Estrategia de comunicación: Orientaciones de la UNESCO sobre la comunicación en materia de igualdad de género en y a través de la educación Año de publicación: 2022 Autor corporativo: UNESCO Según el Instituto de Estadística de la UNESCO, aproximadamente 259 millones de niños y jóvenes no están escolarizados, entre los cuales 127 millones de niñas y 132 millones de niños. Asimismo, dos tercios de los 750 millones de adultos analfabetos de todo el mundo son mujeres. Esta disparidad de género sigue siendo uno de los desafíos persistentes en la alfabetización de adultos y la educación. La pandemia de COVID-19 ha exacerbado los desafíos existentes, interrumpiendo la educación de más de 1 500 millones de alumnos. La UNESCO calcula que aproximadamente 24 millones de niños y jóvenes, incluyendo más de 11 millones de niñas y 13 millones de niños, pueden llegar a abandonar la escuela debido al impacto económico de la pandemia. Ahora más que nunca se abre la posibilidad de reforzar la igualdad. Esta estrategia de comunicación está diseñada para proporcionar una orientación estratégica sobre la comunicación de la igualdad de género en y a través de la educación. Aunque se ha preparado teniendo en cuenta al personal del Sector de la Educación de la UNESCO en la Sede, las oficinas fuera de la Sede, regionales y multipaís y los institutos, así como a los asociados en la ejecución, esta estrategia también puede resultar especialmente útil a un público más amplio de coordinadores en cuestiones de género, socios, Estados Miembros y otras personas interesadas y comprometidas con la igualdad de género en y a través de la educación. L’UNESCO estime que près de 24 millions d’enfants et de jeunes, dont plus de 11 millions de filles et 13 millions de garçons, pourraient être déscolarisés en raison des répercussions économiques de la pandémie. Aujourd’hui, nous avons plus que jamais l’occasion de reconstruire l’égalité. Cette stratégie de communication est conçue pour orienter la communication relative à l’égalité des genres dans et par l’éducation. مدى الاستعداد التربوي لمعلمي وزارة التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية للتدريس بمسار التفكير الناقد- دراسة ميدانية (مجلة الآداب للدراسات النفسية والتربوية; Vol.5, No.3) Año de publicación: 2023 Autor: Areej Ibrahim Ahmed Al Ansari Autor corporativo: Dhamar University هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى الجاهزية التربوية لمعلمي وزارة التعليم واستعدادهم للتدريس بمسار التفكير الناقد في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث وضعت الباحثة ثلاثة أسئلة بحثية. وعلى ضوء هذه الأسئلة، ولأجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة انتهجت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، حيث تمّ اختيار عينة عشوائية من المعلمين والمعلمات في كل من إدارات التعليم بمكة وجدة والطائف والباحة وعسير وجازان ونجران. وبلغ عدد العينة (733) معلما ومعلمة. كما استخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وقسمت إلى ثلاثة محاور رئيسة، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها من خلال عرضها على عدد من المحكمين المختصين. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن الجاهزية التربوية لمعلمي وزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية على درجة عالية من الوعي تسمح بتحقيق الهدف من التدريس بأسلوب التفكير الناقد بمدارس التعليم العام كنظام تعليمي معتمد من الوزارة برز فيه مدى استيعابهم للسمات، والمهارات، والآثار التربوية المستهدفة من تطبيق مسار التفكير الناقد بمدارس التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وأوصت الدراسة بعمل دراسات مستقبلية عن تحديات تطبيق التدريس بمسار التفكير الناقد ومميزات تدريسه من قبل الطلاب والمعلمين. The Extent of Educational Readiness of Using Thinking Skills Strategy among Teachers at the Ministry of Education, Saudi Arabia: A Field Study (Arts for Educational & Psychological Studies; Vol.5, No.3) Año de publicación: 2023 Autor: Areej Ibrahim Ahmed Al Ansari Autor corporativo: Dhamar University This study aimed to identify educational readiness and willingness of teachers affiliated to the Ministry of Education to use critical thinking in their teaching, in Saudi Arabia. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive survey method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample which consisted of (733) male and female teachers, randomly selected from education directorates of Makkah, Jeddah, Taif, Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran. The questionnaire included three main dimensions;and after testing its validity, and reliability, it was administered to the sample. The study results showed that teachers’ educational readiness scored a high degree of awareness that would allow achieving the goal of teaching by using critical thinking in schools as a teaching strategy approved by the Ministry of Education. The teachers also showed their understanding of the characteristics, skills and educational effects of the application of the critical thinking strategy in schools. The study recommended conducting future studies on the challenges and advantages of applying the critical thinking strategy from the perspective of students and teachers.Keywords: Extent of educational readiness, Critical thinking, Educational effects, School teachers. 
New Challenges and Approaches to Regional and Global Security in Central Asia Año de publicación: 2020 Autor corporativo: Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) On 26 October 2018 in Nur-Sultan, the OSCE Programme Office in Nur-Sultan jointly with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation and the Kazakhstan Council on International Relations, with support from the Institute of Diplomacy under the Academy of Public Administration and the Public Opinion Research Institute co-organized an international conference entitled “New Challenges and Approaches to Regional and Global Security in Central Asia”. This compendium, which includes presentations given at the conference by both Kazakhstan’s and foreign participants, explores main regional security threats in Central Asia and ways to address these problems, as well as regional co-operation issues in responding to contemporary challenges. The edition will be of interest to political scientists, international relations experts, civil servants, scholars, educators, university-level students, and broad sections of the public interested in the contemporary development of the region. The edition is published in Russian and English. The paper of Mr. Pal Dunay is written in the English language in the original, the rest of the reports are in Russian. All reports have been translated and edited with the support of the OSCE Program Office in Nur Sultan.
