The Penal Protection Established for Child Labor Year of publication: 2022 Author: Aitbenamer Ghania Corporate author: University of Mostaghanem Central This study aims to clarify the important of the development of human resources in its various dimensions for companies specially the Algerian ones, by providing human resources with knowledge, skills and experience and improving their behavior, which help them to do their work and develop their performance, then provide an added value to the company where they work, This study focused on the reality of the application of the various dimensions of human resources development (training, learning, empowerment, career development) in the Eastern Company of Electricity and Gas Distribution – Unit of Tebessa. In order to answer the problem posed and to test the main hypothesis, the quantitative approach was adopted through a questionnaire that was distributed to a simple random sample of 234 employees of the company, representing 47.17% of the total population of the study. The collected data was analyzed using the Spss V25 program, The study concluded that the level of application of human resources development in its various dimensions in the Eastern Company of Electricity and Gas Distribution – Unit of Tebessa is good, although there is a discrepancy in the application of these dimensions, which ranged between high and medium.

It has been widespread in recent years since the beginning of this millennium, as violence in its material and moral appearance has become a real threat to all vulnerable groups in societies. Violence against women in all its forms is also considered a crime punishable by law, which requires combating, criminalizing it, and emphasizing its perpetrators. Since violence against women is a crime recognized today locally and internationally, most laws and legislations have come to condemn it. It also recognizes its serious, health and psychological effects on women specifically. This research paper discusses the forms of physical and moral violence practiced against her, and to identify the mechanisms adopted by the criminal Algerian legislator following the recent changes taking place in the Penal Code for the year 2015 in order to combat violence.

Child labor affects the child wherever it hinders his psychological, emotional and physical development, as well as affects countries through their influence on society where an unbalanced society results in its formation, and the most important effect of the phenomenon is the economic dimension where the early integration of the child does not contribute to The labor market is to achieve positive results, but it is a losing investment on all levels.

On the individual and society as a whole, which has made the institutions of the community to intensify their efforts to address this phenomenon hybrid and to address them and try to reach mechanisms that provide effective solutions to them. However, access to appropriate mechanisms that can address the phenomenon of child abduction and provide effective solutions can only go through the knowledge of the real causes and factors underlying the spread of this phenomenon within the Algerian society and work on diagnosing a diagnosis that allows the creation of these mechanisms. Sound and efficient. We believe that reality is the only one that can provide the real picture of the phenomenon. We have tried to investigate the phenomenon of child abduction by analyzing a sample of the cases of kidnapping that took place within Algerian society and to identify the forms and causes that led to them.

Children's television programs that rely on the entertainment dimension have been affected more than educational programs on their behaviors and effects more their psychological, social and educational aspects.

In the light of this problem, I formulate the following hypotheses: The first hypothesis: The most important obstacles and challenges facing the issues of political participation and political empowerment of women in the Arab world are the political, economic, cultural, media, legal, administrative, and privacy of women. The second hypothesis: The treatment mechanisms come from the same nature and sources of obstacles and challenges.
