It also addresses the irruption of globalization and cross-border processes of climate change from the called “epistemology of the South” perspective. As a result, it claims the need for cross-cultural bridges between people from all over the world to overcome the paradigmatic crossroads at which we find ourselves as a world-system, with the aim to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations for the year 2030. Como resultado, se manifiesta la necesidad de crear puentes transculturales entre los pueblos de todo el mundo para superar la encrucijada paradigmática en la que nos encontramos como sistema-mundo, con la finalidad de alcanzar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible establecidos por los Naciones Unidas para el año 2030.

감염병 보도 규제의 현황 및 개선 방안 (이슈와 논점 제1665호) Год публикации: 2020 Автор: 김여라 Организация-автор: 국회입법조사처 최근 코로나바이러스감염증-19의 확산으로 언론의 관련 보도가 증가하면서 부정확하고 자극적인 보도, 불필요한 피해자 신원 노출, 특정 집단에 대한 혐오 확산 등에 대한 우려가 높아지고 있다. 하지만 우리의 일상생활과 밀접하게 관련이 있으면서도 알려진 정보가 없는 신종 감염병과 관련하여 국민들은 정부의 발표와 더불어 추가적인 언론보도에 의존할 수밖에 없는 상황이다. 특히 코로나19의 급격한 확산으로 인해 불안감이 심해지는 상황에서 언론의 역할은 매우 중요하다. 이 글에서는 감염병 보도 관련 규제 현황과 감염병 보도의 문제점을 살펴본 후, 감염병 보도에 대한 규제를 법률적 규제와 자율적 규제로 나누어 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 
Femmes et mouvement populaire d’habitation au Brésil: Vers une féminisation des luttes pour le droit au logement ? Alors qu’il existe des centaines, voire des milliers de bâtiments vacants dans le centre-ville de Rio de Janeiro et São Paulo, notamment, des organisations populaires occupent des bâtiments publics vides en vue d’obtenir le droit d’y résider et, éventuellement, de les transformer en logement public. Deux études ont mis en lumière la présence majoritaire de femmes qui, issues du milieu des sans-abri, des taudis et des favelas, jouent un rôle important dans les occupations. Dans cet article, nous proposons une analyse de la trajectoire de ces femmes afin de voir comment leur engagement à l’intérieur du mouvement urbain a changé leur vie sur les plans individuel et collectif. En d’autres termes, nous allons nous pencher sur le processus de construction du sujet politique opéré par des femmes de milieux précaires, actives au sein du mouvement pour le droit au logement. Par ailleurs, en nous penchant sur leur rôle au sein de ce mouvement, nous tenterons de voir dans quelle mesure ces femmes l’influencent et, en nous inspirant des travaux de Lefebvre et de Castells (1980), dans quelle mesure elles contribuent à la production de la ville.

The results show that there will be significant work to do across the board if the SDGs are to be achieved by 2030, as cities on average scored only 48.9%.
