The study sample consisted of (53) parameters of the original study population, where the sample was selected on the basis of stratified random sample . The researchers developed a questionnaire for this purpose which included (38) of the child rights and distributed them in four areas: social, cognitive, political  and economic, and  was verified. The results showed  weakness in the familiarity by kindergarten teachers of the principles of the rights of children that are included in the National Curriculum. To achieve the aims of the study and to test the study hypothesis, the researcher uses the analytical descriptive methodology along with a questionnaire that was distributed to the sample of the study which consisted of (250) teachers; forming (20%) of the study population. After analysing the collected data, the study reveals the following. First, the school's environment plays a large role at the statistical level (ฮฑ=0.05) in stimulating innovation among the students of that level at the defined venue in spite of the variables of the place of residency. Second, there is no role for the school's environment at the statistical level (ฮฑ=0.05) in stimulating innovation among the students of that level at the defined venue from teachers' viewpoint due to variables of gender, specialization in the Bachelor's degree, experience, and social status.
