Des questions clés, des exercices interactifs, et des références pour aller plus loin sont autant d’outils pédagogiques pour familiariser les jeunes avec des notions fondamentales, dans le cadre de l’éducation aussi formelle que non formelle. Car Si l’éducation à la citoyenneté est rattachée à un territoire national dans la mesure où est citoyenne toute personne disposant de droits et de devoirs attachés à une nationalité, à un État, à une histoire sociale et culturelle, l’éducation aux droits de l’homme se réfère quant à elle à un cadre normatif universel et déterritorialisé : sa mission est de cultiver le sentiment d’appartenance de chacun(e) à l’humanité, caractérisée par une dignité propre. Dans une démarche éducative, ce Manuel conjugue les deux dimensions, les interpé- nètre et les met en perspective. Draft Text of the Revised 1974 Recommendation Concerning Education for International Understanding, Co-Operation and Peace and Education Relating to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms Year of publication: 2023 Corporate author: UNESCO In accordance with the UNESCO Constitution and the Rules of Procedure concerning Recommendations to Member States and international conventions covered by the terms of Article IV, paragraph 4, of the Constitution, the draft text of the revised Recommendation concerning education for international understanding, co-operation and peace and education relating to human rights and fundamental freedoms, and the related preliminary report, were sent to UNESCO Member States through the circular letter CL/4401 (September 2022) for their written commentsand observations. On the basis of their comments, a second draft of the text was prepared. In circular letter CL/4433 (April 2023), the second draft together with the Definitive Report were submitted to Member States. The Special Committee meeting of experts designated by Member States took place from 30 May to 2 June 2023, as per the circular letter CL/4417 (November 2022), and from 10 to 12 July 2023, as per circular letter CL/4442 (June 2023). Transformar la educación y formación técnica y profesional (EFTP) para transiciones exitosas y justas: Estrategia de la UNESCO 2022-2029 Year of publication: 2022 Corporate author: UNESCO Esta estrategia que abarca del 2022 al 2029, guía a la UNESCO para promover el desarrollo de competencias para el empoderamiento, empleo productivo y trabajo decente, y facilitar la transición hacia economías y sociedades más digitales, verdes e inclusivas. En línea con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, la Agenda Educación 2030, y las recomendaciones de la Cumbre sobre la Transformación de la Educación, la UNESCO apoyará la transformación de la educación y formación técnica y profesional en todos los Estados Miembros y trabajara con socios bilaterales y multilaterales, instituciones, gobiernos, el sector privado y educadores de todo el mundo para posicionar a la EFTP como máxima prioridad en la agenda educativa.
