Dilemmas in Teaching Human Rights and Democracy between the Current Reality and the Difficulties in Seeking to Spread a Culture of Human Rights Year of publication: 2014 Author: العبيدي، أنسام فائق عبد الرزاق Corporate author: University of Baghdad In the age of information and communication revolution, education as one of life aspects has influenced with that revolution by integrating technology in education, which have become as an important learning tools of the whole educational process . Technology, when used appropriately, can help make science classroom a site of active learning and critical thinking, furthering student inquiry and connections with different materials. It is necessary to develop human rights education programs and materials for discretionary and extracurricular activities as it provide them with the skills and tools so that they are empowered to take action to realize their rights. Human rights education is a critical means of instilling the knowledge skills, attitudes and values that can foster a culture of human rights, improving a shared language around the world of equality, non-discrimination, inclusion respect, dignity and participation that is crucial to the goal of achieving a more peaceful and just global society.

The Course: Peacebuilding in Conflict Societies Decision Year of publication: 2022 Author: Omer Omran Corporate author: Baghdad University The course deals with the foundations, components, and mechanisms of the peace-building process in conflict societies with an analytical approach. A scientific framework through researching what are the mechanisms that enable a local or national response to the peace-building process and community rehabilitation for conflict societies is introduced. The course also talks about the continuous guidance to face the challenges posed by internal conflicts in the course of human existence first, progress and development and the establishment of the modernization project and national stability secondly. 
اتجاهات المعلمين نحو دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مع الطلبة العاديين (علم النفس ، العدد 27). Year of publication: 2018 Author: Ahmed Ismail Corporate author: Algeria. Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة اتجاهات واراء معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية حول دمج الأطفال ذوي الأحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس الابتدائية في مديرية تربية بغداد ـ الكرخ / 2 حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلما ومعلمة ، وقد استخدمت الدراسة اداة الاستبانة والتي شملت (30) فقرة ، و كانت تدرس الهدف الأول هو اتجاهات المعلمين نحو دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس الاعتيادية وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان المعلمين كانت لديهم إتجاهات نحو الدمج ، كما أظهرت دلالة الفروق في اتجاهات المعلمين نحو الدمج على وفق متغيري الجنس (ذكور ، إناث ) و سنوات الخدمة (15 سنة فأقل ) و ( 16 سنة فأكثر ) الى وجود فروق تعزى لجنس الأناث في الاتجاه نحو الدمج، كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق تعزى لسنوات الخبرة حيث تبين انه كلما ازدادت سنوات الخبرة زادت عملية التقبل. Teachers' Attitudes Towards Integrating People with Special Needs with Ordinary Students (Psychological Science; issue 27) Year of publication: 2018 Author: Ahmed Ismail Corporate author: Algeria. Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research The study aimed to know the attitudes and opinions of primary school teachers about the integration of children with special needs in primary schools in the Baghdad Education Directorate - Karkh/2. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers. The study used the questionnaire tool, which included (30) items. In terms of the first objective, which is teachers' attitudes towards integrating people with special needs in regular schools, the study concluded that teachers had attitudes towards inclusion, and it also showed the significance of differences in teachers' attitudes toward inclusion according to gender variables (males, females) and years of service (15), One year and less) and (16 years and over). Also, it indicated that there are differences due to female gender in the trend towards integration. 
