Knowing a Language Is Knowing the World: Learning and Supporting the Russian Language in the Republic of Tajikistan (Ethnodialogues; No.1, 2023) Year of publication: 2023 Author: Мунзифахон Бабаджанова The year 2023 in Tajikistan is dedicated to the Russian language. The Russian language today is officially the language of interethnic communication in Tajikistan. With the support and funding of the Russian Federation, “Russian World”, “Russian Language Foundations”, “Russian Space” centers and new Russian language schools were opened and now operate in Tajikistan. Russia has also supported Tajikistan in higher education: three universities with full Russian-language instruction have been established and are operating.

문화다양성 교육 교사 연수 프로그램 효과 분석 (다문화교육연구; Vol. 17, No. 1) Year of publication: 2024 Author: 성상환 | 모경환 | 박세나 | 김규정 Corporate author: 한국다문화교육학회 본 연구의 목적은 문화다양성 교육 역량 강화를 위한 교사 연수 프로그램의 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문화다양성 교사 교육에 관한 국내외의 주요 선행 연구를 검토하여 2박 3일 17시간의 집합 연수 프로그램을 개발하였으며, 2023년 8월 S대학교 E연구원을 통해 전국 초등학교 교사 26명을 대상으로 연수를 실시하였다. 연수 프로그램의 효과 검증을 위해 혼합 연구 방법론을 활용하였다. 연수 사전과 사후에 설문조사를 실시하여 교사의 문화적 신념 변화에 관한 양적 자료를 수집하고 대응표본 t검정을 활용하여 총 16부의 응답을 분석하였으며, 연수 종료 약 5개월 후 3명의 교사와 반구조화된 면담을 진행하여 연수 프로그램이 교사의 문화적 신념과 교육 실천에 미치는 총체적 효과를 확인하였다. 정량적 분석 결과 연수에 참여한 교사들의 문화적 신념은 연수 이후 통계적으로 유의미하게 개선되었으며, 정성적 분석 결과 연수 프로그램은 교사들의 문화적 신념 변화를 촉진하고 현장에서의 교육 실천 및 의지 형성에 기여한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 문화다양성 교육 실행의 주체로서 교사의 역할을 강조하며, 문화다양성 교육 역량과 신념을 목표로 한 교사 교육 프로그램의 효과에 대한 실증적 자료를 제공한다. 문화다양성 교사 교육 프로그램 및 그 효과에 관한 연구가 드문 실정에서 본 연구는 문화다양성 교사 연수 프로그램의 가능성과 과제를 제시하며, 문화다양성 교육을 위한 교사 전문성 연구에 기여할 것이다.
