Кроме того, как показала продолжающаяся пандемия COVID-19, живое наследие может играть важную роль в обеспечении благополучия и жизнеспособности человеческих сообществ. ЮНЕСКО призывает страны сохранять живое наследие посредством формального и неформального образования. С конца 2019 по начало 2022 года ЮНЕСКО совместно со своими партнёрами реализовала пилотный проект «Преподавание и обучение с использованием элементов живого наследия в школах» в шести странах Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона — Камбодже, Казахстане, Кыргызстане, Непале, Южной Корее и Таиланде. Более 1900 учащихся из 21 школы получили возможность принять участие в этих инновационных занятиях. В ходе этого проекта 86 учителей, из которых более двух третей — женщины, разработали и опробовали 101 план уроков и мероприятий. Данный комплект методических материалов содержит пошаговое руководство и основные сведения, позволяющие понять важность и научиться интегрировать концепции и практику живого наследия в учебные и внеклассные мероприятия в школах. The inclusion of human rights values at this level raises several problems that lead to two complementary trends: The first is related to the didactics of human rights and citizenship education, and the second trend is related to the extent of the learner’s ability to acquire and represent the values of citizenship and transform them into automatic daily behaviors and practices in the school environment and then after that in daily public life and private transactions.

Accordingly, the study focuses on measuring the extent of the spread of this phenomenon and identifying its various forms and manifestations in the school environment, as well as the actors involved in it. Il met en évidence l’importance d’un environnement scolaire sûr et sans violence pour garantir une éducation de qualité. L’objectif principal de cette évaluation est d’apporter un diagnostic détaillé sur la situation de la violence en milieu scolaire au Maroc. Elle vise ainsi à en mesurer la prévalence et à identifier les différentes formes et manifestations de celle-ci, ainsi que les acteurs impliqués, en ciblant, non seulement les auteurs de violence, mais également les victimes parmi les élèves et le personnel éducatif. Cette évaluation repose sur les résultats d’une enquête quantitative réalisée à la fin du premier trimestre de l’année scolaire 2021-2022, auprès de 260 établissements représentatifs à l’échelle nationale, avec la participation de 13 884 élèves représentant les trois cycles de l’enseignement (primaire, secondaire collégial et qualifiant), ainsi qu’une enquête qualitative menée dans 27 établissements.

College of Education Ibn Rushd هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة دور المواطنة الرقمية في استخدام التكنولوجيا والتقليل من الاخطار الناجمة عنها، فقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستبانة لمعرفة هل هناك دور للمواطنة الرقمية في استخدام التكنولوجيا والتقليل من الاخطار الناجمة عنها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (102) موظف في وزارة التربية والتعليم لواء ماركا (قصبة عمان الرابعة). تكونت الاستبانة من محورين رئيسين، المحور الاول المعرفة بمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية، المحور الثاني دور المواطنة الرقمية في استخدام التكنولوجيا والتقليل من أخطار التكنولوجيا. ودلت نتائج الدراسة على أن معرفة عينة الدراسة لمفهوم المواطنة الرقمية بدرجة مرتفعة ؛ فقد كان الوسط الحسابي يساوي (3.887) على مقياس ليكرت الخماسي والانحراف المعياري يساوي(0.97). ودلت النتائج على أن وجود دور قوي للمواطنة في التقليل من الاخطار الناجمة عن التكنولوجيا ؛ فقد كان الوسط الحسابي يساوي (4.2) والانحراف المعياري يساوي (0.94).

The report provides an analysis of inclusive education in Arab countries with the aim of formulating future recommendations, although the report focuses specifically on persons with disability. It acknowledges that other categories of learners suffer from marginalization and are unable to benefit from educational opportunities. It addresses the obstacles and challenges that prevent inclusion, and addresses the progress made and the progress needed to make comprehensive quality education a reality in the Arab region. The report stresses the need for organized and systematic cooperation between teachers, schools and the educational community. It calls on governments to implement immediate measures to assign responsibilities related to learners with disabilities to the Ministry of Education, and urges them to allocate adequate funding to develop effective and implementable plans and mobilize national commitment to inclusive education for all. Le rapport fournit une analyse de l'éducation inclusive dans les pays arabes dans le but de formuler des recommandations futures, bien qu'il se concentre spécifiquement sur les personnes en situation de handicap. Il reconnaît que d'autres catégories d'apprenants souffrent de marginalisation et ne peuvent pas bénéficier des opportunités éducatives. Il aborde les obstacles et défis qui empêchent l'inclusion, ainsi que les progrès réalisés et ceux nécessaires pour faire de l'éducation de qualité une réalité dans la région arabe. Le rapport souligne la nécessité d'une coopération organisée et systématique entre les enseignants, les écoles et la communauté éducative. Il appelle les gouvernements à mettre en œuvre des mesures immédiates pour assigner les responsabilités liées aux apprenants en situation de handicap au ministère de l'Éducation, et les exhorte à allouer un financement adéquat pour développer des plans efficaces et réalisables et mobiliser l'engagement national en faveur de l'éducation inclusive pour tous.
