Ministry of Social Dvelopment The document is a national strategy for the State of Bahrain with regard to the rights of persons with disabilities. This document is based on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, ratified by the Kingdom of Bahrain. This strategy comes in seven axes: legislation, health, rehabilitation, inclusive education, economic empowerment, social empowerment, and the media.

The media was one of the means of mass influence that played an important role in the life of human societies. The analytical descriptive method was used to suit the nature of the subject. A professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanity, which was randomly selected. The questionnaire was also used as an important tool for collecting data from the field. The study reached the following results: The media, the coverage, the nature of the programs presented, and the attempt to open channels of communication between the security institutions and the media have a great role in spreading and achieving security awareness within the community.

Civic skills include the intellectual skills needed to understand, explain, compare, and evaluate principles and practices of government and citizenship. They also include participatory skills that enable citizens to monitor and influence public policies. Civic virtues include the traits of character, dispositions, and commitments necessary for the preservation and improvement of democratic governance and citizenship. Examples of civic virtues are respect for the worth and dignity of each person, civility, integrity, self-discipline, tolerance, and compassion. Commitments include a dedication to human rights, the common good, equality and the rule of law.
