C’est un objectif de nombreuses déclarations de mission et également une manière de vivre, une conscience de soi non pas comme personne isolée, mais comme personne liée étroitement aux autres. De crainte que l’usage commun de cette expression ne devienne un cliché, je pense qu’il nous incombe en premier lieu de définir, bien que de manière générale, ce que nous entendons par citoyen du monde. Est-ce un sentiment partagé d’une identité mondiale, même si les êtres humains ne se reconnaissent pas encore comme des membres d’une communauté mondiale ? Est-ce un engagement à certaines valeurs universelles communes ? Ou est-ce une façon d’aborder, d’accepter et d’essayer de résoudre les défis mondiaux en s’inscrivant dans une perspective plus large et plus inclusive que celle qui, jusqu’à récemment, plaçait les États souverains au cœur du discours mondial ? En ce qui concerne les établissements d’enseignement supérieur et ce qu’ils proposent, nous nous concentrerons sur la dernière définition que nous avons appliquée dans notre université.

L'Education pour le développement durable: ouvrage de référence Year of publication: 2012 Corporate author: UNESCO The target audiences for the Education for Sustainable Development Sourcebook are primary and secondary teachers and mid-level decision-makers, who have responsibility for primary and secondary education. Another primary audience is teacher educators who work with pre-service and in-service primary and secondary school teachers. The purpose of the publication is to describe ways in which education for sustainable development (ESD) can be integrated into primary and secondary schooling. This collection of briefs is designed to complement other ESD materials published by UNESCO. The topics for the briefs were selected in consultation with UNESCO Field Offices and Institutes. The briefs for primary and secondary teachers are specifically written for professional educators who work in formal education settings. The briefs for teachers as well as those for decision-makers address “gaps” in the UNESCO ESD literature. 
Learning Cities and the SDGs: A Guide to Action Year of publication: 2017 Corporate author: UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning (UIL) This document is a Guide to Action for mainstreaming lifelong learning as a key driver to achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The document seeks to facilitate the process of transforming global goals into local actions by showing concrete steps, which members of the UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities (GNLC) have taken to promote green and healthy environments, equity and inclusion as well as decent work and entrepreneurship. This Guide to Action is closely linked to the Cork Call to Action for Learning Cities, adopted by the participants of the third International Conference on Learning Cities, which took place from 18–20 September 2017 in Cork, Ireland.

В этом документе представлен комплекс избранных стратегий, основанных на самых убедительных из имеющихся на сегодняшний день фактических данных и призванных помочь странам и сообществам сосредоточить усилия на профилактических программах и услугах, обладающих наибольшим потенциалом для снижения уровня насилия в отношении детей. В комплекс входят семь следующих стратегий: Implementation and enforcement of laws (Принятие и обеспечение соблюдения нормативных актов); Norms and values (Нормы и ценности); Safe environments (Создание безопасной среды); Parent and caregiver support (Поддержка родителей и воспитателей); Income and economic strengthening (Повышение доходов и улучшение экономического положения); Response and support services (Ответные меры и оказание поддержки); Education and life skills (Обучение и формирование жизненных навыков). On Citizenship Education Year of publication: 2003 Author: Wan Minggang Cultivation of citizens is the basis of all educational objectives and the State's basic requirement for eductaion. Citizenship education has become a hot issue at tracting the solicitude of modern Western political philosophy and educational theories. The citizenship education is characterized by its representative theories of liberalist citizenship education, corporatist citizenship education and muticulturalist citizenship eduction. The construction of socialist politics and civilization not only involves the designing and optimization of socialist democratic system, but also concerns the cultivation of citizens with strong sense of participation and practical ability. Therefore, the aim of citizenship eduction must be clearly included in the objectives of basic education and the content of citizenship education must be reflected in relevant courses.
