Beyond Bali Education Package 발행 연도: 2012 저자: Lily Taylor | Saul Karnovsky The Beyond Bali Project funded by Building Community Resilience (BCR) aims to develop and produce an education resource for secondary school students (years 8/9) on the Bali bombings and the Bali Peace Park. The resource is designed to build social resilience to violent extremism by: - providing students with the skills and tools to critically analyze and challenge violent extremism, its causes and consequences - raising awareness and education on the social impacts of violent extremism - encouraging students to think about how societies can resist the influence of violent extremism - engaging students through activities and discussion about the Bali Peace Park as social resistance to terrorism. Cette ressource est conçue afin de renforcer la résilience sociale à l’extrémisme violent. Pour ce faire, elle :- Fournit aux étudiants les compétences et les outils nécessaires pour analyser de façon critique et remettre en question l’extrémisme violent, ses causes et ses conséquences,- Sensibilise aux impacts sociaux de l’extrémisme violent- Encourage les étudiants à réfléchir sur les façons dont les sociétés peuvent résister à l’influence de l’extrémisme violent- Propose aux étudiants de participer à des activités et à engager des discussions autour du Bali Peace Park.

Curriculum is always at the core of giving effect to social aspirations and ideals on the why, what, how, when, and where of teaching, learning, and assessing. We propose a series of 10 interconnected clues to deepen on the systemic and holistic understanding of curriculum as contributing to lay foundations for a better, sustainable and fair future. These clues are: understanding the new generations; combatting factors related to vulnerability; reinforcing understanding between school and families; deepening glo-local education; enhancing the focus on the person; promoting synergies among values; valuing diversity; focusing on education that enhances freedom; moving toward hybrid modes of education; and inspiring affection for educators.

Son but est de partir à la découverte du monde et de le rendre un peu plus proche, un peu plus familier. J’écris la Paix encourage les enfants (de 8 à 18 ans) à prendre conscience de l'interdépendance des cultures en se familiarisant avec les systèmes d'écriture contemporains, leur histoire et leurs emprunts mutuels.Le manuel contient 24 fiches d'activités. Chaque section présente les caractères d'un système d'écriture, un texte d'introduction et un contexte historique, le mot "paix" et le mot "bonjour", les langues associées au(x) système(s), et une activité dont les réponses apparaissent en fin de manuel.Six mille ans après l'avènement de l'écriture, que savons-nous des autres, de leurs systèmes de pensée et des transcriptions de leurs écritures? Comment les différents systèmes d'écriture peuvent-ils contribuer à une meilleure compréhension du monde et de la place que nous y occupons? En commençant par la découverte de ces scripts et de leur beauté fascinante, le manuel relie les enfants à la diversité, leur ouvrant ainsi les yeux sur le concept de paix et sur la conscience que nous en avons.
