Preventing Conflict, Transforming Justice, Securing the Peace: A Global Study on the Implementation of United Nations Security Council resolution 1325 Год публикации: 2015 Организация-автор: United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) The Global Study on the Implementation of Resolution 1325 is an important part of the United Nations' global agenda for change to better serve the world's most vulnerable people. According to the High Level Independent Panel on United Nations Peace Operations and the Consultative Group of Experts in the 2015 review of the United Nations peacebuilding architecture, changes in conflict may outpace the ability of United Nations peace operations to respond effectively. Any reforms must include gender equality and women's leadership as central components.

In such an important process, special attention is paid to compliance of electoral legislation and practice with generally recognized international standards, full and broad ensuring of citizens' suffrage. Some key tasks are: achieving equal participation of women in the political sphere of Uzbekistan are raising awareness, providing public and civic education for women and men in order to improve their understanding of the importance of women's participation in political processes, and disseminating information on international and national commitments and agreements in the area of gender equality. The research revealed several results, including: The degree of awareness of human rights among students is high, with a mean of (2.36) out of (3). In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including: the necessity of preparing, qualifying and training teachers specialized in human rights, and spreading and enhancing awareness of human rights among students.

It took some time, however, for “social” citizenship to emerge as a human rights issue and, hence, for human rights to become an international layer for social citizenship rights granted on the national level. Around 1993, states started to accept a human rights-based obligation toward the poor, requiring social policies to focus on targeted, individual welfare.
