This article reflects the issues of violence in Kyrgyzstan against women, violation of their constitutional rights. Persistent traditions, customs of the Kyrgyz people and religious custom that restrict the rights of women in Kyrgyzstan, which hinder independent decision-making in a particular area. Also reflects the measures of influence and ways of solving, eliminating the problem from the state.
