مدخل إلى الرزمة التدريبية حول التعليم الدامج الشامل والإعاقة Año de publicación: 2022 Autor corporativo: United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) أُعدّت هذه الدورة التدريبية حول التعليم الدامج للأطفال وذوي الإعاقة في إطار شراكة بين لجنة الأمم المتّحدة الاقتصاديّة والاجتماعيّة لغربي آسيا (الإسكوا) ومنظّمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو)، وبدعم من مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية. تتناول الدورة قضايا السياسات التعليمية الشاملة، وتعزيز جودة التعليم، وضمان مشاركة جميع الأطفال في المدرسة، ووضع الطفل المتعلّم في صلب العمليّة التربويّة. وهي تركّز بشكل خاصّ على الأطفال الأكثر عرضة لخطر التسرّب المدرسيّ وعلى المدارس الواقعة في المناطق الأكثر حرماناً. الدورة موجهة إلى العاملين والعاملات في المجال التربوي في المنطقة العربية، في القطاعين الخاص والعام وعلى مختلف الصعد المحلية والوطنية والإقليمية، من معلمين ومعلمات وصانعي وصانعات قرار على مستوى الفصل أو المدرسة أو القطاع التعليمي ككلّ، وإلى الراغبين في تعزيز معرفتهم في مجال التعليم الدامج. Training Package on Inclusive Education and Disability Año de publicación: 2022 Autor corporativo: United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) The comprehensive training package on inclusive education for children and young people with disabilities was developed as part of a partnership between the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) with the support of the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, to support and disseminate inclusive education.This training package is directed explicitly to educators in the Arab region, at the local, national, or regional levels, whether in the private or public sectors, including teachers and decision-makers working in the entire educational sector and to those wishing to expand their knowledge in the field of inclusive education. 
Arab Sustainable Development Report 2020 Año de publicación: 2020 Autor corporativo: United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) The 2030 Agenda calls for transformative change and paradigm shifts. Mobilizing domestic and external resources is a pressing challenge in the Arab region, and the pace of efforts on the SDGs must accelerate. However, transformative change not only requires financial resources and an acceleration of efforts but, above all, demands a shift in orientation and approach towards policy integration, environmental sustainability, and universal human rights with their emphasis on equality, justice, inclusion, fundamental freedoms and participatory politics.The story of the SDGs in the Arab region, therefore, is also a story of human rights, gender equality, sustainability and integrated development. The gravity of the task, and the scale of the ambition, are greater than measuring progress at goal, target and indicator level. Five years into the era of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs, the present report is a reminder that the starting point for implementation and the horizon for achievement must be aligned for change to be transformative. It is only through the alignment of policies and other interventions with the overarching framework of the 2030 Agenda that the region, and the world, can hope to achieve the 2030 Agenda. How close, or how far, the Arab region is from this alignment is the story the present report aims to tell. التقرير العربي للتنمية المسـتدامة 2020 Año de publicación: 2020 Autor corporativo: United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) تدعو خطة عام 2030 إلى تغيير جذري وتحوّل في الأنماط السائدة. فحشد الموارد المحلية والخارجية يُعدّ من التحدّيات الملحة في المنطقة العربية، كما يُعدّ تكثيف الجهود نحو تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة أمراً مُلحاً. إلّا أنّ التحوّل الجذري، لا يستلزم موارد مالية وتسريع الجهود فحسب، بل يتطلب، أكثر ما يتطلب، تحولًا في التوجه والنهج نحو التكامل في السياسات والاستدامة البيئية والحقوق مع التركيز على المساواة، والعدالة، والشمول الاجتماعي، والحريات الأساسية، والمشاركة في السياسة.قصة أهداف التنمية المستدامة في المنطقة العربية هي إذاً قصة الحقوق والمساواة بين الجنسين والاستدامة والتنمية المتكاملة. ولهذه المهمة من الضخامة والطموح ما يتعدى قياس التقدم على مستوى الأهداف والمقاصد والمؤشرات. وهذا التقرير، الصادر بعد مرور خمسة أعوام على اعتماد خطة عام 2030 وأهداف التنمية المستدامة، هو بمثابة تذكير بضرورة تحديد نقطة الانطلاق في التنفيذ على ضوء الإنجاز المنشود، حتى يكون في التغيير تحوّلٌ حقيقي. وإنّما المواءمة بين السياسات وسائر التدخلات مع الإطار الشامل لخطة عام 2030 هي الطريق الوحيد لعبور المنطقة والعالم إلى تنفيذ خطة عام 2030. أما مدى قرب المنطقة العربية من هذه المواءمة أو بعدها عنها، فهو ما يسرده هذا التقرير. 
ماذا تبقّى من الربيع ؟ : مسار طويل نحو تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية في المنطقة العربية : دراسة حالة : مصر وتونس والمغرب Año de publicación: 2015 Autor corporativo: United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) "ماذا تبقّى من الربيع؟ مسار طويل نحو تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية في المنطقة العربية" هو التقرير الأول من سلسلة تقارير عن التنمية الاجتماعية تعتزم الإسكوا إصدارها. وهو يأتي بعد مرور سنتين على إصدار "وعود الربيع: المواطنة والمشاركة المدنية في مسارات التحول الديمقراطي"، الدراسة التي استعرضت السياق العام الذي أحاط بما سُمي الربيع العربي وتناولت التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية والتوافق في الآراء والحفاظ على التماسك الاجتماعي أثناء التحولات السياسية. آما يصدر هذا التقرير غداة اعتماد المجتمع الدولي مساراً عالمياً جديداً للتنمية هو خطة التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030 التي تشكل العدالة الاجتماعية ركيزتها الأساسية. What's Left of Spring? A Long Path towards Social Justice In the Arab Region; Case Study: Egypt, Tunisia, and Morocco Año de publicación: 2015 Autor corporativo: United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) “What is left of the spring? A long path towards achieving social justice in the Arab region” is the first in a series of social development reports that ESCWA intends to publish. It comes two years after the publication of “Spring Promises: Citizenship and Civic Participation in the Paths of Democratic Transition,” the study that reviewed the general context surrounding the so-called Arab Spring and addressed the challenges facing achieving social justice, consensus and maintaining social cohesion during political transitions. This report is also issued the day after the international community adopts a new global path for development, which is the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, of which social justice is the main pillar.
