التربية على التسامح وتجسيد ثقافة العيش المشترك من التسامح إلى التعايش Year of publication: 2022 Corporate author: Democratic Arab Center حظى مفهوم التسامح باهتمام كبير في ضوء المتغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة من أجل ضمان استقرار المجتمع، وتعايش أفراده في وئام وسلام بالإضافة إلى أهميته على مستوى العلاقات بين الدول وبعضها. التسامح قيمة إنسانية ذات طابع عالمي، ولقد ظهر مفهوم التسامح من حاجة المجتمعات الغارقة في الحروب والاقتتال الأهلي، وهو أعطى تقدما باهرا للمجتمعات والمؤسسات في الغرب، وحرّر الإنسـان من قيود الخوف، لقد أرسى مفهوم التسامح قوانين أكثر إنسانية، وفرض على الـدول أنماطا جديدة مـن التفكير وإعمال العقل لاستنباط مخارج تجنب البشرية العنف والتعصب، وقـد التزمت الأمـم المتحدة بتدعيم التسامح من خلال تعزيز التفاهم المتبادل بين الثقافات والشعوب . وقد تنبهت منظمة اليونسكو للتربية والثقافة والعلـوم التابعة للأمم المتحدة، إلى موضوع ثقافة التسامح فأصدرت في السادس عشر من تشرين الثاني لعام 1995، إعلاناً يتضمـن الـمبـادئ الأساسية للتسامح كثقافة تربوية ونفسية و اجتماعية. وقـد أصبح هذا اليوم ومنذ المؤتمر العام لليونسكو في دورته الثامنة والعشرين، يوماً عالمياً للتسامح Tolerance Education and the Embodiment of Coexistence Culture: From Tolerance to Coexistence Year of publication: 2022 Corporate author: Democratic Arab Center The concept of tolerance has received great attention in light of contemporary societal changes in order to ensure the stability of society and the coexistence of its members in harmony and peace, in addition to its importance at the level of relations between countries.Tolerance is a human value of a universal nature. The concept of tolerance emerged from the need of societies mired in war and civil strife. It gave remarkable progress to societies and institutions in the West, and liberated people from the shackles of fear. The concept of tolerance established more humane laws and imposed on countries new patterns of thinking. And using reason to devise ways to avoid violence and intolerance for humanity. The United Nations has committed to strengthening tolerance by promoting mutual understanding between cultures and peoples.The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNESCO, became aware of the issue of the culture of tolerance and issued, on November 16, 1995, a declaration containing the basic principles of tolerance as an educational, psychological and social culture. Since the twenty-eighth session of the UNESCO General Conference, this day has become an international day for tolerance. 
حقوق الإنسان وحل النزاعات من منظور عملي: الجامعات الفلسطينية نموذجا (ورقة مفاهيمية) Year of publication: 2023 Author: Rashad Twam Corporate author: Palestinian Jurists Association ما انفكت الجامعات الفلسطينية تشهد بين الحين والآخر، حالات نزاع، كثيرا منها ما تسببت بتعطيل العملية التعليمية. وفيما بعض تلك النزاعات نفذت من خارج أسوار الجامعة، كامتداد لحالات عنف مجتمعية، فبعضها الآخر بالعكس، مصدرها داخل الجامعة، وكادت أن تمتد إلى خارج حرمها، مهددة السلم الأهلي. تعرض هذه الورقة المفاهيمية لهذا الإشكال، فتتناول أشكال تلك النزاعات خلال السنوات الخمسة الماضية (2018-2022)، والمتدخلين في حل هذا النزاعات، ضمن مقاربة التمييز بين منطلقات وأساليب عمل كل من فئة المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان وفئة ممارسي حل النزاعات، وذلك بالتركيز على تجربة جامعة بيرزيت كحالة دراسية. Human Rights and Conflict Resolution: Palestinian Universities as a Case Study (Conceptual Paper) Year of publication: 2023 Author: Rashad Twam Corporate author: Palestinian Jurists Association Palestinian universities have consistently witnessed occasional conflicts, many of which have resulted in disrupting the educational process. While some of these conflicts originated outside the university walls, as an extension of societal violence, others stemmed from within the university itself, posing a threat to civil peace. This conceptual paper addresses this issue by examining the various forms of these conflicts over the past five years (2018-2022) and the stakeholders involved in resolving them. It adopts a differentiated approach between the perspectives and methodologies of human rights advocates and conflict resolution practitioners, with a focus on the case study of Birzeit University. 
