À cet égard, l'éducation de la valeur et l'éducation aux droits de l'homme sont considérés comme cruciaux et à mon avis, est donc le rôle éducatif que la religion peut jouer. Bien que les religions ont harmonisé la société avec facultés affaiblies, mais généralement ils ne sont pas appréciés par leurs disciples ou adeptes ignorants. Ainsi, l'éducation de valeur est considérée pour être en mesure de jouer un rôle crucial. Il est dans ce contexte que l'éducation rihts humaines gagne la monnaie au Cambodge ces dernières années et a été mis en œuvre progressivement.

There is a strong focus on the growing risks of reducing individual agency, people’s ability to interpret reality autonomously and to act according to their own agenda.These issues are more relevant now than ever before for education undergoing digital transformation. The publication seeks to contribute to a critical understanding of the digital environment in which learning and teaching unfold, and strategies and tactics for the use of new technologies and the digitalization of educational interactions.

The Series No.27 introduces Bhutan’s Yebilaptsa Middle Secondary School, in its effort to promote values of EIU as a complementary component of the Gross National Happiness Education efforts. Activities such as UNESCO club community activities, environmental learning, EIU cultural night, international exchange altogether exemplify effective ways to integrate EIU practices in the curriculum and extracurricular programs of schools.

Alongside positive developments, there also growing concerns about emerging and increasing threats to the integrity and credibility of elections, as well as the media's contribution to free, fair, transparent and peaceful electoral processes.This report highlights three converging trends in media and elections in digital times: the rise of disinformation, intensifying attacks on journalists, and disruptions linked to the use of information and communication technology in electoral arrangements. Offering possible responses to the challenges at hand, this study is a tool for governments, election practitioners, media organizations, journalists, civil society, the private sector, academia and individuals. An Evaluation of UNESCO Publications on Human Rights Education Год публикации: 2002 Организация-автор: University of Leicester (UK) | Centre for Citizenship Studies in Education The purpose of this evaluation was to contribute to the formulation of a future strategy on Human Rights Education (HRE). The evaluation focused on nine publications commissioned by UNESCO Headquarters and field offices between 1997 and 2001.The relevance of the publications was assessed in light of UNESCO’s HRE goals and objectives. These were identified in UNESCO documents such as the 1995 Declaration and Integrated Framework of Action on Education for Peace, Human Rights and Democracy. The evaluation also included a report on the perception of users and UNESCO staff of the dissemination and impact of these publications, based on 11 staff interviews and an email questionnaire with 11 responses from 10 countries. In addition, the evaluators provided guidelines for the future development and evaluation of HRE publications.

According to estimates of human rights activists, only one case of 10 goes reported to law enforcement bodies at best. Once it is reported, the investigation and courts often cause another trauma to children, while proceedings may take years. Participatory Planning to Achieve Structural Change with Equality: Citizen Participation Strategies in Multi-scale Planning Processes Год публикации: 2015 Автор: Alicia Williner | Andrea Sanhueza | Carlos Sandoval Организация-автор: United Nations (UN) This manual that ILPES places at the disposal of public officials and non-governmental agents working in the community, has the purpose of sharing a brief theoretical reflection on the current socio-political context through which this manual becomes important; and a set of methodological instruments that will bring the user closer to the social practice of a citizen participation process in the construction of a public management instrument. The manual is divided into two chapters: The first conceptualizes participatory multiscale planning, while also briefly introducing three topics of great importance to be incorporated into any participatory planning process and construction of public management instruments: the perspective of gender, the use of Convention 169 and Principle 10. The second chapter systematizes a set of methodological instruments that describe the stages of a citizen participation strategy to incorporate the multiscale public management instruments. The manual closes with two annexes, the last of which incorporates a set of tools that can be used in the stages of the construction of a citizen participation strategy.
