التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان: فهم مشترك للمبادئ والمنهجيات. دليل الأندية 발행 연도: 2014 단체 저자: National Council for Human Rights جاء هذا الدليل استجابة لحاجة ملحة تم رصدها وتشخيصها من خلال التجربة العملية واللقاءات التشاورية مع أندية التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان في المؤسسات التعليمية. يستهدف هذا الدليل: وضع إطار مرجعي لأندية التربية على حقوق الإنسان من حيث الأهداف المرجعيات والمبادئ والمقاربات من جهة، وضوابط العمل وأدوات وتقنيات التنشيط من جهة ثانية؛ توحيد وتقريب الرؤى وتيسير الفهم والتواصل بين مختلف مكونات الأندية وشركائهم؛ تقديم أرضية لمأسسة وتفعيل الأندية. ويبقى هذا المشروع مفتوحا على الاجتهادات والإغناء والتكييف وفق خصوصيات الجهات والأقاليم والمؤسسات والفئات المستهدفة في إطار احترام الأهداف المنشودة. لذا فإن هذا الدليل جاء ليوحد الجهود ولينسق الرؤى وليستثمر التراكمات والإبداعات والاجتهادات التي بادرت بها مختلف الأطراف المعنية بالموضوع، وليفتح أفقا أرحب لإرساء وتنظيم أندية التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان. تشمل محتويات الدليل: دوافع التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان، ومفاهيمها، وتعريف أدوار مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية والتربوية، الحقوق الديمقراطية والفاعلون في الوسط المدرسي، مبادئ الأندية وأهدافها وبناها، وتشغيلها وفاعليتها وتمويلها، وتقنيات العمل، وغيرها.

Education on Citizenship and Human Rights: A Common Understanding of Principles and Methodologies; A Guide for Clubs 발행 연도: 2014 단체 저자: National Council for Human Rights This guide responds to an urgent need that was identified and diagnosed during practical experience and consultative meetings with the education on citizenship and human rights clubs in the educational institutions. The guide aims at: developing a reference framework for the education on human rights clubs regarding their objectives, references, principles and approaches, on one side, and for the regulations, tools and techniques of the activities on the other; streamlining and approaching visions and facilitating understanding and communication among the different components of the clubs and partners; providing the ground for the institutionalization and activation of the clubs.The project remains open to different perspectives, enriching and adaptation according to the characteristics of the different regions, institutions and target categories relevant to the project’s objectives. Thus the guide is to streamline efforts, coordinate visions and capitalize on the accumulations, creativeness and perspectives of the different relevant parties and to open up wider horizons for the establishing and the clubs. Contents include: why the education on citizenship and human rights, concepts, definitions, roles of the institutions for social and educational nurturing, democratic rights and active actors in the school, the principles, objectives, structures, operating, efficiency, funding and techniques of clubs, among others.

ثقافة الطفل وتحديات العولمة 발행 연도: 2013 저자: الخياري، عبدالله 단체 저자: Mohammed V University تناولت هذه المقالة مرحلة الطفولة كمرحلة عمرية تشكل النواة الأساسية لهوية رجل الغد، مع التركيز على أهمية ضمان النمو المتوازن للأطفال والحفاظ على هويتهم الثقافية والاجتماعية في ظل العولمة والتطور التكنولوجي. وانطلاقا من أن وسائط ثقافة العولمة كتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال تلعب دورا كبيرا في بناء ثقافة الطفل في أبعادها الحسية الحركية والمهاراتية والقيمية، فقد بيّنت المقالة ضرورة القيام بتحليل مضمون هذه الثقافة الإعلامية المحمولة عبر التلفزيون والفيديو والألعاب الإلكترونية، أو عبر الإنترنت، وذلك لتبيان مرجعياتها وتحليل آليات اشتغالها. كما تمّ عرض آليات التنميط والتذويب في الثقافة الإعلامية والإلكترونية على مستوى: الإعلام المرئي، والوسائط الإلكترونية الموجّهة للطفل، ومواد التسلية. وقد تمّ التطرق إلى السلبيات الناتجة عن استعمالات غير متوازنة للثقافة الإلكترونية مثل: الأضرار البدنية المحتملة، شحن الأطفال بسلوك عدواني، خلل في النظام القيمي والأخلاقي. وقد خلصت المقالة إلى ضرورة أن تصبح مسألة تحصين الطفولة من بعض مزالق الثقافة الإلكترونية للعولمة أولوية ضمن الاستراتيجيات التربوية الشاملة، مع التركيز على دور الأبوين والمتخصصين ومنتجي ثقافة الطفل الوطنية في حماية الطفل من مخاطر العولمة.

