A World at Peace سنة النشر: 2022 المؤلف المؤسسي: Entreculturas A world in peace is part of “A world in your hands”, Entreculturas’ pedagogical proposal to educate in global citizenship. With it we aim to contribute to the training of people capable of exercising active and committed citizenship, of transforming their environment and of assuming as their own the global challenges of our time such as the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. In this publication we collect proposals to work on the culture of peace and develop knowledge, values and social and civic skills that allow people who work on them to actively commit to coexistence, conflict resolution and the creation of a culture of peace in their environments and at a global level. The pandemic has only served to prove our fragility and our interconnectedness. Now urgent action, taken together, is needed to change course and reimagine our futures. This report by the International Commission on the Futures of Education acknowledges the power of education to bring about profound change. We face a dual challenge of making good on the unfulfilled promise to ensure the right to quality education for every child, youth and adult and fully realizing the transformational potential of education as a route for sustainable collective futures. To do this, we need a new social contract for education that can repair injustices while transforming the future.This new social contract must be grounded in human rights and based on principles of non-discrimination, social justice, respect for life, human dignity and cultural diversity. It must encompass an ethic of care, reciprocity, and solidarity. It must strengthen education as a public endeavour and a common good.This report, two years in the making and informed by a global consultation process engaging around one million people, invites governments, institutions, organizations and citizens around the world to forge a new social contract for education that will help us build peaceful, just, and sustainable futures for all.The visions, principles, and proposals presented here are merely a starting point. Translating and contextualizing them is a collective effort. Many bright spots already exist. This report attempts to capture and build on them. It is neither a manual nor a blueprint but the opening up of a vital conversation.

La pandemia solo ha servido para demostrar nuestra fragilidad y nuestra interconexión. Ahora es necesario actuar urgentemente, de forma conjunta, para cambiar el rumbo y reimaginar nuestros futuros. Este informe de la Comisión Internacional sobre los Futuros de la Educación reconoce el poder de la educación para provocar un cambio profundo. En un conjunto de trece módulos, docentes de periodismo reciben un plan de estudios integral. Cubre todos los aspectos necesarios para capacitar en el análisis, la investigación, la presentación, el marketing y la ética de cubrir la migración. El manual es único, ya que comprende resultados de los estudios de comunicación, así como las ciencias políticas y sociales. Ha sido desarrollado por un grupo internacional e intercultural de investigadores de medios, educadores de medios y profesionales mediáticos.Las y los profesores de Periodismo podrán poner en marcha un nuevo plan de estudios. Guidelines for the governance of digital platforms: safeguarding freedom of expression and access to information through a multi-stakeholder approach سنة النشر: 2023 المؤلف المؤسسي: UNESCO Guidelines for an Internet for TrustSafeguarding freedom of expression and the right to information while dealing with dis- and misinformation, hate speech, and conspiracy theories requires a multistakeholder approach. This is the reason why UNESCO, the leading UN agency for the promotion and protection of freedom of expression and to information, is launching Guidelines for the Governance of Digital Platforms. The Guidelines outline a set of duties, responsibilities and roles for States, digital platforms, intergovernmental organizations, civil society, media, academia, the technical community and other stakeholders to enable the environment where freedom of expression and information are in the core of digital platforms governance processes. The Guidelines were produced through a multi-stakeholder consultation that gathered more than 10,000 comments from 134 countries. These global-scale consultations fostered inclusive participation, ensuring a diversity of voices to be heard, including those from groups in situation of marginalization and vulnerability. Cultivating an Internet of Trust is a shared responsibility among all stakeholders. It calls upon us all to sustain an enabling environment for freedom of expression and the right to information. 
How to Prevent Hate Speech? سنة النشر: 2022 المؤلف: Adrián Vives المؤلف المؤسسي: Assembly of Cooperation for Peace The guide “How to prevent hate speech?” is aimed at teaching staff and aims to serve as a support document for working to eradicate hate speech in and through the classroom. In this guide we aim to offer some keys to working against hate speech in and through the educational field, understanding that prevention is essential to ending it. To do so, it is necessary to address it directly, as we do in the first block; but also through intercultural education that eliminates stereotypes and prejudices, as we explain in the second block; and through practical activities that we present in the last block.
