Amnesty International Report 2021/22: The State of the World’s Human Rights 발행 연도: 2022 단체 저자: Amnesty International The Amnesty International Report 2021/22 highlights the human rights situation in 154 countries in 2021. It presents Amnesty International’s documented concerns and recommendations for governments and others. From a human rights perspective, 2021 was largely a story of betrayal and hypocrisy in the corridors of power. But hopes for a better post-pandemic world were kept alive by courageous individuals, social movements and civil society organizations. Their efforts and limited hard-won victories should prompt governments to live up to their promises.

The purpose of these Guidelines is to assist humanitarian actors and communities affected by armed conflict, natural disasters, and other humanitarian emergencies to coordinate, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate essential actions to prevent and reduce gender-based violence in all sectors of the humanitarian response.The overall goal of the Guidelines is to support humanitarian stakeholders in fulfilling their responsibility to protect all those affected by crises, by:- Reducing risk of GBV by implementing GBV prevention and mitigation strategies from pre-emergency to recovery stages of humanitarian action.- Promoting resilience by strengthening national and community-based systems that prevent and mitigate GBV, and by enabling survivors and those at risk of GBV to access specialized care and support.- Aiding recovery of communities and societies by supporting local and national capacity to create lasting solutions to the problem of GBV.

العنف ضد المرأة، صوره وآليات الحماية القانونية منه على ضوء القانون رقم 15-19لسنة 2015 발행 연도: 2020 저자: Houbah Abdel Qader,Awad Fateha تناولت الدراسة موضوع العنف ضد المرأة، وكذا مظاهر وآليات الحماية القانونية لها ضد العنف المادي والمعنوي المارس ضدها، وقد فرضت طبيعة الموضوع التطرق إلى أهم ما جاء به المشرع الجنائي الجزائري من نصوص تجرم العنف ضد المرأة بشكل صريح، وخاصة ما تعلق منه بالعنف الجسدي والعنف الجنسي واللفظي ...، حيث تشكل في مجملها مظاهر وأشكال للعنف. وقد كشفت هذه الدراسة أهم النصوص القانونية، التي استحدثها المشرع في التعديل الأخير لقانون العقوبات سنة 2015، حيث تم فيه تجريم بعض صور العنف الممارس ضد المرأة داخل الأسرة وخارجها، أبرزها العنف الجسدي واللفظي، زيادة على العنف المعنوي كالإهمال العائلي والتحرش الجنسي، وغيرها من مظاهر العنف الذي يطال المرأة في المجالين الخاص العام. ولقد شدد المشرع في العقوبة على مرتكبيها في إطار تجسيد الحماية القانونية للمرأة ضد العنف، وذلك من خلال سياسة التجريم والتشديد في العقوبة على مرتكبي أفعال العنف لاسيما المرتكب ضد المرأة. It has been widespread in recent years since the beginning of this millennium, as violence in its material and moral appearance has become a real threat to all vulnerable groups in societies. Violence against women in all its forms is also considered a crime punishable by law, which requires combating, criminalizing it, and emphasizing its perpetrators. Since violence against women is a crime recognized today locally and internationally, most laws and legislations have come to condemn it. It also recognizes its serious, health and psychological effects on women specifically. This research paper discusses the forms of physical and moral violence practiced against her, and to identify the mechanisms adopted by the criminal Algerian legislator following the recent changes taking place in the Penal Code for the year 2015 in order to combat violence.

One easier way to connect with the world is digitally in this age of life including International relations.In this context, the current study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of digital diplomacy in building relationships with the public from the perspective of international public relations byanalyzing the efforts of the diplomatic mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in both the United States and the United Kingdom on Twitter The study relied The study relied on a theoretical approach that explains the development of the concept of digital diplomacy and its various functions, presented by researchers Dodd & Collins that illustrates the functions of digital diplomacy through social media platforms. The current study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the case study approach and the content analysis, by analyzing the content of the tweets, (1181) tweets divided into (730) tweets published through the official account of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s mission to the United States via Twitter, as well as (451) tweets published through the official account of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s mission to the United Kingdom. 
اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة طولكرم 발행 연도: 2021 저자: Husam Tawfiq Herzallah Basem Shalash 단체 저자: Al-Quds Open University هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف إلى اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني فيالمدارس الثانوية في محافظة طولكرم، كما هدفت الى التعرف الى وجود فروق في اتجاهاتهم وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة(الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة، التمكن من استخدام الحاسوب). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهجالوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (83) معلما ومعلمة منهم (36) معلمة، و (47) معلما، ولجمع البيانات فقداستخدم الباحثان استبانة تكونت من (35) فقرة، ثم وزعت على عينة الدراسة وقد تم تطبيقها في الفصل الثاني منالعام الدراس ي (2020/2019). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاهات أفراد العينة نحو التعليم الالكتروني كانتمتوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في الاتجاهات طبقا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، ولم تظهر أي فروق تبعاللمتغيرات الأخرى. وقدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها: عقد الدورات والندوات العلمية بهدفنشر الوعي والمعرفة بالتعليم الالكتروني وفوائده على العملية التعليمية وتشجيع المعلمين لممارسة أنماط التعليمالالكتروني المختلفة، وكذلك دراسة اتجاهات الطلبة نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني.
