Environmental Education And Its Relationship to Sustainable Development for High School Students (Journal of College of Education; vol. 2, no. 41) Год публикации: 2020 Автор: Ahmed Hassan | Batool Salman Организация-автор: Wasit University The aim of this research is to identify the relationship between environmental education and sustainable development for students of the Fourth Scientific in secondary schools and high schools in Baghdad day schools. To achieve this, the researchers sought to answer the following questions:- There is no statistically significant difference between the average scores for the sample and the hypothetical average of the sustainable development scale that includes the environmental, economic and social dimensions.- There is no statistically significant difference between the mean scores for the sampleand the hypothetical mean for the scale of environmental education In order to answer the study questions, (6) schools were chosen with (3) schools, including the Baghdad College for Boys Secondary School and (3) schools for girls in the random class method from the research community, and then the sample was approved in the random manner, as one division was chosen from the people The fourth scientific grade in each of these schools is random, after which the students from the people were randomly chosen, so that the number of the members of the research sample reached (218) male and female distributed equally between boys and girls. The researchers have prepared a scale for sustainable development with its three dimensions, the economic dimension, which consists of (30) paragraphs, the environmental dimension has reached (25) paragraphs, and the social dimension has reached (25) paragraphs. After extracting the results, it was found that there is a positive relationship between the variable of sustainable development with its three dimensions and the variable of environmental education. The study included a number of statistical tables to clarify the procedures of the study and its results. The study concluded with a number of recommendations and proposals

Most of the development plans in the Arab states clearly call for action to produce, transfer, localise and harness knowledge in various fields, in service of the sustainable human development goals. The Arabic language has an important role to play in this key development process, as the production, assimilation and dissemination of knowledge is more effective and more widely spread when the mother tongue is used. Hereupon, a fundamental question must be addressed: To what extent does the Arabic language today constitute a true gateway to knowledge in the Arab region?This report, prepared by a group of distinguished Arab experts, under supervision and coordination of the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Sciences in the Arab States, seeks to research this central question by reviewing and evaluating the state of knowledge in the Arab region on the one hand, and analysing the role of the Arabic language in the processes of establishing knowledge societies and economies in the Arab region on the other. The general section of the report addresses the question of knowledge and language at the Arab regional level. It also features field research conducted in three Arab states (Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Morocco), that examines the state of knowledge and the Arabic language in those states, and to a certain extent, reflects the situation in the Arab sub-regions to which they belong. La plupart des plans de développement dans les pays arabes appellent clairement à des actions pour produire, transférer, localiser et exploiter des connaissances dans divers domaines au service des objectifs de développement humain durable. La langue arabe a un rôle important à jouer dans ce processus fondamental de développement, car la production, l’assimilation et la diffusion de connaissances sont plus efficaces et plus répandues lorsque la langue maternelle est utilisée. Là-dessus, une question fondamentale devrait être posée : dans quelle mesure la langue arabe constitue-t-elle aujourd’hui un vrai point d’accès au savoir dans la région arabe ?Ce rapport, préparé par un groupe d’éminents experts arabes, sous la supervision et la coordination du Bureau régional de l’UNESCO pour les sciences dans les États arabes, cherche à étudier cette question centrale en examinant et en évaluant la situation de connaissances dans la région arabe d’une part, et en analysant le rôle de la langue arabe dans les processus d’instauration des sociétés et d’économies du savoir dans la région arabe, d’autre part. La section générale du rapport aborde la question de connaissances et de la langue dans la région arabe. Il présente également des recherches de terrain menées dans trois pays arabes (l’Arabie saoudite, l’Égypte et le Maroc), ces recherches examinent la situation de connaissances et de la langue arabe dans ces États et reflètant, en quelque sorte, la situation dans les sous-régions arabes dans lesquelles elles étaient menées. 
