[Summary] First Meeting of UNESCO Chairs Relating to Global Citizenship Education 발행 연도: 2022 단체 저자: UNESCO | APCEIU This report shares the overview of the First Meeting of UNESCO Chairs Relating to Global Citizenship Education held on Friday, 30 September 2022. The event was co-organized by UNESCO and APCEIU with the main objective of gathering UNESCO Chairs from GCED-related fields to discuss the need for a platform for information sharing and knowledge exchanges and share ideas of how UNESCO Chairs could collaborate through joint projects.As UNESCO is in the process of revising the 1974 UNESCO Recommendation concerning Education for International Understanding, Co-operation and Peace and Education relating to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the report also shared the summary of the discussion over the meeting regarding the current status of the revision process and UNESCO Chairs' thoughts and suggestions on the revised Recommendation. 
L’éducation dans un monde post-Covid: considérations supplémentaires (Réflexion en cours; No. 43, 2021) 발행 연도: 2021 저자: Renato Opertti 단체 저자: UNESCO International Bureau of Education (IBE) Ce document de discussion analyse certaines implications des idées proposées dans le document initial « L’éducation dans un monde post-COVID : Neuf idées pour l’action publique » (2020) produit par la Commission internationale sur les futurs de l’éducation. Parmi les contributeurs de ce document figurent des experts éminents ayant une large expérience professionnelle et politique, provenant de diverses régions du monde. L’ensemble de ces neuves idées interconnectées éclaire la voie à suivre pour transformer l’éducation et les systèmes éducatifs et concevoir l’avenir dans une optique progressiste. D’une part, il réaffirme les principes de base, la compréhension et les engagements concernant l’éducation en tant que bien commun mondial et droit de l’homme universel ; il exprime également la nécessité de réinventer le multilatéralisme pour un nouvel ordre mondial et, surtout, de mobiliser des idées et des fonds pour transformer l’éducation. D’autre part, le document plaide en faveur d’un programme éducatif global, incluant les questions critiques suivantes: (i) visualiser les éducateurs comme des décideurs dans les systèmes éducatifs ; (ii) considérer les étudiants comme des acteurs actifs ayant des droits ; (iii) reconnaître la valeur et la spécificité de l’espace scolaire ; (iv) aborder les dilemmes autour de la capacité de la technologie à combler les inégalités ; et (v) revoir les contenus d’enseignement pour la durabilité des jeunes générations. 
Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Digital Diplomacy in Building Relationships with the Public from the Perspective of International Public Relations 발행 연도: 2023 저자: Musab Falih Al-Hasbi Diplomacy has been an indispensable part of global affairs, as it is what makes it about relations between global nations. One easier way to connect with the world is digitally in this age of life including International relations.In this context, the current study seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of digital diplomacy in building relationships with the public from the perspective of international public relations byanalyzing the efforts of the diplomatic mission of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in both the United States and the United Kingdom on Twitter The study relied The study relied on a theoretical approach that explains the development of the concept of digital diplomacy and its various functions, presented by researchers Dodd & Collins that illustrates the functions of digital diplomacy through social media platforms. The current study is one of the descriptive studies that relied on the case study approach and the content analysis, by analyzing the content of the tweets, (1181) tweets divided into (730) tweets published through the official account of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s mission to the United States via Twitter, as well as (451) tweets published through the official account of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s mission to the United Kingdom. 
اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو استخدام التعليم الإلكتروني في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة طولكرم 발행 연도: 2021 저자: Husam Tawfiq Herzallah Basem Shalash 단체 저자: Al-Quds Open University هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف إلى اتجاهات معلمي الرياضيات نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني فيالمدارس الثانوية في محافظة طولكرم، كما هدفت الى التعرف الى وجود فروق في اتجاهاتهم وفقا لمتغيرات الدراسة(الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة، التمكن من استخدام الحاسوب). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهجالوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (83) معلما ومعلمة منهم (36) معلمة، و (47) معلما، ولجمع البيانات فقداستخدم الباحثان استبانة تكونت من (35) فقرة، ثم وزعت على عينة الدراسة وقد تم تطبيقها في الفصل الثاني منالعام الدراس ي (2020/2019). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاهات أفراد العينة نحو التعليم الالكتروني كانتمتوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق في الاتجاهات طبقا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، ولم تظهر أي فروق تبعاللمتغيرات الأخرى. وقدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها: عقد الدورات والندوات العلمية بهدفنشر الوعي والمعرفة بالتعليم الالكتروني وفوائده على العملية التعليمية وتشجيع المعلمين لممارسة أنماط التعليمالالكتروني المختلفة، وكذلك دراسة اتجاهات الطلبة نحو استخدام التعليم الالكتروني. The Attitudes of Mathematics Teachers towards the use of e-learning at Secondary Schools in Tulkarm District 발행 연도: 2021 저자: Husam Tawfiq Herzallah Basem Shalash 단체 저자: Al-Quds Open University This study aimed to identify the attitudes of math teachers towards the use of electronic education in the secondary schools in Tulkarm Governorate, the study also identified the impact of the study variables (gender, educational qualification, experience, and the ability to use the computer) on the attitudes of teachers. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method, the study sample consisted of (83) male and female teachers (36) of them are female teachers and the remaining others (47) are male teachers, the researchers used a questionnaire which consists of (35) items, which were applied in the second semester of the academic year (2019/2020) ).The results of the study showed that the attitudes of the sample members towards e-learning were medium average, the results of the study showed that there were many differences in the attitudes according to the gender variable and in favor of males, and no differences appeared or emerged according to other variables. The researchers presented many recommendations and suggestions, the most important of them are: holding scientific courses, and seminars with the aim of spreading awareness and knowledge of e-learning and its benefits on the educational process and encouraging teachers to practice different types of e-learning, as well as studying students' attitudes toward using e-learning. 
التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية 발행 연도: 2023 저자: Randa Ead Shrair هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئاتها التدريسية، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥α)، بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الحكومية بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية تعزى لمتغيرات: (الجنس، سنوات الخدمة، والدرجة العلمية، والتخصص)، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي/ المسحي، والرجوع للأدبيات السابقة، تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (30) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (123) عضو هيئة تدريس، وقد توصلت الدراسة ًإلى أن مستوى التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي جاء "كبيرا"، ولم توجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول مستوى التحول الرقمي في تلك المؤسسات تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة. The Digital Transformation of Governmental Higher Education Institutions in the Southern Governorates of Palestine 발행 연도: 2023 저자: Randa Ead Shrair The article aimed to identify the level of digital transformation in government higher education institutions in the Southern Governorates of Palestine from the point of view of its faculty members and to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05). between the averages of the respondents' responses about the level of digital transformation in Government higher education institutions in the Southern Governorates of Palestine are attributed to the variables: (gender, years of service, academic degree, and specialization); by using the descriptive/surveying, a questionnaire was designed consisted of (30) items distributed on (4) axes. After verifying its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of (123) male and female faculty members. The study concluded that the level of digital transformation in higher education institutions was “high" and there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the respondents' responses about the level of digital transformation in those institutions due to the variables of the study . 
فاعلية التدريب الميداني في تأهيل طلبة كليات الإعلام لسوق العمل: جامعتا اليرموك والشرق الأوسط أنموذجا 발행 연도: 2023 저자: Saddam Al-Masshaqbah | Ramez Abuhasirah هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى فاعلية مساق التدريب الميداني في رفع قدرات طلبة كليات الإعلام بالجامعات الأردنية الحكومية والخاصة، وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل، واستندت الدراسة إلى منهج مسح الجمهور، بالتطبيق على عينة عشوائية بسيطة قوامها (264) طالبا وطالبة في كليتي الإعلام بجامعة الشرق الأوسط وجامعة اليرموك، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة التزام الطلبة بالدوام خلال فترة التدريب الميداني في المؤسسات الإعلامية جاءت بدرجة "كبيرة جدا" بنسبة (%39.8)، بينما جاءت درجة استفادتهم من التدريب الميداني بدرجة "متوسطة" وبنسبة (%29.2)، وتمثلت أبرز المجالات التي تدرب عليها الطلبة في: "التحرير الصحفي"، و"إعداد البرامج الإذاعية والتلفزيونية"، و"فن الإلقاء والتقديم"، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع التدريب الميداني لطلبة كليتي الإعلام بجامعة الشرق الأوسط وجامعة اليرموك قد تمثل في: "قرب المسافة بين مكان السكن والمؤسسة الإعلامية مهم في الاستفادة من التدريب" بوسط حسابي بلغ (4.27) وبدرجة مرتفعة، بينما تمثلت فاعلية التدريب الميداني في تأهيل الطلبة لسوق العمل في: "التعرف إلى آلية عمل المؤسسة الإعلامية"، و"اكتساب العلاقات الجديدة في سوق العمل"، و"التعرف إلى مشكلات العاملين في المؤسسات الإعلامية". The effectiveness of field training in qualifying students of media faculties for the labor market: Yarmouk and Middle East universities as a model 발행 연도: 2023 저자: Saddam Al-Masshaqbah | Ramez Abuhasirah The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the field training course in raising the capabilities of students of media faculties in public and private Jordanian universities and qualifying them for the labor market. The results showed that the degree of students' commitment to attendance during the field training period in media institutions came to a "huge" degree, at a rate of (39.8%), while the degree of their benefit from field training came to a "medium" degree, at a rate of (29.2%). In: "Journalism Editing," Preparation of Radio and Television Programs," and "The Art of Speaking and Presentation." training" with an arithmetic mean of (4.27) and a high degree. In contrast, the effectiveness of the field training was represented in qualifying students for the labor market by: "recognizing the mechanism of work of the media institution," "acquiring new relationships in the labor market." and "Identifying the problems of workers in media institutions. 
أثر المدرسة المالكيّة العراقيّة على المدرسة المغربيّة 발행 연도: 2022 저자: Bougaltia Mounir تكمن أهمّية دراسة أثر المدرسة المالكيّة العراقيّة على المدرسة المالكيّة المغربيّة، لما تتميز به المدرستان من سمات، ودورهما في الحفاظ على المذهب والفقهي المالكي، لوجود علاقة بينهما، ومن خلال هذه العلاقة فما هو مدى تأثير المدرسة المالكيّة العراقيّة على المدرسة المغربيّة؟ والدراسة تهدف لبيان أثر المدرسة العراقيّة على المدرسة المغربية، بعدّة مظاهر، وللوصول إلى هذه الأهداف اخترت المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي في الجملة وفي بعض المواضع أعملت المنهج الاستقرائي، ومن أهم النتائج التي وصلت إليها: أن المدرسة المالكيّة العراقيّة لها أثر على المدرسة المغربيّة في عدّة مظاهر: سواء ما يتعلّق برواية كتبهم وشرحها والاعتناء بها.
