Médiation culturelle pour la sauvegarde et la valorisation du patrimoine tunisien: Des initiatives citoyennes (Ethnologies; vol. 38, no. 1-2) 발행 연도: 2016 저자: Selma Zaiane-Ghalia 단체 저자: Association canadienne d’ethnologie et de folklore | Laval University Depuis son indépendance, la Tunisie a consacré des efforts importants à la valorisation du patrimoine culturel dans un objectif de développement économique misant sur le secteur touristique. Les diverses institutions gouvernementales concernées par la sauvegarde et la valorisation des richesses patrimoniales, telles que le ministère de la Culture et le ministère du Tourisme, ont mis en place plusieurs actions de médiation culturelle à cet effet. De nombreux rapports et publications mentionnent ces données mais l’on a peu écrit sur l’apport important des citoyens et des organisations communautaires à ce domaine de la médiation culturelle. Or le mouvement associatif a toujours été fort en Tunisie et il s’est renforcé depuis la révolution de 2010. À partir de visites et de rencontres personnelles effectuées sur le terrain et complétées par des données récentes colligées sur Internet – sur des blogues, des pages sociales ou des sites plus professionnels –, nous nous proposons d’examiner la place de la participation citoyenne dans la médiation culturelle en Tunisie. Nous prendrons à cet effet des exemples de projets concrets. 
Youth and Changing Realities: Rethinking Post-basic Education in Sub-Saharan Africa 발행 연도: 2022 단체 저자: UNESCO Education should empower young people for full participation in their societies and education systems should be responsive to their voices, aspirations and actions. At this time of upheaval, it is more important than ever that youth voices are heard. This synthesis report analyses the perspectives of post-basic education of some young people from 20 countries in sub-Saharan Africa. Their voices express diverse experiences, aspirations and expectations. They describe ‘changing realities’ in which education and training opportunities often seem unable to meet their aspirations and new demands of the world of work and society. It focusses on four crucial themes for post-basic education, with reference to youth’s experiences: financing, socio-cultural barriers, skills for work and life, and educators’ capacities.The Education 2030 Framework for Action calls for youth, learners and their organizations to be full partners in the realization of SDG4; to encourage governments and other stakeholders to develop education programmes in consultation with young people; and to help shape policies for relevant and responsive education systems. This synthesis report makes an important contribution towards rethinking post-basic education in sub-Saharan Africa.

A Brief History of Currents and Debates in the Field of Ethnic Studies in Education in the Quebec Society (Cahiers de recherche sociologique; no. 64) 발행 연도: 2018 저자: Maryse Potvin 단체 저자: Athéna éditions The issues of pluralism, equity and inclusion are among the top priorities of the 21st century for education systems. These issues have given rise, in Quebec as elsewhere, to a specific field of public policies and interventions, debates and research for 50 years. This article traces the relatively "successive" appearance of currents - multicultural or intercultural, anti-racist, civic and rights-based, inclusive, still present in the sociology of education today - and shows how they marked (and predominated in) the normative discourses and the field of ethnic studies in education in Quebec during three different periods : the years 1970-1980, 1990-2000, 2010 to the present day. This article outlines the main "currents of ideas" and debates in this field of education during these three periods, and situates these debates in their links, both with the main social issues or significant events in the Quebec context and with the evolution of public policies in this field. Ces enjeux ont donné lieu, au Québec comme ailleurs, à un champ spécifique de politiques et d’interventions publiques, de débats et de recherches depuis 50 ans. Cet article retrace l’apparition relativement « successive » de courants - multiculturel ou interculturel, antiraciste, à la citoyenneté et aux droits, inclusif, encore tous présents dans la sociologie de l’éducation aujourd’hui – et montre comment ils ont marqué (et prédominé davantage dans) les discours normatifs et le champ des études ethniques en éducation au Québec au cours de trois périodes différentes : les années 1970-1980, 1990-2000, 2010 à nos jours. Cet article esquisse donc à grands traits les principaux « courants d’idées » et débats dans le champ en éducation au Québec au cours de ces trois périodes, et resitue ces débats dans leurs liens à la fois avec les principaux enjeux de société ou événements marquants du contexte québécois et avec l’évolution des politiques publiques dans ce champ.
