Il s’agit du phénomène que la communauté internationale appelle « Extrémisme violent » dont les premières victimes sont les jeunes. كـراسي اليونسكو في المغرب العربي Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: UNESCO Rabat في كانون ألاول/ديسمبر 2022، احتفل برنامج توأمة الجامعات/كرايس اليونسكو بالذكرى السنوية الثلاثين لتأسيسه. ولعل استمرار وتطورهذا البرنامج طيلة هذه المدة يؤشران على طابعه الاستراتيجي بالنسبة لليونسكو وللدول ا ألاعضاء على السواء. ويروم هذا البرنامج تعبئة الجامعات ومن خلالها جميع الجهات الفاعلة في مجال التنمية لدعم السياسات العمومي في مختلف مراحلها (من البلورة والتنفيذ إل التقييم) وعلى مختلف مستويات الحكامة (الدولية والوطنية والترابية) لتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. ويسعى البرنامج إلى جعل الجامعات الوطنية مراكز امتياز موضوعاتية قادرة على المساهمة في تحسين أداء العمل العمومي وتعزيز بعدهالاستشرفي، باعتبارها فضاء متكاملا للتكوين والبحث والتوعية.كما يستمد البرنامج أهميته من خصوصيات مقاربته المنهجية. حيث يستند، من ناحية، إلى تعزيزالتشبيك وتعدد التخصصات، ومن ناحية أخرى،إلى الاخذ بعين الاعتبار بطريقة جوهرية ومنهجية الهدف الاستراتيجي المتمثل في بناء القدرات الوطنية. ويهدف اليونسكو لمنطقة الغرب العربي إلى المواكبة الدولاألاعضاء التي يغطيها، في عملية تطوير هذا البرنامج والاستفادة من إمكاناته المختلفة، بالتعاون مع الدوائر الوطنية للتربية والعلومي والثقافة. ويعدإصدارهذه الطبعة ألاولى من كتيب كرايس اليونسكو الجامعية في المغرب العربي مبادرة فيبيأولى هذا الاتجاه. Chaires UNESCO au Maghreb Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: UNESCO Rabat En décembre 2022, le programme UNITWIN/Chaires UNESCO a fêté son trentième anniversaire. Sa longévité et sa dynamique de développement illustrent son caractère stratégique pour l’UNESCO et pour les Etats membres. Ce programme vise à mobiliser les universités et, à travers elles, l’ensemble des acteurs de développement, pour accompagner les politiques publiques pour atteindre les objectifs de développement durable (ODD). Le programme consiste à faire des universités nationales des centres d’excellence thématiques qui sont, en tant qu’espaces intégrés de formation, de recherche et de sensibilisation, en capacité de contribuer à améliorer la performance de l’action publique et à renforcer sa dimension prospective. Ce programme puise sa pertinence dans les spécificités de sa démarche. Cette dernière repose, d’une part, sur la promotion du réseautage et de la pluridisciplinarité et, d’autre part, sur la prise en compte de manière intrinsèque et systématique de l’objectif stratégique de renforcement de capacités nationales. Le Bureau de l’UNESCO pour le Maghreb ambitionne d’accompagner les Etats membres qu’il couvre à développer ce programme et à mettre à profit ses différentes potentialités, en collaboration avec les services concernés au Siège de l’UNESCO à Paris et les Commissions nationales pour l’éducation, les sciences et la culture. La production de cette première édition de la brochure des Chaires UNESCO au Maghreb constitue une première initiative dans ce sens. 
La prévention de la violence par l'éducation Год публикации: 2018 Автор: Gabriele Goettelmann Организация-автор: UNESCO Rabat Ce matériel de formation est composé de trois modules dédiés à La Prévention de la Violence par l’Education (PVE). Chaque unité devrait permettre aux participants à cette formation de mieux cerner la problématique de la violence et des extrémismes violents et d’utiliser correctement la terminologie associée. En même temps, il aborde le rôle de l’éducation dans la prévention de la violence et des extrémismes violents. 
Guide d'utilisation du manuel d'apprentissage de la démocratie pour les jeunes en Tunisie, à l'attention des formateurs et adultes-relais Год публикации: 2013 Организация-автор: UNESCO Rabat As part of its project to support education for democracy for young people in Tunisia, UNESCO has developed in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, the National Commission for Education, Science and Culture, CAWTAR, IADH, CNIPRE and UNI, a handbook on democracy for young people in Tunisia.This handbook is composed of twenty factsheets illustrated with drawings by Plantu. It popularizes the standards and universal principles, as well as major international instruments that protect and emphasize the national legal framework, key issues and challenges and good practices in Tunisia. One of the comparative advantages of this module is the fact that it highlights local issues and ongoing legal reforms in Tunisia.The present handbook has been developed as a pedagogical tool to help adult intermediaries (teachers, social educators etc…) responsible for the training of young people in school and community settings. It provides a series of exercises and situations to facilitate the learning and acquisition of knowledge in the field of democracy.The contents of this guidebook develops an approach based on "the discovery by oneself" which offers to participants activities, exercises and situations that require the mobilization of resources and contents of the training handbook on democracy for young people in Tunisia.Its use requires flexibility and creativity on the part of the trainer to enrich and/ or adapt the proposed exercises. It is in the light of the training context, prior knowledge of the concerned learners, the level of engagement of participants and according to thematic representations, that the trainer designs the training content.

تعليم المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان. دليل لشباب المغرب Год публикации: 2015 Организация-автор: UNESCO Rabat | Conseil national des droits de l'homme (Morocco) Prepared by UNESCO, in collaboration with the Moroccan National Human Rights Council (CNDH) and the support of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), this manual aims to sensitize young Moroccan to the fundamental concepts of citizenship and human rights. This educational tool, which consists of 20 didactic cards that describe and explain Morocco national legislation on human rights, documents the human rights international conventions and instruments and puts them in perspective in the Moroccan legislative context. The manual also includes practical exercises adapted to a young audience.
