Children's Television Programs are between Entertainment and Education Year of publication: 2022 Author: Issa Abdi Nouria In this analytical study, we explored the relationship between children and television; we tried to determine the extent of the adoption of television programs by children where entertainment is superior to educational use, revealing the effects of children's exposure to programs that rely on having more entertainment than educational aspect we concluded that television programs directed to children rely more on entertainment aspect to attract children’s audience. Children's television programs that rely on the entertainment dimension have been affected more than educational programs on their behaviors and effects more their psychological, social and educational aspects. 
الاستراتيجية الاتصالية ومعالجة ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال في الجزائر Year of publication: 2023 Author: Saeed Abdul Razzaq هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الاستراتيجية الاتصالية في معالجة احدى الظواهر الاجتماعية المتمثلة في ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال في الجزائر، من خلال عرض الاستراتيجية الاتصالية الخاصة بالمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني في عملية حماية الأطفال، ودور الوسائل والأنشطة الاتصالية المختلفة في معالجة والحد من ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال في الجزائر. وقد وتوصلنا من خلال دراستنا أن للاستراتيجية الاتصالية للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني دور مهم في عملية الحد من خطورة ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال في الجزائر عبر الاستراتيجية الاتصالية الوقائية التي تهدف لحماية الأطفال من الاختطاف. 
العنف ضد المرأة، صوره وآليات الحماية القانونية منه على ضوء القانون رقم 15-19لسنة 2015 Year of publication: 2020 Author: Houbah Abdel Qader,Awad Fateha تناولت الدراسة موضوع العنف ضد المرأة، وكذا مظاهر وآليات الحماية القانونية لها ضد العنف المادي والمعنوي المارس ضدها، وقد فرضت طبيعة الموضوع التطرق إلى أهم ما جاء به المشرع الجنائي الجزائري من نصوص تجرم العنف ضد المرأة بشكل صريح، وخاصة ما تعلق منه بالعنف الجسدي والعنف الجنسي واللفظي ...، حيث تشكل في مجملها مظاهر وأشكال للعنف. وقد كشفت هذه الدراسة أهم النصوص القانونية، التي استحدثها المشرع في التعديل الأخير لقانون العقوبات سنة 2015، حيث تم فيه تجريم بعض صور العنف الممارس ضد المرأة داخل الأسرة وخارجها، أبرزها العنف الجسدي واللفظي، زيادة على العنف المعنوي كالإهمال العائلي والتحرش الجنسي، وغيرها من مظاهر العنف الذي يطال المرأة في المجالين الخاص العام. ولقد شدد المشرع في العقوبة على مرتكبيها في إطار تجسيد الحماية القانونية للمرأة ضد العنف، وذلك من خلال سياسة التجريم والتشديد في العقوبة على مرتكبي أفعال العنف لاسيما المرتكب ضد المرأة. It has been widespread in recent years since the beginning of this millennium, as violence in its material and moral appearance has become a real threat to all vulnerable groups in societies. Violence against women in all its forms is also considered a crime punishable by law, which requires combating, criminalizing it, and emphasizing its perpetrators. Since violence against women is a crime recognized today locally and internationally, most laws and legislations have come to condemn it. It also recognizes its serious, health and psychological effects on women specifically. This research paper discusses the forms of physical and moral violence practiced against her, and to identify the mechanisms adopted by the criminal Algerian legislator following the recent changes taking place in the Penal Code for the year 2015 in order to combat violence. 
