إشكالية التسامح الديني والتعليم الديني –دراسة نظرية تحليلية- (العالم العربي –لبنان كمثال) 발행 연도: 2019 저자: Faten Alskafi تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرّف على مفهوم التسامح من خلال تحديد هذا المفهوم وتعريفه وطرح الإشكالية حوله خاصّة في العالم العربي، وتعود أهمية هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية هذا المفهوم الذي يؤدي غيابه إلى تفشي ظاهرتي التعصّب والعنف، وتطرح الدراسة أسباب غياب هذا المفهوم وضبابيته في العالم العربي وعوائقه مع التركيز على عوامل نشأته خاصّة على دور التعليم الديني الذي بات يُعتبر من أكثر العوامل خطورة في تنمية الاتّجاهات التعصّبية أو التسامحية وبالتالي وفي تعزيز قيم المواطنة لدى الطلاب في المدارس المختلفة.

The Problem of Religious Tolerance and Religious Education: An Analytical Theoretical Study (The Arab World - Lebanon as an Example) 발행 연도: 2019 저자: Faten Alskafi The present study aims to identify the concept of tolerance, defining it and raising the problem around it, especially in the Arab world. The importance of this study is due to the importance of this concept itself because its absence will lead to intolerance and violence. التعليم من أجل التنمية المستدامة 발행 연도: 2021 저자: Younis Isa | Amara Aisha | Maiter Aisha تهدف هذه المداخلة لإبراز أهمية التعليم من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وهذا باعتبارها من المواضيع التي تلقى اهتماما كبيرا في جميع دول العالم، باعتبارها قضية مهمة في الوقت الراهن، ومحور اهتمامها يتمثل في تحسين ثلاث جوانب أساسية، وهذه الجوانب تتعلق بالجانب الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي، ولتحقيق هذا المفهوم-التنمية المستدامة- لدى النشء لابد من تعليمها لهم، ويكون هذا بادراجها في المناهج التعليمية، ولتعليم التنمية المستدامة وترسيخها يتطلب ذلك أساليب محددة، وتحتاج التنمية المستدامة إلى مقومات لتعليمها، وهذه المقومات لابد من مراعاة فيها العملية والبيئة التعليمية، وتستوجب التنمية المستدامة إلى مجموعة من المداخل لابد من تفعيلها، ولترسيخ التنمية المستدامة في التعليم نتبع عدة أساليب تدريس محددة لهذا الغرض، وهذا لمساعدة التلاميذ على التربية من أجل التنمية المستدامة، كما أبرزت المداخلة بعض الكفاءات الضرورية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، وكذا احتياجات التعليم من أجل التنمية المستدامة.

الحماية الجزائية المقررة في عمالة الأطفال 발행 연도: 2022 저자: Aitbenamer Ghania 단체 저자: University of Mostaghanem Central إن عمل الأطفال بمفهومه السلبي هو العمل الذي يضع أعباء ثقيلة على الطفل ويستغله اقتصادياً مما يؤدي إلى تهديد سلامته وصحته ورفاهيته. فتعتبر ظاهرة عمل الأطفال ظاهرة عالمية بدأت تنتشر وتتوسع في الآونة الأخيرة وتترك آثاراً سلبية تنعكس على الطفل بشكل خاص، وعلى الأسرة والمجتمع بشكل عام. فالمجتمعات في جميع أنحاء العالم تعاني من انتشار ظاهرة تشغيل الأطفال التي تسمّى بظاهرة عمالة الأطفال، مما دفع بالمجتمع الدولي للتدخل من خلال عدة منظمات و هيئات دولية لتنظيم عمل الأطفال. ونظرا لحرص الجزائر على محاربة ظاهرة عمالة الأطفال و الوقاية منها صادقت على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية ، و كذا اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة حول حقوق الطفل و اتخذت مجموعة من الإجراءات لتجسيد محتوى تلك الاتفاقيات و كرستها في منظومتها القانونية لمنع كل أشكال تشغيل الأطفال ما لم يحظ تشغيلهم بتأطير قانوني يحدد الشروط التي يجب أن يحيط تشغيلهم،حيث أولى المشرع الجزائري فئة الأطفال العمال عناية خاصة، من حيث تحديد سن العمل و التمهين، مرورا بمنع تشغيلهم في ظروف غير لائقة ،فضلا عن تقرير عقوبات على مخالفة الأحكام و الضوابط الخاصة بعمالة الأطفال.

