Le rôle du commerce transfrontalier dans la sécurité alimentaire des zones frontalières en période de pandémie de COVID-19 Год публикации: 2022 Организация-автор: Centre for International Cooperation and Study (CECI) Le rôle du commerce transfrontalier dans la sécurité alimentaire des zones frontalières en période de pandémie de COVID-19 Pour limiter la propagation de la Covid-19, les gouvernements du Burkina Faso et du Sénégal ont pris la décision de fermer les frontières en mars 2020, limitant ainsi le mouvement des biens et des personnes et les échanges transfrontaliers. Face aux mesures prises et devant la nécessité absolue de survie, les commerçant-e-s des zones transfrontalières contournent les postes de contrôle officiels pour continuer les échanges transfrontaliers, nécessaires pour leur survie et leur sécurité alimentaire, ce, malgré des risques de violence basée sur le genre (VBG). En cas de pandémie, pour des pays à économie encore fragile comme le Burkina Faso et le Sénégal, des mesures sanitaires sélectives devraient être plutôt appliquées afin de permettre des échanges formels et l’acheminement des denrées alimentaires à travers les frontières. 
Women Key Actors of Food Resilience: A Reconfiguration of Gender Relations in Times of the COVID-19 Pandemic Год публикации: 2021 Организация-автор: Centre for International Cooperation and Study (CECI) The Covid-19 pandemic and its response measures have intensified the vulnerability and shortcomings of food systems in West Africa, affecting all activities and processes of production, distribution, and consumption of food. To this end, rural women in Senegal and Burkina Faso, ensured the resilience of poor and vulnerable households, thus generating recognition of this reality by men. It is therefore essential to give women decision-making power at all levels in the spheres related to the four pillars of security eating. It would be desirable to support and accompany the positive reconfiguration of relationships of power between women and men, already in progress in the communities studied, to ensure that they have the means and skills (social, cultural, economic, political, and legal) to be able to fully play this role. Support for farmer organizations and networks of women's organizations is essential. A cet effet, les femmes rurales au Sénégal et au Burkina Faso, ont assuré la résilience des ménages pauvres et vulnérables, suscitant ainsi une reconnaissance de cette réalité par les hommes. Il est donc essentiel de donner aux femmes du pouvoir décisionnel à tous les niveaux dans les sphères liées aux quatre (4) piliers de la sécurité alimentaire. Il serait souhaitable de soutenir et d’accompagner la reconfiguration positive des rapports de pouvoir entre les femmes et les hommes, déjà en cours dans les communautés étudiées, afin d'assurer qu'elles aient les moyens et habilités (sociales, culturelles, économiques, politiques et juridiques) pour pouvoir jouer pleinement ce rôle. Un appui aux organisations paysannes et aux réseaux d’organisations de femmes est essentiel.

And, as an example, we will give chapter 2, which answers the question posed by its title: "How ethnicity prevented the realization of a community of citizens in Rwanda? It should also be emphasized that the thinkers called upon, from Kant to Arendt via Gramsci, have in common that they have considered the question of citizenship in very diverse historical and national contexts, but on a scale exceeding the national borders.We will also underline the second merit of this collective work of eleven researchers. It first paints a picture of the impeded citizenship of our present time before proposing an overcoming of these various impediments through cosmopolitical and existential citizenship. Et, à titre d’exemple, on donnera le chapitre 2, qui répond à la question posée par son titre : « Comment l’ethnicité a empêché la réalisation d’une communauté de citoyens au Rwanda ? » On soulignera aussi que les penseurs à qui il est fait appel, de Kant à Arendt en passant par Gramsci, ont en commun d’avoir pensé la question de la citoyenneté dans des contextes historiques et nationaux très divers, mais à une échelle dépassant les frontières nationales.2On soulignera également un second mérite de ce travail collectif de onze chercheurs. Il dresse d’abord un tableau de la citoyenneté empêchée de notre temps présent avant de proposer un dépassement de ces empêchements divers au travers d’une citoyenneté cosmopolitique et existentielle.

The report proposes the following recommendations: 1. More funding and support should be provided to civil society organization efforts to expand media literacy and fact-checking initiatives using AI tools to enhance capabilities. 2. Governments need to work with civil society to develop and implement comprehensive, transparent legal frameworks combating disinformation. These legislative measures need to support digital and media literacy campaigns and fact-checking organizations. 3. Social media companies need to expand investment and research into understanding local information environments, so they can better identify and respond to instances of disinformation in all contexts in which they operate and enhance transparency. 4. Peacebuilding organizations need to carefully consider local media ecosystems and information environments when conducting conflict analyses, and factor these dynamics into their projects' frameworks. 
Strengthening Social and Emotional Learning in Hybrid Modes of Education: Building Support for Students, Teachers, Schools and Families Год публикации: 2024 Организация-автор: UNESCO International Bureau of Education (IBE) This Discussion Paper focuses on the essential role of social and emotional learning (SEL) in the global movement to transform education and amplify its social, economic, environmental and personal impacts in a rapidly changing world. It explores how the mainstreaming of SEL into educational policies and practices can contribute to realizing future visions of education that are flexible, reflective, innovative, and impactful. Specifically, the Paper focuses on six topics that, as a whole, reflect global experiences in integrating and implementing SEL in its various forms both during and in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Its main objective is to animate discussion on how to integrate a SEL dimension in hybrid modes of teaching and learning. This introductory overview presents the overall purpose and scope of the Paper, defines its underlying concepts and introduces the topics brought to this forum through the lenses of a diverse group of educators from Africa, the Arab States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. 
粵港澳大灣區幼兒教師文化認同與文化回應性教學的關係：專業認同的中介作用 (教育学报 第52卷 第1期) Год публикации: 2024 Автор: 张丽敏 | 陈银霞 | 刘力嘉 | 梁洁滢 本研究对 470 名粤港澳大湾区幼儿教师进行问卷调查，探讨文化认同、文化回应 性教学和专业认同的现状，以及三者的关系。研究结果显示：大湾区幼儿教师的文化认同、文化回应性教学和专业认同整体处于中等偏上水准，广东地区教师的文化认同和文化回应性教学水准比港澳地区教师高， 部分变项在教龄、 语言上有显著差异。 幼儿教师文化认同不仅可以直接预测文化回应性教学， 还可以通过专业认同的中介作用对文化回应性教学产生间接影响。研究对提高大湾区教师的文化认同和文化回应 性教学水准提出建议。

It primarily focuses on strengthening and embedding the culture of citizenship within the educational realm, promoting its integration through inclusive education initiatives, all within a coherent societal and cultural context. However, achieving this goal necessitates the adoption of an educational philosophy centered on curricula and programs aimed at instilling the ethics and behaviors characteristic of genuine citizenship, thereby fostering positive impacts on both individuals and society.