The Child's Culture and Globalization Challenges 발행 연도: 2013 저자: الخياري، عبدالله 단체 저자: Mohammed V University This article deals with the early childhood stage being the basic core for the identity of tomorrow’s man. It focuses on the importance of ensuring balanced development for children and on maintaining their cultural and social identity in the shadow of globalization and technological development.Because of the big role played by media of the globalization culture, such as the information technology and communication, in informing the child’s culture in all its aspects, sensory, mobility, skills and values, the article underlines the necessity to analyze the contents of the mobile culture that is being transmitted via TV, video, electronic games or the Internet in order to show their references and analyze their operating mechanisms. It also presented the mechanisms of stereotyping and absorbing into the electronic and media culture at the levels of visual media, children electronic media and entertainment material. The negative impact resulting from unbalanced use of the electronic culture were indicated. Those include potential physical harm, injecting aggressive behavior and the distortion of the scale of values and ethics. The study concludes that it is necessary to make the immunization of children against some pitfalls of globalized electronic culture a priority in the holistic educational strategies with a concentration on the role of parents and specialists and producers of the national culture for children in protecting the child from the risks of globalization.

Education, diversité et cohésion sociale en Méditerranée occidentale 발행 연도: 2010 저자: Sobhi Tawil | Abdeljalil Akkari | Bouthaïna Azami 단체 저자: UNESCO La diversité culturelle constitue une caractéristique essentielle des différentes sociétés de la région de la Méditerranée occidentale où une multitude de traditions religieuses et culturelles se sont côtoyées et réciproquement influencées, créant ainsi une mosaïque sociale particulièrement intéressante. Or, la diversité, source de créativité et d'enrichissement culturel, peut aussi amener à renforcer les tensions sociales et creuser les divisions, menaçant ainsi la cohésion sociale à l'intérieur des sociétés comme entre les pays de la région. En effet, des événements récents ont attiré l'attention sur des tensions sociales et politiques liées à l'identité et à la cohésion sociale dans un contexte de mondialisation, d’accroissement des disparités des niveaux de développement économique entre les deux rives de la Méditerranée occidentale et de diversification grandissante des flux migratoires, contexte trop souvent marqué, par ailleurs, par une exacerbation du phénomène de l’exclusion sociale, de la montée de la xénophobie et de l’extrémisme religieux. Conscients de l’importance de la contribution essentielle de l’éducation pour promouvoir un dialogue interculturel axé sur les principes d’équité, de justice, et de respect de la dignité et de la diversité culturelle, la Chaire UNESCO Droits de l’homme et éthique de la coopération internationale de l’Université de Bergame, le Bureau multipays de l’UNESCO à Rabat, et l’ISESCO ont conjointement lancé, en 2007, le projet Education, diversité et cohésion sociale en Méditerranée occidentale. Le projet s’inscrit dans une dynamique de recherche, de dialogue et d’action, renforçant ainsi les efforts de chacun des trois partenaires visant à promouvoir la culture de la justice et de la paix. Cette recherche propose de nouveaux éclairages sur le rôle des systèmes éducatifs nationaux dans la promotion du respect de la diversité et le renforcement de la cohésion sociale, et esquisse des pistes d’action et de coopération. Nous formons le vœu que cet ouvrage commun, fruit des travaux de recherche se rapportant au projet, puisse contribuer à la promotion du respect de la diversité et de la cohésion sociale en Méditerranée occidentale.

Chaque unité devrait permettre aux participants à cette formation de mieux cerner la problématique de la violence et des extrémismes violents et d’utiliser correctement la terminologie associée. En même temps, il aborde le rôle de l’éducation dans la prévention de la violence et des extrémismes violents.

Guide d'utilisation du manuel d'apprentissage de la démocratie pour les jeunes en Tunisie, à l'attention des formateurs et adultes-relais 발행 연도: 2013 단체 저자: UNESCO Rabat As part of its project to support education for democracy for young people in Tunisia, UNESCO has developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the National Commission for Education, Science and Culture, CAWTAR, IADH, CNIPRE and UNI, a handbook on democracy for young people in Tunisia.This handbook is composed of twenty factsheets illustrated with drawings by Plantu. It popularizes the standards and universal principles, as well as major international instruments that protect and emphasize the national legal framework, key issues and challenges and good practices in Tunisia. One of the comparative advantages of this module is the fact that it highlights local issues and ongoing legal reforms in Tunisia.The present handbook has been developed as a pedagogical tool to help adult intermediaries (teachers, social educators etc…) responsible for the training of young people in school and community settings. It provides a series of exercises and situations to facilitate the learning and acquisition of knowledge in the field of democracy.The contents of this guidebook develops an approach based on "the discovery by oneself" which offers to participants activities, exercises and situations that require the mobilization of resources and contents of the training handbook on democracy for young people in Tunisia.Its use requires flexibility and creativity on the part of the trainer to enrich and/ or adapt the proposed exercises. It is in the light of the training context, prior knowledge of the concerned learners, the level of engagement of participants and according to thematic representations, that the trainer designs the training content.