أثر المدرسة المالكيّة العراقيّة على المدرسة المغربيّة Year of publication: 2022 Author: Bougaltia Mounir تكمن أهمّية دراسة أثر المدرسة المالكيّة العراقيّة على المدرسة المالكيّة المغربيّة، لما تتميز به المدرستان من سمات، ودورهما في الحفاظ على المذهب والفقهي المالكي، لوجود علاقة بينهما، ومن خلال هذه العلاقة فما هو مدى تأثير المدرسة المالكيّة العراقيّة على المدرسة المغربيّة؟ والدراسة تهدف لبيان أثر المدرسة العراقيّة على المدرسة المغربية، بعدّة مظاهر، وللوصول إلى هذه الأهداف اخترت المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي في الجملة وفي بعض المواضع أعملت المنهج الاستقرائي، ومن أهم النتائج التي وصلت إليها: أن المدرسة المالكيّة العراقيّة لها أثر على المدرسة المغربيّة في عدّة مظاهر: سواء ما يتعلّق برواية كتبهم وشرحها والاعتناء بها. The Impact Of The Iraqi Maliki School On The Islamic Maghreb Countries School Year of publication: 2022 Author: Bougaltia Mounir The importance of studying, due to the characteristics of the two schools and their role in preserving the Maliki doctrine and jurisprudence, as there is a relationship between them, Through this relationship, what is the extent of the influence of the Iraqi Maliki school on the Islamic Maghreb countries school? The study aims to show the impact of the Iraqi school on the Islamic Maghreb countries school in several aspects, To reach these goals, I choosed the descriptive-analytical approach in the global, and in some places I used the inductive approach, among the most important results that it reached: that the Iraqi Maliki school had an impact on the Islamic Maghreb countries school in several aspects: whether it was related to narrating their books, explaining them and taking care of them. 
الثنائية اللغوية بين اكتساب اللغة الأم (العربية) وتعلم اللغة الأجنبية (الإنجليزية) Year of publication: 2015 Author: Fuad Abdul Muttalib | Shafeeq Banat Corporate author: AlMamon University College تبحث هذه الدراسة أهمية تعلم اللغات الأجنبية، لا سيما اللغة الإنجليزية، ودورها في مختلف ميادين الحياة، وعلى نحو ملحوظ في التربية والتعليم والبحث ونقل المعرفة والتنمية اللغوية والثقافية. لكن التداخل اللغوي بين اللغة الأجنبية واستخدامات اللغة الأم يؤدي أحياناً إلى مشكلات غدت مستفحلة في الآونة الأخيرة. وبغية تقصي هذه المشكلات، يحاول هذا البحث الخوض في موضوع اكتساب الأطفال للغتهم الأم ومن ثمَّ نماء هذه اللغة وإبداعهم فيها، مستعرضاً آراء باحثين مختصين في هذا المجال.ويتطرق البحث إلى المشتغلين باللغة وانجذاب بعضهم إلى اللغة الإنجليزية التي راحت تقتحم عملية اكتساب المعرفة والتعليم والثقافة والإبداع وتؤثر سلباً في هذه العملية انطلاقاً من نظرة دونية وتشكيك حيال اللغة العربية واتهامها بالعجز والقصور عن مواكبة مستجدات العصر. ويشير البحث إلى ظهور هذه المشكلة قديماً في اللغة والثقافة العربيتين متناولاً آراء ابن خلدون فيها. ويعرض البحث لأفكار ومقترحات يمكن أن تخدم بوصفها حلولاً لهذه الإشكالية القديمة الجديدة، مستفيداً في ذلك من دراسات وثيقة الصلة بموضوعه، وذلك كله من خلال تأكيد فكرة استخدام العربية لغةً للتعلّم والبحث والتربية والإبداع وإنتاج المعرفة على نحوٍ أساس. Bilingualism Between Mother Tongue (Arabic) Acquisition and Foreign Language (English) Learning Year of publication: 2015 Author: Fuad Abdul Muttalib | Shafeeq Banat Corporate author: AlMamon University College This research work considers the importance of learning of foreign languages, especially English, and their role in education, research, knowledge transfer, language and cultural growth. Language overlapping, between English and Arabic, leads sometimes to acute problems. To approach these problems, the work tries to discuss the acquisition of children of their mother tongue, its expansion and its use creatively in different disciplines.The work tackles the attraction of English to some experts in their fields, the thing that drives them to look suspiciously and down at Arabic accusing it of incompetence to catch up with new changes. Since language overlapping is an old problem, this has entailed a reference to Iben Khaldoun’s diagnosis of it with commentary. The work asserts eventually the essential use of Arabic as a language of education, research, culture and knowledge production, without neglecting foreign languages learning, above all English. The work is carried out in the light of the available studies on this issue.
