평등교육실천론 Año de publicación: 2020 Autor: 백병부 | 권순정 | 심재휘 | 윤선인 | 이혜정 Autor corporativo: 경기도교육연구원 이 연구는 평등과 관련된 교육 영역에서의 논의가 가지고 있는 한계를 극복하기 위해서 수행되었다. 즉 기존의 논의는 대체로 능력주의를 전제로 교육기회의 분배 실태와 구조를 분석하는 데 집중하고 있다는 것이다. 구체적으로 이 연구에서는 독립적이고 이성적인 존재로 인간을 규정했던 근대적 인간관을 의존적이고 관계적인 존재로 전환해야 한다고 주장했다. 이 연구에서는 정의의 개념이 확장되어온 과정을 정리함으로써 평등이 적용되어야 할 영역의 다차원성을 확인하고, 앞에서 정리한 현대철학의 인간관에 근거하여 평등의 영역을 경제적 자원이나 사회적 지위뿐만 아니라 사회적 인정과 정치적 대표, 애정, 돌봄 등과 같은 정동적 영역으로 확장할 수 있음을 정리하였다. 마지막으로 이 연구에서는 기존의 평등에 대한 논의가 국민국가를 배경으로 하고 있기 때문에 여러 한계를 안고 있음을 지적하고, 세계시민교육과 평화교육의 맥락에서 평등의 적용 범위가 지구공동체 전체로 확장되어야 한다는 점을 강조하였다. 출처: 경기도교육연구원 홈페이지

Global Citizenship Education in Australian Elementary Schools(Journal of Ethics; Vol. 137, No 1) Año de publicación: 2022 Autor: 한은영 | 추병완 Autor corporativo: 한국윤리학회 Global citizens think and act about the world as a universal community of borderless members who care for each other and are dedicated to taking care of the earth. Considering these visions and moral ideals, global citizenship education is an important goal and content of moral education. However, at present, we do not have a framework for dealing with global citizenship education in moral education. In this regard, Australia is the country we should pay attention to. Australia declared a national statement for global citizenship education in 2002. Since 2009, it has been reflected in the Australian curriculum. This article examines the historical development of global citizenship education in Australia, analyzes the current systems of global citizenship education system in primary schools, and investigates what Australia's approach to global citizenship education suggests for elementary moral education in Korea. In conclusion, we proposed three things. First, we must develop and apply a framework for the practice of global civic education in moral education. Second, we should emphasize the aspects of knowledge and understanding, skills and processing, behavior and participation as well as values and attitudes. Third, we must seek a balance between moderate global citizenship education and critical global citizenship education.

호주의 초등학교 세계시민교육(윤리연구; Vol. 137, No 1) Año de publicación: 2022 Autor: 한은영 | 추병완 Autor corporativo: 한국윤리학회 세계시민교육을 통해 우리가 길러내고자 하는 세계 시민은 서로 배려하고 지구를 돌보는 국경 없는 구성원들의 보편적 공동체로서의 세계에 관해 생각하고 행동하는 사람의 비전과 도덕적 이상을 드러내므로, 세계 시민성과 세계시민교육은 도덕교육이 다루어야 할 중요한 목표이자 내용에 해당한다. 1960년대부터 세계시민교육에 관심을 가졌던 호주는 학교 교육에서 세계시민교육을 실천하기 위한 국가 차원의 프레임워크를 이미 2002년에 발표하였고, 초등학교에서는 ‘인문학과 사회과학’, 일반 능력, 범교과 우선순위를 통해 세계시민교육에 주력하는 중이다. 이에 이 논문은 호주에서 세계시민교육의 역사적 전개를 살펴보고, 현재 초등학교에서 세계시민교육 체제를 분석하며, 호주의 세계시민교육 접근법이 초등학교 도덕 교과에서 세계시민교육의 실천에 시사하는 바가 무엇인지를 규명하였다.

A Study on the Status of Implementation of Global Citizenship Education in Lifelong Education in South Korea Año de publicación: 2019 Autor corporativo: APCEIU The Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding published a report titled "A Study on the Status of Implementation of Global Citizenship Education in Lifelong Education in South Korea". In the recognition of the need for an analysis on the status of implementation for the effective and systematic implementation of Global Citizenship Education (GCED) in the Republic of Korea, APCEIU conducted a study on the status of the implementation of GCED embedded in the curriculum of primary and secondary schools in 2018. As a follow-up study, this research paper examines the practice of civic education in the field of lifelong learning for adults and the formation, status and implementation process of GCED in which it appears and explores the potential for activation.

평생교육 내 세계시민교육 이행현황 연구 Año de publicación: 2019 Autor corporativo: APCEIU 유네스코 아태교육원은 “국내 평생교육 내 세계시민교육 이행현황 연구” 보고서를 발간하였다. 동 교육원은 국내 세계시민교육의 효과적이고 체계적인 이행을 위해서는 이행현황 분석연구가 필요함을 인식하여, 2018년에는 유ㆍ초중등학교 교육과정에 담긴 세계시민교육의 국내 이행현황을 연구하였다. 본 연구보고서는 이 작업에 대한 후속 연구로서 성인을 대상으로 하는 평생교육 영역에서의 시민교육 실천양상 및 그 안에서 나타나는 세계시민교육의 형성, 현황 및 이행과정을 검토하고 잠재적 활성화 가능성에 대해 탐색한다.

Establishing a Monitoring System for Global Citizenship Education in South Korea: A Preliminary Study with a Focus on Policy Area Año de publicación: 2019 Autor corporativo: APCEIU The Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding published a report titled "Establishing a Monitoring System for Global Citizenship Education in South Korea: A Preliminary Study with a Focus on Policy Area." The purpose of this research report is to provide implications for the development of indicators for Global Citizenship Education (GCED) which is the target 4.7 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the establishment of a Korean monitoring system for data accumulation. It is difficult for GCED to set up common indicators to monitor the implementation of each country, as it comprehensively deals with the direction and contents of education, whereas other targets of SDG4 are relatively clear targets and goals such as guaranteeing educational opportunities and improving educational conditions. For this reason, this study proposed Korean indicators based on domestic and international trends and analysis of issues concerning the development of SDG4.7.1 indicators and reviewed the domestic status in implementation based on them, thereby contributing to the development and consolidation of global indicators development and monitoring systems in the future.

세계시민교육 지표 개발 및 데이터 축적을 위한 모니터링 체제 구축 연구 Año de publicación: 2019 Autor corporativo: APCEIU 유네스코 아태교육원은 “세계시민교육 지표 개발 및 데이터 축적을 위한 모니터링 체제 구축 연구” 보고서를 발간하였다. 본 연구보고서는 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)의 4번 교육 목표 중 7번째 세부목표(SDG4.7)인 세계시민교육의 지표 개발과 데이터 축적을 위한 국내 모니터링 체제 구축을 위한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. SDG4.7이 추구하는 세계시민교육은 교육기회의 보장이나 교육여건 개선 등 비교적 대상과 목표가 명확한 다른 SDG4의 세부목표와 달리 교육의 방향성과 내용을 포괄적으로 다루기 때문에, 국가별로 이행 여부를 모니터링하기 위한 공동의 지표 설정에 어려움이 있다. 이와 같은 이유로, 본 연구에서는 SDG4.7.1 지표 개발에 대한 국내외 동향과 쟁점 분석을 토대로 국내 지표를 제안하고 이를 바탕으로 국내 이행 수준을 검토함으로써, 향후 글로벌 지표 개발과 모니터링 체제를 발전 및 공고화하는데 기여하고자 하였다.
