Kit de Herramientas de incidencia Juvenil sobre ECM 발행 연도: 2019 단체 저자: Centro de Asia y el Pacífico de Educación para el Entendimiento Internacional (APCEIU) APCEIU ha publicado el Kit de Herramientas de incidencia Juvenil sobre Educación para la Ciudadanía Mundial (ECM) para proveer a líderes jóvenes con una guía de incidencia sobre ECM. Enfocado en jóvenes activistas que actualmente participan en programas de ECM alrededor del mundo, el kit ofrece una mirada de la ECM e incidencia, así como consejos y herramientas para implementar de forma efectiva una campaña de incidencia en los niveles local y global. The first was the joint publication by APCEIU and UNESCO(2021) titled Global citizenship education: a policymaking awareness and advocacy handbook.This latest handbook aims to raise awareness among teachers in the Asia-Pacific region on GCED and to equip teachers with knowledge about GCED, its importance and how to teach it, using good practices, to enhance learners’ competences at the classroom level, for society’s overall benefit.Recognizing that education policies, strategies and practices in the Asia-Pacific region reflect GCED in diverse ways, this handbook also seeks to provide a common regional understanding of what GCED is. Who can benefit from this handbook?The major beneficiaries of this handbook are teachers, educators and learners. Through explaining what GCED is and its outcomes, this handbook will enable teachers and educators to develop a deeper understanding of the benefits that GCED brings to learners. This handbook will also help teachers to themselves cultivate the necessary values, knowledge, skills and attitudes, and make the required behavioural changes, as one must become a responsible global citizen first in order to empower others to do so.As a practical guide, this handbook also supports teachers to integrate GCED into their teaching. Global Citizenship Education: A Guide for Policymakers 발행 연도: 2017 저자: Swee-Hin Toh | Gary Shaw | Danilo Padilla 단체 저자: APCEIU In order to assist UNESCO Member States to integrate and strengthen Global Citizenship Education (GCED) in national education policies, strategies and plans to achieve SDG Target 4.7 effectively, the Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) has developed and published Global Citizenship Education: A Guide for Policymakers (hereafter referred to as the Guide).The Guide is mainly divided into two parts. Part 1 provides an overview of GCED, including the following three sections: the background to GCED; the rationale for GCED; and the concept of GCED. In Part 2, various selection strategies which allow each country to incorporate GCED into its current education system aligned with its own priorities and context, were divided and suggested into five major policy areas as follow: policy review and development; curriculum review and development; capacity building; knowledge creation; sharing and dissemination; and monitoring and assessment.The Guide was first published in English and Korean and additional translations will be available in the future in other languages, including French and Arabic to provide access to more readers worldwide.
