Un mundo diverso Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: Entreculturas | European Union (EU) Esta publicación es la propuesta pedagógica de Entreculturas para educar en una ciudadanía global a todas y todos. Con ella pretendemos contribuir a la formación de personas capaces de ejercer una ciudadanía activa y comprometida, de transformar su entorno y de asumir como suyos los retos globales de nuestro tiempo así como el cumplimiento de la Agenda 2030 y de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Esta publicación recoge actividades de anteriores publicaciones, con la diferencia de que se ha adaptado a un modelo de lectura fácil para que sea mucho más sencillo y accesible para personas con diversidad funcional. Las actividades tratan tres grandes temáticas: 1.) Defensa del medio ambiente, 2.) Igualdad de género, Y 3.) Interculturalidad. Con el tratamiento de estos temas buscamos promover la reflexión sobre los diferentes retos globales que nos afectan y conocer las diferentes maneras de contribuir a estas causas.

The methodological approach, therefore, must also be transformative and the strategies that accompany processes, promote this social transformation. Transformative methodologies are inherent to Education for global citizenship and the methodological processes that contribute to the construction of schools for global citizenship, in our opinion, should be based on three different pillars: promote the transformative dimension of education to build another world possible and necessary, promote a socio-affective approach focused on solidarity and cosmopolitan empathy and promote the construction of a more participatory and integrated curriculum that generates meaning in teachers and students. El enfoque metodológico, por lo tanto, debe ser también transformador y las estrategias que acompañen procesos, fomentar esta trasformación social. Las metodologías transformadoras son consustanciales a la Educación para la ciudadanía global y los procesos metodológicos que contribuyen a la construcción de escuelas para la ciudadanía global, a nuestro entender, deberían basarse en tres pilares distintos: promover la dimensión transformadora de la educación para construir otro mundo posible y necesario, promover un enfoque socio afectivo centrado en la solidaridad y la empatía cosmopolita y promover la construcción de un currículo más participativo e integrado que genero sentido en docentes y alumnado. 
The Elusive and Exclusive Global Citizen Год публикации: 2015 Автор: Jill Koyama Организация-автор: Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development (MGIEP) In this paper, the author interrogate the notion of global citizenship, both as an aspiration and an improbable practice, by situating it within contemporary understandings of citizenship and globalization.It is a conceptualization that suffers from the dangers inherent in the term “citizenship” and misconceptions of the terms “global,” and it is rooted in the West’s long engagement in normative undertakings in non-Western countries. The writer refute ideas of the autonomous and agentic global citizen. he encourage a rethinking of global citizenship and global citizenship education (GCE) and offer recommendations for redirecting attention to contemporary global stratifications and issues of human rights to address the issues of social justice and inequality that, due to the problematic definition of global citizenship, are currently inadequately covered in existing GCE curricula. 
Technology and Values-Driven Transformation in Education (Journal of Southeast Asian Education: The Official Journal Of SEAMEO; Vol. 1, Special issue) Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) The 11th SEAMEO-University of Tsukuba Symposium under the theme Technology and Values Driven Transformation in Education held on 20-22 February 2023 successfully engaged over 19,860 participants from 45 countries. With 30 speakers from 10 countries, the symposium provided the platform to share and exchange best practices carried out by schools and universities apart from identifying the challenges encountered by teachers, students and academicians. SEAMEO and UT have selected quality articles emerging from the symposium and put them together in the Journal of Southeast Asian Education. Global Education Monitoring Report 2023: Technology in Education; A Tool on Whose Terms? Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: UNESCO | Global Education Monitoring Report Team This report recommends that technology should be introduced into education on the basis of evidence showing that it would be appropriate, equitable, scalable and sustainable. In other words, its use should be in learners’ best interests and should complement face-to-face interaction with teachers. It should be seen as a tool to be used on these terms. Midway to the deadline, the 2023 Global Education Monitoring Report assesses the distance still to go to reach the 2030 education targets. Education is the key to unlocking the achievement of other development objectives, not least the goal of technological progress.

