They consist of all the fundamental freedoms that have been established for human beings since their inception. They are inherent in human beings. No one shall violate them, on any account, and all human beings shall be equal, within the framework of justice and equality, that is, every human being shall be born free and equal to other individuals in terms of the dignity and rights proclaimed by international human rights law. The subject of human rights has received the attention of scholars, law and politics through numerous research and studies on human rights and their protection mechanisms, with a view to achieving public interest and international security and stability. Human rights also have a significant impact on the formation and functioning of modern regimes of international governance, as well as on the political, social and economic relations between the States that make up the international community. Through this research, we will try to highlight the reality of human rights through international law and Islamic law.

حقوق الإنسان بين واقع القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والتصور الإسلامي: دراسة تحليلية مقارنة بين الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون (مجلة الأستاذ الباحث للدراسات القانونية والسياسية; Vol.6, No.3) 발행 연도: 2022 저자: Abderachid Abdelhafid | Hafeda Mebarek 단체 저자: M'sila University تعتبر حقوق الإنسان أساس الحرية والعدالة والسلام ، وتتلخص في مجموع الحريات الأساسية التي تتقرر للإنسان منذ نشأته، وهي متأصلة فيه، لا يحق لأي كان انتهاكها، لأي اعتبار كان، ويتساوى فيها كل بني البشر، في إطار العدل والمساواة، أي أن كل إنسان يولد حُراً متساوياً مع غيره من الأفراد من حيث الكرامة والحقوق التي ينادي بها القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان. وقد حظي موضوع حقوق الإنسان باهتمام رجال الفقه والقانون والسياسة، من خلال البحوث والدراسات العديدة التي تناولت هذه الحقوق، وآليات حمايتها، بهدف تحقيق المصلحة العامة، وتوفير الأمن والاستقرار الدوليين. كما أن لحقوق الإنسان تأثير كبير في تشكيل وعمل الأنظمة الحديثة للإدارة الدولية، بالإضافة إلى تأثيرها على العلاقات السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية بين الدول التي تتشكل منها الجماعة الدولية. سنحاول من خلال بحثنا هذا تسليط الضوء على واقع حقوق الإنسان من خلال القانون الدولي والشريعة الإسلامية.

Bilan annuel 2024 de Human Rights Watch sur les droits humains dans le monde 발행 연도: 2024 단체 저자: Human Rights Watch L'ONG Human Rights Watch a constitué un rapport mondial sur les droits humains à travers le monde grâce à ses observations menées sur le terrain afin d'y voir plus clair quant aux exactions perpétrées tout au long de l'année 2023 et les défis que cela comporte pour les années à venir. Tirana Hassan, Directrice exécutive de l'organisation a tenu quelques mots sur la situation actuelle: « La reprise du conflit armé entre Israël et le Hamas, d’une part, et au Soudan d’autre part, ont causé des souffrances considérables, tout comme les guerres qui se poursuivent en Ukraine, au Myanmar, en Éthiopie et au Sahel. Les gouvernements ont dû faire face à l’année la plus chaude jamais enregistrée : une vague d’incendies de forêts, de sécheresses et de tempêtes a semé la dévastation pour des millions d’habitants au Bangladesh, en Libye et au Canada. Des décisions politiques ont, par ailleurs, creusé les inégalités partout dans le monde, suscitant la colère de millions de gens contraints à lutter pour leur survie. Les droits des femmes et des filles et des personnes lesbiennes, gays, bisexuelles et transgenres (LGBT) ont connu de durs revers en de nombreux pays, à l’exemple de la persécution basée sur le genre des talibans en Afghanistan.». The NGO Human Rights Watch has compiled a global report on human rights around the world, based on its observations in the field, to shed light on the abuses perpetrated throughout 2023 and the challenges it poses for the years to come. Tirana Hassan, the organization's Executive Director, expressed a few words to say about the current situation: "The resumption of armed conflict between Israel and Hamas, on the one hand, and in Sudan on the other, have caused considerable suffering, as have the ongoing wars in Ukraine, Myanmar, Ethiopia and the Sahel. Governments had to cope with the hottest year on record: a wave of forest fires, droughts and storms brought devastation to millions of people in Bangladesh, Libya and Canada. At the same time, political decisions have deepened inequalities around the world, angering millions of people forced to fight for survival. The rights of women and girls and of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people have suffered severe setbacks in many countries, such as the gender-based persecution of the Taliban in Afghanistan".

Les équipes de journalistes et d’enquêteurs de l'ONG peignent un portrait plutôt sombre, avec notamment un recul du droit des femmes, les conséquences dramatiques du réchauffement climatique sur les populations les plus vulnérables, le recul du droit de manifester, ou encore la prolifération de la haine en ligne dans le monde. La multiplication des conflits armés et le choc du 7 octobre ont également eu des conséquences dramatiques. Cependant, quelques bonnes nouvelles sont aussi à noter, avec des avancées pour les droits des personnes LGBTI par exemple. Amnesty International Report describes the human rights situation worldwide in 2023 in 155 different countries. TheNGO's teams of journalists and investigators paint a rather gloomy picture, with, in particular, a decline in women's rights, the dramatic consequences of global warming on the most vulnerable populations, a decline in the right to protest, and the proliferation of online hate around the world. The multiplication of armed conflicts and the shock of October 7 have also had dramatic consequences. However, there is some good news too, with advances in LGBTI rights for example.
