Strongly committed to the promotion of “A Just, harmonious and sustainable Bhutan where no one is left behind”, this document highlights strategic priorities, integrated programming, and continued partnership between the Royal Government of Bhutan, its development partners, key stakeholders, as well as between UN agencies to overcome the many inequalities still present in Bhutan.