미디어 속 학교폭력 양상 분석을 통한 학교폭력 예방 및 대응 방안 도출 Год публикации: 2023 Автор: 배상률 Организация-автор: 한국청소년정책연구원 정부 부처와 연구기관에서 발행한 학교폭력의 현황 및 추세를 살폈다. 관련 분야의 대표적인 조사로 교육부의 학교폭력 실태조사를 들 수 있다. 초등학교 4학년생부터 고등학교 3학년생을 대상으로 매년 2회에 걸쳐 이뤄지는 조사로 온오프라인에서 발생하는 학교폭력의 실태를 조사하고 있다. 방송통신위원회와 한국지능정보사회진흥원은 사이버폭력 실태조사를 통해 학교폭력 중 온라인상에서 이뤄지는 각종 폭력들의 추이를 파악하고 있다. 푸른나무재단(청소년폭력예방재단)이 매년 실시하는 ‘전국학교폭력실태조사’는 설문과 인터뷰를 통해 학교폭력의 실태뿐만 아니라 예방 및 대응 방안을 위한 청소년과 현장전문가의 의견을 수렴하는 시도를 하고 있다. 우리 사회와 언론은 청소년이 반사회적 행동을 할 때 종종 그 원인을 미디어에 돌리는 경향이 있다. 물론, 미디어가 이러한 문제에 일정 부분 영향을 미친다는 것은 부인할 수 없다. 하지만 관련 이론과 연구 결과들은 미디어의 영향이 일관되고 강력하며 즉시 나타나지 않는다는 것을 보여준다. 미디어 사용 패턴, 인구 사회학적 배경, 부모와 자녀 간의 관계 등 다양한 요인에 따라 미디어의 영향력은 다르게 나타난다. 본 보고서는 학교폭력 현황 및 추세 분석에 이어서, 수용자의 인지, 태도, 행동에 영향을 미치는 미디어 효과를 설명한 주요 이론을 고찰하고 미디어 폭력이 청소년에게 미치는 영향력을 측정한 선행연구를 살폈다. 중고등학생 연령대 청소년을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 하였다. 미디어가 전달하는 폭력적 콘텐츠의 소비 실태를 파악하고, 폭력적 콘텐츠 소비가 청소년의 폭력성 및 폭력 허용도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 본 연구가 학교폭력 감소와 청소년의 건강한 미디어 이용을 위한 정책 마련을 위한 기초자료와 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. * 한국청소년정책연구원이 2023년 작성한 '미디어 속 학교폭력 양상 분석을 통한 학교폭력 예방 및 대응 방안 도출(작성자: 배상률)'은 "공공누리의 제 4유형" 출처표시-상업적 이용금지-변경금지 조건에 따라 이용할 수 있으며, 해당 저작물은 '한국청소년정책연구원, https://www.nypi.re.kr/'에서 무료로 다운받으실 수 있습니다. 
Survey on Privacy in Media and Information Literacy with Youth Perspectives Год публикации: 2017 Автор: Sherri Hope Culver | Alton Grizzle Организация-автор: UNESCO Media and information literate individuals are more empowered to make informed decisions about their privacy online and offline, among other things. Accordingly, governments and policy-makers who are committed to ensuring that the privacy of citizens is respected should also be committed to media and information literacy (MIL) for all. If they are not, then their efforts will be less sustainable. Equally, private and public enterprises that genuinely want to respect the privacy of citizens should purposefully contribute to MIL awareness among users qua citizens. Two research surveys are referenced in this report. The first investigated youth attitudes towards MIL and social and democratic discourses. One of the seven themes addressed in the context of social and democratic discourses was privacy. The research was carried out by UNESCO. The second survey studied privacy in MIL courses globally and was conducted for UNESCO by the UNESCO-UNAOC University Network on Media and Information Literacy and Intercultural dialogue (MILID Network), and members of the Global Alliance for Partnerships in Media and Information Literacy (GAPMIL). The report responds to UNESCO’s efforts to stimulate global research into privacy in MIL. Ultimately, this report aims to provide conceptual, development and policy recommendations to foster privacy in MIL, while enabling the critical engagement of people, including young women and men, in an environment conducive to sustainable development and to freedom of expression online and offline. It seeks to provide clarity on the complex issue of how MIL and privacy intersect. 
Korea-Japan Teacher's Network on GCED 2023: Final Report Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: APCEIU APCEIU launched the Korea-Japan Teachers’ Network on GCED in 2021, and since then, participating teachers from Japan and Korea have engaged in varied activities, including collaborative lesson plan development, online seminars, joint classroom projects, and student exchanges. In 2023, the first in-person training workshop was held in the Republic of Korea. Designed to deepen the understanding of GCED/peace education of participants, strengthen their capacities to foster global citizenship through education, share good practices and cases, and plan for future collaboration, the Workshop was attended by 33 Korean and Japanese teachers who have actively engaged in Network activities, including teacher-student exchange.
