المؤسسات الأمنية و الإعلام له دور كبير في نشر و تحقيق التوعية الأمنية داخل المجتمع. The media was one of the means of mass influence that played an important role in the life of human societies. The analytical descriptive method was used to suit the nature of the subject. A professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanity, which was randomly selected. The questionnaire was also used as an important tool for collecting data from the field. The study reached the following results: The media, the coverage, the nature of the programs presented, and the attempt to open channels of communication between the security institutions and the media have a great role in spreading and achieving security awareness within the community.

Mutation du cosmopolitisme à l’époque contemporaine : d’une définition de soi à la désignation d’un état du monde (Klesis Revue Philosophique; no. 38) سنة النشر: 2017 المؤلف: Louis Lourme المؤلف المؤسسي: Université Paul-Valéry Dans le langage ordinaire, on peut dire d’une rame de tramway ou d’une ville qu’elle est cosmopolite, cela ne fait évidemment pas référence à la même acception du terme « cosmopolitisme » que dans le fait de parler, par exemple, d’un projet d’institution cosmopolitique à l’échelle internationale. En effet, les usages du terme « cosmopolitisme » sont tellement variés, ils recouvrent tellement de sens différents, qu’on ne sait plus si des auteurs différents ont encore quelque chose en commun, à tel point qu’il faut peut-être même abandonner tout simplement l’idée que l’on puisse définir le cosmopolitisme de façon précise et univoque sous peine de réduire certaines philosophies ou certains usages à des caricatures pour les faire entrer dans des cadres définitionnels qui seraient de toute façon trop larges pour être pertinents – par exemple en se contentant de la tautologie « le cosmopolitisme désigne le fait de se sentir citoyen du monde » sans chercher à l’analyser. De fait, le concept de cosmopolitisme peut désigner plusieurs choses selon les auteurs et selon les contextes (une manière d’être, une réalité sociologique, un projet politique, une conception du monde, etc.), et cette multiplicité de significations doit être clarifiée. C’est l’un des objets de cet article. À partir de ce travail de clarification des différents types de cosmopolitismes, il doit être possible de réfléchir d’une part au besoin (et à la forme possible) d’une éducation au cosmopolitisme, et d’autre part à ses limites face à la réalité du monde contemporain qui a entrainé une mutation profonde du concept : la citoyenneté mondiale n’est plus essentiellement un objet éthique mais est devenue un objet politique.

عدم المساواة في التعليم بين الجنسين وأثرها على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر: دراسة تطبيقية للفترة (1980-2014) سنة النشر: 2017 المؤلف: Latifa Al-Sabti | Taleb Warrad المؤلف المؤسسي: University of Jordan تعاني أغلب الدول النامية من عدم المساواة بين الجنسين في التعليم، الصحة، فرص التشغيل، الأجور وفرص التمثيل والتمكين السياسي وغيرها، حيث وُجد أن هذه الأخيرة - حسب ما توصلت إليه أغلب الدراسات السابقة في هذا الموضوع-لها تأثير سلبي على النمو الاقتصادي، والذي يعد من الأهداف الاقتصادية المهمة على المستوى الكلي، ما دفع بالباحث إلى دراسة العلاقة بينهما في الجزائر.هدفت الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى اختبار أثر عدم المساواة في التعليم بين الجنسين على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، باستخدام بيانات سنوية تغطي الفترة من 1980 إلى 2014، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم نموذج قياسي يستند إلى النظريات الاقتصادية والدراسات العلمية المنشورة ومن ثم تطبيقه على الجزائر، كما تم استخدام اختبارات التحليل القياسي المناسبة، أما البيانات فتم الحصول عليها من موقع البنك الدولي (WB) وموقع منظمة اليونسكو.بينت نتائج التحليل القياسي وجود علاقة إيجابية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير عدم المساواة بين الجنسين في التعليم الثانوي والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر (ما يعني أن هناك مساواة بين الذكور والإناث في الالتحاق بالتعليم الثانوي)، ووجود علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير عدم المساواة بين الجنسين في التعليم الابتدائي والنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر (ما يعني أنه ليس هناك مساواة بين الذكور والإناث في الالتحاق بالتعليم الابتدائي)، كما بينت وجود علاقة طردية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كل من الانفتاح التجاري، رأس المال وعكسية بين عرض العمل وبين النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر.أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على القضاء على مسببات عدم المساواة في التعليم بين الجنسين في الجزائر أو على الأقل التقليل منها قدر الإمكان لما لها من أثر سلبي على النمو الاقتصادي، وذلك عن طريق دعم المنظومة التعليمية من بناء مدارس جديدة بالمناطق الريفية والنائية، تعبيد الطرقات لتسهيل وصول التلاميذ بأمان إلى المدارس، تجهيز المدارس بالوسائل اللازمة لإتمام العملية التعليمية على أكمل وجه، نشر الوعي عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة بأهمية تعليم الإناث، سن تشريعات بإجبارية تعليم الإناث، تشجيع الطلب على الإناث في سوق العمل كمحاولة لرفع معدل إقبالهن على التعليم باعتباره محددا أساسيا للحصول على وظيفة جيدة.