الاستراتيجيات التعليمية لتعلم مهارات حل النزاعات في المدرسة (مجلة المستنصرية للعلوم الإنسانية؛ Vol. 1-1، العدد الخاص) Year of publication: 2023 Author: Haider Kareem Sukar Corporate author: Mustansiriyah University تعد المدرسة إحدى أدوات المجتمع التي تحقق أهدافه التربوية من خلال جميع العادات السلوكية التي تؤمن للتلاميذ النمو السليم والمتكامل الى جانب الإعداد والتكيف للمستقبل بعد الحصول على النجاح والانخراط في مؤسسات الدولة او مزاولة النشاط الاقتصادي ويتعدى الأمر الى أكثر من ذلك في كثير من الأحيان بحيث يتشكل من خلال التعليم ابرز ملامح المجتمع وتتحدد مكانته في السلم الحضاري، لذا على المدرسة تحقيق جميع ذلك من خلال وسائل وفلسفة تربوية قائمة على أسس معرفية تقوم الجهات التربوية المختصة بتحديدها. وقد يسعى الابناء المراهقون نحو مزيد من الحرية والسلطة والتحرر الكامل فيما بعد من سلطة الوالدين والاخرين الممثلة بالمدرسة كونها البيئة الاوسع بعد الاسرة التي تحتضن الشخص، لذا نرى هؤلاء الابناء يقومون باعمال مثل الاساءة للغير وخرق النظام والقانون والغلظة في التعامل مع غيرهم او الوقاحة في تصرفهم معهم، وقد يرتكبون اخطاء ويسيئون التصرف عن عمد على الرغم من انهم يعرفون الصواب وقادرون على التصرف الحسن. لهذا فقد ادى تزايد مظاهر العنف والخلاف والنزاع في المدارس الى ازدياد اهتمام المربين على اختلاف مراكزهم لعملية تعلم وتعليم التلاميذ لمفاهيم حقوق الانسان واتجاهات التسامح بعامة ومهارات حل الخلافات والنزاعات باساليب وطرائق بناءة وايجابية. In the civilizational scale, so the school must achieve all means of education and an educational philosophy based on foundations with educational entertainment Adolescent children may seek more freedom, power, and complete liberation later on from the authority of parents and others represented by the school, as it is the broader environment after the family that embraces the person, so we see these children doing actions such as abuse of others, violation of order and law, harshness in dealing with others, or rudeness in their behavior with them They may make mistakes and misbehave on purpose even though they know what is right and are able to act well. Therefore, the increasing manifestations of violence, disagreement and conflict in schools have led to an increase in the interest of educators of all positions in the process of learning and teaching students the concepts of human rights and the attitudes of tolerance in general and the skills of resolving differences and conflicts in constructive and positive ways and means.

Ministry of Education تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهمية الإرشاد النفسي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأسرهم والتحديات التي تواجههم ودور المرشد النفسي في إرشادهم من خلال الأدبيات والدراسات في هذا المجال ما بين (2015 - 2022). وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة موضوع البحث. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة تختلف حاجاتهم الإرشادية من حيث تقبل الإعاقة والاضطرابات التي تنشأ بسبب الإعاقة ودمجهم مع المجتمع وما ينشأ عن ذلك من تحديات تحتاج للتدخل الإرشادي مما يزيد من أهمية الإرشاد النفسي لعينة الدراسة ودور المرشد النفسي لهذه الفئة الإلمام بالمعلومات المتعلقة بالإعاقة، ومساعدتهم على التعرف على طبيعة إعاقته وعلاجها ومآلها، والمساعدة في حل مشكلاته النفسية والاجتماعية والأسرية والدراسية سواء على مستوى الفرد أو أسرته. كما تمّ تقديم توصيات مرتبطة بنتائج الدراسة. Ministry of Education The study aims to identify the importance of psychological counseling for people with special needs and their families and the challenges facing them and the role of the psychological counselor in guiding them, through literature and studies in this field between (2015–2022). The study concluded that people with special needs have different guiding needs in terms of accepting disability and disorders that arise due to disability and integrating them with society and the resulting challenges that require guidance intervention, which increases the importance of psychological guidance for the study sample and the role of the psychological guide for this group to be familiar with information related to disability, help them to identify the nature of his disability, treatment and fate, and help solve his psychological, social, family and study problems, whether at the level of the individual or his family. Recommendations related to the results of the study were also made. 
الأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم أو المنفصلين عنهم في منطقة الشرق الأوسط Year of publication: 2024 Author: Pierre Cazenave Corporate author: International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) | European Union (EU) قد صمم هذا العمل لتسليط الضوء على الديناميات السابقة والحالية التي تؤثر على الهجرة الدولية (من المنطقة وداخلها)، وجمع وجهات النظر وتحليل سرد الأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم أو المنفصلين عنهم في محاولة لفهم الأسباب التي تدعم تنقل والأطفال غير المصحوبين بذويهم أو المنفصلين عنهم من المنطقة وداخلها، وذلك أي ًضا بهدف تقديم توصيات بشأن كيفية توفير احتياجاتهم المحددة على نحو أفضل في سياقات مختلفة. ركزت الدراسة بشكل خاص على ٣ بلدان مختارة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا (المغرب والأردن ولبنان) بينما تم استخدام المعلومات والبيانات القيمة التي تم جمعها في بلدين من بلدان الاتحاد الأوروبي (الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وهما اليونان وإسبانيا. Unaccompanied and Separated Children in the Mediterranean Region Year of publication: 2024 Author: Pierre Cazenave Corporate author: International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) | European Union (EU) This work was designed to shed light on past and current dynamics that influence international migration (from and within the region), gather the perspectives and analyse the narratives of Unaccompanied and Separated Children (UASC) in an attempt to understand the reasons that underpin the mobility of unaccompanied and separated children from and within the region, also with a view to provide recommendations on how to better provide for their specific needs in different contexts. The study placed a special emphasis on 3 selected countries in the MENA region (Morocco, Jordan and Lebanon) while valuable information and data gathered in 2 European Union (EU) countries, Greece and Spain, were also used.