العوامل المرتبطة بالمرأة وتسبب لها العنف من زوجها من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين النفسيين والاجتماعيين والقانونيين العاملين مع المعنفات Год публикации: 2020 Автор: Muhammad Hadi Al Shehri، Abdul Qader Muhammad Atoum هدفت دراسته إلى التعرف على مدى وانتشار العوامل المتعلقة بالمرأة التي تسبب عنف الزوج ضد زوجته من وجهة نظر الخبراء النفسيين والاجتماعيين والقانونيين العاملين مع النساء المريرات.تكونت عينة الدراسة من (54) من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين والقانونيين الذين أجابوا على استبيان مكون من 62 فقرة تغطي أربعة مجالات: الجانب الشخصي، والصحي، والاجتماعي، والاقتصادي. وأظهرت نتائج هذا التحليل أن درجة العوامل المرتبطة بالمرأة والتي تسبب عنف الزوج ضد زوجته كانت متوسطة. ولم يكن هناك فرق كبير يعزى إلى الأخصائيين النفسيين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والخبراء القانونيين فيما يتعلق بالجنس والمؤهل والتخصص والخبرة في تحديد هذه العوامل.علاوة على ذلك، كشفت الدراسة أن المجال الأول والأكثر شيوعاً في عنف الزوج، كان المجال الاجتماعي (83%) من التباين، في حين جاء المجال الصحي (النظافة) في المرتبة الثانية (9%) من التباين. أما المجال الثالث فكان الشخصي (5%) من الاختلاف. وأظهر التحليل أن المجال الاقتصادي لم يكن له أي تأثير على الإطلاق. وفيما يتعلق بالنتائج أوصى الباحثون بضرورة تنفيذ برامج الوقاية والعلاج للتغلب على مشكلة ممارسات العنف ضد المرأة. وأوصى الباحث بضرورة تفعيل دور وسائل الإعلام لتسليط الضوء على قضية العنف ضد المرأة من أجل توضيح ودراسة الآثار السلبية لهذه الظاهرة على المجتمع بشكل عام والأسرة بشكل خاص. The factors associated with a Woman and Causing her Violence from her Husband from This point of view Psychologists, Social and legal Professionals Working with abused Women Год публикации: 2020 Автор: Muhammad Hadi Al Shehri، Abdul Qader Muhammad Atoum This study aimed at investigating the extent and the spread factors related to women, which cause husband’s violence against his wife as perceived by the psychological, social, and legal experts who work with bittered women.The sample of the study consisted of (54) social and psychological workers, and legal experts who answered 62-item questionnaire that covers four domains: personal, health, social, and economic aspect. The results of this analysis revealed that the degree of women–related factors that cause husband’s violence against his wife was moderate. And there wasn’t any significant difference due to being psychological workers, social workers, and legal experts in relation to gender, qualification, specialization, and experience in determining these factors.Moreover, the study revealed that the first and the most frequent domain, which caused husband’s violence, was the social domain (83%) of variation, while health (hygienic) domain became as second (9%) of variation. The third domain was the personal, (5%) of variation. The analysis showed that the economic domain had no effect at all. Regarding the results, the researchers recommended the necessity of implementing prevention and treatment programs in order to overcome the problem of violence practices against women. Furthermore, the researcher recommended the necessity of activating the role of media, in order to shed light upon the violence issue against women for the sake of clarifying and exploring the negative effects of this phenomena on the community in general and the family in particular. 
العنف ضد المرأة، صوره وآليات الحماية القانونية منه على ضوء القانون رقم 15-19لسنة 2015 Год публикации: 2020 Автор: Houbah Abdel Qader,Awad Fateha تناولت الدراسة موضوع العنف ضد المرأة، وكذا مظاهر وآليات الحماية القانونية لها ضد العنف المادي والمعنوي المارس ضدها، وقد فرضت طبيعة الموضوع التطرق إلى أهم ما جاء به المشرع الجنائي الجزائري من نصوص تجرم العنف ضد المرأة بشكل صريح، وخاصة ما تعلق منه بالعنف الجسدي والعنف الجنسي واللفظي ...، حيث تشكل في مجملها مظاهر وأشكال للعنف. وقد كشفت هذه الدراسة أهم النصوص القانونية، التي استحدثها المشرع في التعديل الأخير لقانون العقوبات سنة 2015، حيث تم فيه تجريم بعض صور العنف الممارس ضد المرأة داخل الأسرة وخارجها، أبرزها العنف الجسدي واللفظي، زيادة على العنف المعنوي كالإهمال العائلي والتحرش الجنسي، وغيرها من مظاهر العنف الذي يطال المرأة في المجالين الخاص العام. ولقد شدد المشرع في العقوبة على مرتكبيها في إطار تجسيد الحماية القانونية للمرأة ضد العنف، وذلك من خلال سياسة التجريم والتشديد في العقوبة على مرتكبي أفعال العنف لاسيما المرتكب ضد المرأة. It has been widespread in recent years since the beginning of this millennium, as violence in its material and moral appearance has become a real threat to all vulnerable groups in societies. Violence against women in all its forms is also considered a crime punishable by law, which requires combating, criminalizing it, and emphasizing its perpetrators. Since violence against women is a crime recognized today locally and internationally, most laws and legislations have come to condemn it. It also recognizes its serious, health and psychological effects on women specifically. This research paper discusses the forms of physical and moral violence practiced against her, and to identify the mechanisms adopted by the criminal Algerian legislator following the recent changes taking place in the Penal Code for the year 2015 in order to combat violence.