أسباب و أبعاد عمالة الأطفال Year of publication: 2020 Author: Fatima Kharshuf انتشرت ظاهرة تشغيل الأطفال عبر دول العالم بشكل كبير ،حيث يوجد العديد من العوامل التي تدفع الأطفال للعمل من بينها ،العامل الاجتماعي المتمثل في الفقر و تدني مستوى المعيشة ، العامل التعليمي و يظهر من خلال انتشار الأمية و جهل الأسر بأهمية التعليم لهم و لأبنائهم ،أما العامل الاقتصادي فيتجلى في تدني مستوى التنمية و انتشار البطالة ، و عامل عدم الاستقرار أين نلاحظ تأثير الحروب على الأطفال حيث تتسبب الحروب و الأزمات الاقتصادية في التشرد و الهجرة التي تجبر الأطفال على العمل ، وهناك العامل القانوني الذي يبين ضعف الدول في القيام بمسؤوليتها في فرض قوانين تمنع تشغيل الأطفال و تعاقب مخالفيه .تؤثر عمالة الأطفال على الطفل أين تعيق نموه النفسي والعاطفي و الجسدي ،كما تؤثر على الدول من خلال تأثيرها على المجتمع أين ينتج عنها مجتمع غير متوازن في تكوينه ،واهم أثر تتسبب فيه الظاهرة هو البعد الاقتصادي حيث لا يساهم الادماج المبكر للطفل في سوق العمل في تحقيق نتائج ايجابية بل هو استثمار خاسر على كل الأصعدة. Child labor affects the child wherever it hinders his psychological, emotional and physical development, as well as affects countries through their influence on society where an unbalanced society results in its formation, and the most important effect of the phenomenon is the economic dimension where the early integration of the child does not contribute to The labor market is to achieve positive results, but it is a losing investment on all levels.

المشاركة السياسية والتمكين السياسي للمرأة المعوقات، التحديات وآليات المعالجة في الوطن العربي Year of publication: 2019 Author: Fatima Bou Dirham السياسي، الاقتصادي، الاجتماعي، الثقافي والإداري، بالإضافة الى كل ضروب الفساد فهذه المجتمعات المتخلفة في كل المجالات ، بحاجة إلى استغلال أمثل لكافة إمكانياتها المادية، المالية والبشرية على الخصوص، دون تمييز بين الذكور والإناث، خاصة وأن فئة النساء تمثل نصف هذا المجتمع من الناحية الديمغرافية . أو تزيد على ذلك في بعض المجتمعات العربية التي تعرف نموا ديمغرافيا متزايدا لأسباب صحية وأخرى إجتماعية، فهذه المجتمعات لا تؤمن كثيرا بالأدوار الإنمائية والانتاجية للمرأة، بل تحصرها في الدور الإنجابي، الاجتماعي والتربوي في دائرة الاسرة العربية وتزداد القضية تعقيدا، حينما نعلم أن الكثير من هذه الدول تتخطى وتتجاوز نصوص الدساتير التي سنتها وصادقت عليها، في مسألة مساواة المرأة والرجل في الحقوق والواجبات وتتجاهل أدوار المرأة المتزايدة والمتعاظمة في المجال التنموي. - لمعالجة هذه القضية أنطلق من إشكالية أساسية مفادها: ماهي أهم المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه قضايا المشاركة السياسية والتمكين السياسي للمرأة في الوطن العربي وماهي آليات المعالجة؟ في ضوء هذه الإشكالية أصوغ الفروض التالية: الفرض الأول: أهم المعوقات والتحديات التي تواجه قضايا المشاركة السياسية والتمكين السياسي للمرأة في الوطن العربي تتمثل في المعوقات والتحديات السياسية والاقتصادية، الثقافية، الإعلامية، القانونية، الإدارية، وخصوصية المرأة العربية. الفرض الثاني: تأتي آليات المعالجة من نفس طبيعة ومصادر المعوقات والتحديات، وعليه فالآليات العلاجية تتضمن آليات سياسية ، إقتصادية، إجتماعية، ثقافية، قانونية ، إعلامية إدارية ومعالجة خصوصية المرأة العربية من حيث تحويلها الى طاقة إيجابية تخدم قضايا المرأة. Or more than that in some Arab societies that are experiencing increasing demographic growth for health and other social reasons, these societies do not believe much in the developmental and productive roles of women, but confine them to the reproductive, social and educational role in the Arab family circle and the issue becomes more complex, when we know that many of these States go beyond and exceed the texts of constitutions they have enacted and ratified, on the equal rights and duties of women and men and ignore the growing and growing roles of women in development.To address this issue, I proceed from a basic problem: What are the most important obstacles and challenges facing the issues of political participation and political empowerment of women in the Arab world and what are the mechanisms of treatment? In the light of this problem, I formulate the following hypotheses: The first hypothesis: The most important obstacles and challenges facing the issues of political participation and political empowerment of women in the Arab world are the political, economic, cultural, media, legal, administrative, and privacy of women. The second hypothesis: The treatment mechanisms come from the same nature and sources of obstacles and challenges.