The Penal Protection Established for Child Labor 발행 연도: 2022 저자: Aitbenamer Ghania 단체 저자: University of Mostaghanem Central This study aims to clarify the important of the development of human resources in its various dimensions for companies specially the Algerian ones, by providing human resources with knowledge, skills and experience and improving their behavior, which help them to do their work and develop their performance, then provide an added value to the company where they work, This study focused on the reality of the application of the various dimensions of human resources development (training, learning, empowerment, career development) in the Eastern Company of Electricity and Gas Distribution – Unit of Tebessa. In order to answer the problem posed and to test the main hypothesis, the quantitative approach was adopted through a questionnaire that was distributed to a simple random sample of 234 employees of the company, representing 47.17% of the total population of the study. The collected data was analyzed using the Spss V25 program, The study concluded that the level of application of human resources development in its various dimensions in the Eastern Company of Electricity and Gas Distribution – Unit of Tebessa is good, although there is a discrepancy in the application of these dimensions, which ranged between high and medium.

جريـــمة اختطـــــاف الأطفال داخل المجتمع الجزائري 발행 연도: 2021 저자: Abish Samir يشهد المجتمع الجزائري خلال السنوات الأخيرة بروز ظواهر اجتماعية غريبة عن ثقافته وعاداته ودخيلة عن سلوكيات أفراده، أرقت مضجعه وشوهت مظهره وزرعت الشك والحيرة في نفوس أبنائه، ولعل أهمها ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال الصغار، هذه الجريمة التي مافتئت تشهد تناميا غريبا مهددة حياة الطفولة والأسرة والمجتمع عامة ومخلفة لها انعكاسات وآثار سلبية جدا على الفرد والمجتمع ككل، وهو الأمر الذي جعل مؤسسات المجتمع تستنفر جهودها من أجل مواجهة هذه الظاهرة الهجينة والتصدي لها ومحاولة الوصول إلى آليات من شأنها تقديم حلول ناجعة لها. غير أن الوصول إلى آليات مناسبة يمكنها التصدي لظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال وتقديم حلول ناجعة لها لا يمكن أن يمر إلا عبر معرفة الأسباب والعوامل الحقيقية الكامنة وراء تفشي هذه الظاهرة داخل المجتمع الجزائري والعمل على تشخيصها تشخيصا يسمح بإيجاد هذه الآليات، لأن تقديم الدواء المناسب يتوقف دائما على التشخيص السليم والناجع. وإيمانا منا بأن الواقع هو وحده الكفيل بتقديم الصورة الحقيقية للظاهرة، فقد حاولنا العمل على تقصي أشكال وعوامل تفشي ظاهرة اختطاف الأطفال من خلال تحليل عينة من حالات الاختطاف التي وقعت داخل المجتمع الجزائري والوقوف على الأسباب التي أدت إلى حدوثها. الكلمات المفتاح : الأطفال ؛ جريمة؛ اختطاف الأطفال؛ المجتمع الجزائري.

On the individual and society as a whole, which has made the institutions of the community to intensify their efforts to address this phenomenon hybrid and to address them and try to reach mechanisms that provide effective solutions to them. However, access to appropriate mechanisms that can address the phenomenon of child abduction and provide effective solutions can only go through the knowledge of the real causes and factors underlying the spread of this phenomenon within the Algerian society and work on diagnosing a diagnosis that allows the creation of these mechanisms. Sound and efficient. We believe that reality is the only one that can provide the real picture of the phenomenon. We have tried to investigate the phenomenon of child abduction by analyzing a sample of the cases of kidnapping that took place within Algerian society and to identify the forms and causes that led to them.
