UNESCO Almaty Office (covering Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan) and UNESCO Representative to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan is organizing the third Expert Consultation and Planning Meeting for the Project ยซSustainability Begins with Teachers in Central Asiaยป in Almaty.
This meeting will gather the projectโs national coordinators from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan and experts from UNESCO, the Regional Environmental Center for Central Asia and the Swedish International Centre of Education for Sustainable Development (SWEDESD) at Uppsala University.
The aim of the meeting is to discuss project implementation in Central Asia and design training materials and agenda for the second sub-regional workshop โSustainability Begins with Teachers in Central Asiaโ scheduled to be organized in Uzbekistan in April.
