As the consumers of today and decision-makers of tomorrow, they define the demand for goods and services and have the power to drive economic prosperity, environmental sustainability and social equality.This approach underpins the YouthXchange Initiative, which contributes to the Global Action Programme on Education for Sustainable Development and aligns with the goals of the 2030 Agenda. The initiative promotes equitable, informed and efficient consumption, while the training kit supports that effort with clear, reliable and compelling information. 미디어교육의 재구조화: 21세기 한국의 미디어교육 영역 및 구성 발행 연도: 2019 저자: 양정애 | 김아미 | 박한철 단체 저자: 한국언론진흥재단 본 연구의 목적은 미디어교육 개념을 현재 미디어환경의 특성에 맞게 업데이트하는 한편, 실제로 이뤄지고 있는 현장의 교육양상을 최대 한 반영해서 좀 더 현실적인 형태로 재구조화하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 1차적으로 는 미디어교육과 관련된 다양한 영역의 관계자들을 광범위하게 섭외해 인터뷰를 실시하고, 이들이 어떤 교육을 하거나 받아왔는지, 이들이 생각하는 미디어교육 은 무엇인지, 미디어교육이 좀 더 체계를 잡으려면 어떠한 노력이 필요하다고 생각하는지 등을 물어보았다. 이와 더불어 기존 문헌상에 나타난 미디어교육 및 미디어 리터러시 개념을 정리함으로써 이론적으로는 미디어교육 개념에 어떠 한 변화가 있었으며, 어떤 하위요소들이 강조돼 왔는지를 함께 검토해 보았다. 이는 미디어교육 개념을 재구조화해 현재 한국 상황에 맞는 미디어교육의 영역들 을 도출하고 구성하는 데 있어 이론적・실제적 양상을 모두 반영하기 위해서이다.
