En esta guía pretendemos ofrecer algunas claves para trabajar contra los discursos de odio en y a través del ámbito educativo, entendiendo que la prevención es fundamental para acabar con ellos. Para ello es necesario abordarlos directamente, como hacemos en el primer bloque; pero también a través de una educación intercultural que vaya eliminando los estereotipos y prejuicios, tal y como explicamos en el segundo bloque; y a través de actividades prácticas que exponemos en el último bloque.

Pursuant to 192 EX/Decision 20 (III), the Director-General hereby submits the consolidated report on the implementation by Member States of the Recommendation.Purpose: This document reports on the results of the Fifth Consultation on the Implementation of the Recommendation concerning Education for International Understanding, Cooperation and Peace and Education relating to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (covering the period 2009-2012). The analysis was prepared on the basis of 55 national reports from Member States received by the Secretariat.

The second one is called ethno science, a pedagogical perspective of the Afro-Colombian studies for the teaching process of natural sciences, which talks about a science that recognizes that each group of people that has inhabited our world has made a meaningful explanation to what is going on in their surroundings. The third one is called African Ethno mathematics, which seeks to recover the relation between mathematical knowledge and reality, making visible the human groups that made it possible and finding new pedagogical perspectives to make the experience of teaching mathematics as inclusive, intercultural and participative process.
