Home to more than half of the region’s population, Arab cities have transformed into heterogeneous spaces that host diverse identities, cultures, and ethnicities. In order for this transformation to lead to prosperity, city officials must adopt a rights-based, human-centred approach, and implement inclusive policies and measures that provide equal opportunities for all.In this context, the Toolkit for Urban Inclusion in Arab Cities provides Arab city leaders and local government officials with practical tools and advice to guide their efforts towards establishing inclusive and sustainable cities. The Toolkit is based on the real experiences and practices of cities members of the Coalition of Arab Cities against Racism, Discrimination, Xenophobia and Intolerance in planning, implementing and evaluating programs and projects that promote urban inclusion and combat exclusion in all its forms.The Toolkit focuses on four topics of high priority to the Arab Coalition member cities: public participation, access to information, sport for youth inclusion, and citizenship and human rights education. Une combinaison de nombreux facteurs a transformé la majorité des villes arabes en lieux de brassage où abondent les identités, les cultures et les ethnies variées. Ces transformations peuvent contribuer à la réalisation de la prospérité sociale, à condition que les responsables des villes adoptent un programme législatif centré sur les droits de l’homme, et qu’ils mettent en œuvre des politiques et des dispositions susceptibles de réaliser l’inclusion de manière à assurer l’égalité des chances à tous leurs habitants. Dans ce contexte, le Manuel des villes arabes pour l’inclusion urbaine propose un ensemble d’outils et de conseils pratiques susceptibles de servir de guide aux édiles des villes arabes et aux responsables des gouvernements locaux dans leur quête pour la mise en place de villes inclusives et durables. Le Manuel prend pour base les acquis et expériences de la Coalition des villes arabes contre le racisme, la discrimination, la xénophobie et l’intolérance dans la planification, la réalisation et l’évaluation de programmes et de projets pour favoriser l’inclusion sociale et pour s’opposer à l’exclusion sous toutes ses formes. Education for Sustainable Development Guidance: Executive Summary Year of publication: 2021 Corporate author: Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA) | Advance HE How was the guidance developed?In March 2021, QAA and Advance HE launched revised guidance intended to help UK higher education institutions incorporate ESD within their curricula, following on from the first edition in 2014.QAA and Advance HE brought together a group of experts representing academic, business and student communities, with the aim of supporting all students to acquire the skills necessary to develop values and take actions to transition society towards a sustainable future. The guidance gives advice and support on curriculum design, as well as teaching, learning and assessment approaches.Who is the guidance for?This guidance is primarily aimed at staff involved in curriculum design and course management and delivery, to support them in designing ESD into their courses. However, it is also likely to be of value to senior management teams, those with responsibility for quality assurance and enhancement, and staff involved in directing teaching and learning. It may also prove useful to staff responsible for extracurricular activities.How to access the guidanceAn Executive Summary provides an overview of the content, with the full guidance available for any staff member or student at a QAA Member institution on our Membership Resources Site. Each one of these areas is accompanied by didactic tools that allow to deepen into the contents that are based on fundamental theoretical and practical elements, which could be useful in the pedagogical process leaded by the participants of the project. 
World programme for human rights education: second phase; plan of action Year of publication: 2012 Corporate author: UN Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights According to Human Rights Council resolution 12/4, the second phase of the World Programme (2010–2014) will focus “on human rights education for higher education and on human rights training programmes for teachers and educators, civil servants, law enforcement officials and military personnel at all levels” and “Member States should also continue the implementation of human rights education in primary and secondary school systems”. The plan of action focuses on human rights education in two broadly defined sectors, i.e. higher education and training for civil servants, law enforcement officials and the military.

According to estimates of human rights activists, only one case of 10 goes reported to law enforcement bodies at best. Once it is reported, the investigation and courts often cause another trauma to children, while proceedings may take years.

I summarize it as follows:Islam honored the humanity of man, so he raised it to the highest ranks and did not differentiate between it between a man and a woman. Rather, he made a man (a man and a woman) the most important thing in this universe. Human dignity, and Islam. A man and a woman are obligated to learn and understand everything and agree in religion and science, and commit them to peaceful jihad to spread the supreme belief and meanings both in the field in which he can work.It was clear from the previous presentation that the increased participation of women in political work is a pivotal factor for the advancement of gender equality and women's empowerment, as women participate in political action.And that all areas of political work are legally permissible to be assumed by whoever is her family, man or woman, just as the view of Islam for women is derived from the view of Islam for the honorable man, so there is no distinction or difference, and the provisions of the Sharia in which equality and justice are established and the origin is equal for women and men in the origin of creation and costs Legitimacy, and what is different between them is an exception to the original, and what was an exception, it is not correct to measure it.Finally, what is right in this research is from God Almighty, and all the defects and shortcomings in it are from myself and from Satan, and I cannot conclude this humble research except that Ahmed is the Most High, praise be to God, Lord of knowledge and prayer and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and from his family to the Day of Judgment. حقوق المرآة السياسية في الإسلام ودورها في المجال السياسي Year of publication: 2020 Author: Hussein Zubair Thalj Al-Fahdawi | Mayada Ali Abdel Nabi Karim الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات وتجبر العثرات وتنال المكرمات وصلى الله على البشير النذير والسراج المنير وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين . وقد كان من توفيق الله تعالى لي أن توصلت من خلال دراستي هذه إلى بعض النتائج أوجزها فيما يلي: كرم الإسلام إنسانية الإنسان فرفعها الى اسمى الدرجات ولم يفرق فيها بين الرجل والمرأة، ب ل جعل الانسان )رجلا وامرأة( اهم ما في هذا الكون، ولما كانت المرأة نصف المجتمع البشري وهي الأم والأخت والزوجة والبنت، فمن الطبيعي ان تشارك الرجل مشاركة كاملة في كل مظاهر الكرامة الإنسانية، والإسلام الزم الرجل والمرأة ان يتعلما وان يتفهما كل شيء ويتفقها في الدين والعلم، والزمهما بالجهاد السلمي لنشر العقيدة والمعاني السامية كلا في الحقل الذي يستطيع العمل فيه . اتضح من العرض السابق أن المشاركة المتزايدة للنساء في العمل السياسي تمثل عاملا محوريا لارتقاء بالمساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة، فالمرأة المشاركة في العمل السياسي . وأن مجالات العمل السياسي كافة يباح شرعا أن يتولاها من هو أهل لها رجلا كان أو امرأة، كما إن نظرة الإسلام للمرأة منبثقة من نظرة الإسلام للإنسان المكرم فلا تمايز ولا اختلاف، وأحكام الشريعة تقرر فيها المساواة وتحقيق العدالة والأصل هو تساوي المرأة والرجل في أصل الخلقة والتكاليف الشرعية، وما اختلف بينهما هو استثناء للأصل، وما كان استثناء فإنه لا يصح القياس علي ه .وأخيرا إنَّ ما في هذه البحث من صواب؛ فهو من الله عز وجل، وإنَّ كل ما فيها من خلل وقصور؛ فهو من نفسي ومن الشيطان، ولا يسعني في ختام هذه البح ث المتواضع إلا أن أحمد الله تعالى؛ فالحمد لله رب العلمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آلهِ وصحبه ومن والاه إلى يوم الدين
