ESCWA) The ESCWA Annual SDG Review 2023, the second in the series, explores the contributions of the private sector to the realization of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs in the Arab region. Building on limited available data on the subject, the report offers an indicative reading of existing trends and gaps in the region. The analysis is guided not only by the Agenda’s goals and targets, but also by the whole-of-society and rights-based approaches and the principles of universality, leaving no one behind, combating inequality and promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women.The Review examines the contributions of the private sector to sustainable development in the Arab region from three lenses: delivering the SDGs through business action, mobilizing private finance for the SDGs, and engaging the private sector in SDG planning and coordination. Each chapter assesses evidence for private sector engagement in the delivery of the SDGs in the region and provides guidance on actions needed to address current gaps.

إدارة الدولة في ظل العولمة: دراسة تحليلية (مجلة آداب الفراهيدي؛ Vol.15, Issue.52-3) Год публикации: 2023 Автор: Ahmed Saleh Ahmed Dawood Организация-автор: Tikrit University تناول هذا البحث كيفية ادارة الدولة في ظل المتغيرات العالمية الكبرى، التي باتت تفرض سطوتها على الدول والمجتمعات، وتعبث بقيمها وثقافاتها. وتتلخص مشكلة البحث في امرين: الاول: تدّخّل المنظمات والشركات العالمية في سياسات الدول وحتى الداخلية منها، والثاني: الاثار الناتجة لو حاولت الدول الاعتراض على سياسة هذه المنظمات او الانجراف في تيارها. ويهدف بحثنا الى: دراسة وتحليل اثار العولمة على الدول التي انجرفت بتيار العولمة، وابراز اهمية ودور استقلال الدولة في ممارسة سلطتها واتخاذ قراراتها. مستعينين بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، فكان الوصف للكشف عن كل ما يتعلق بالعولمة كظاهرة لها اهمية ودور في تغيير الكثير من الدول لسياساتها الاقتصادية وانظمتها التجارية وشؤونها الاجتماعية. اما التحليل فكان من خلال شرح وتفسير اثار العولمة على سيادة الدولة وكيفية ادارتها. وسينتظم بحثنا هذا في مقدمة وثلاث مباحث، تناول المبحث الاول عناصر البحث، مشكلة واهمية وهدف ومنهج وتعريف بالمفاهيم. ثم يأتي المبحث الثاني ليتناول العولمة والدولة القومية، وادارة الدولة في ظل العولمة. اما المبحث الثالث فتناول الدول النامية وتحديات العولمة، وادارة الدولة العراقية في ظل العولمة، ومن ثم العولمة والدولة الكينزية. وفي النهاية النتائج التي أسفر عنها البحث، ومن ثم التوصيات. Managing the State Under the Globalization Analytical Study (Journal of Al Farahidi's Arts; Vol.15, Issue 52-3) Год публикации: 2023 Автор: Ahmed Saleh Ahmed Dawood Организация-автор: Tikrit University This research dealt with how to manage the state in light of the major global changes, which are imposing its dominance on states and societies, and tampering with their values and cultures. The research problem can be summed up in two things: the first: the interference of international organizations and companies in the policies of countries, and the second: the resulting effects if countries tried to object to the policy of these organizations or drift in their current. Our research aims to: Study and analyze the effects of globalization on countries that have drifted in the current of globalization, and highlight the importance and role of state independence in exercising its authority and making its decisions. Using the descriptive analytical method, the description was to reveal everything related to globalization as a phenomenon that has an important role in changing many countries of their economic policies, trade systems and social affairs. As for the analysis, it was through the explanation and interpretation of the effects of globalization on the sovereignty of the state and how to manage it. This research will be organized into an introduction and a topic that deals with the elements of the research, problem, importance, goal, approach and definition of concepts. Then comes the second topic deals with globalization and the nation-state, and management of the state in light of globalization. As for the third topic, it dealt with developing countries and the challenges of globalization, and managing the Iraqi state in light of globalization, and then globalization and the Keynesian state. In the end of the research, resuls will be presented and recommendations will be made. 
Enhancing TVET through Digital Transformation in Developing Countries Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: UNESCO Technological advancements and digitalization are profoundly reshaping our work and lifestyle, business models and operations, and government policy choices. Digital transformation in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) is the planned and structured introduction of automated and streamlined processes within institutions and national technical and vocational education and training (TVET) systems through digital technology, with the goal of enhancing their scope, scale, efficiency and effectiveness and ultimately, driving their more sustainable development. This document provides overall perspective and five country case studies on digital transformation in TVET. Most countries studied face similar enabling factors: the digital infrastructure available; legal and policy frameworks; focused institutional change to improve the acquisition of digital skills; and the promotion of equality and inclusivity. To understand how digital transformation in TVET is occurring, the report analyses it at four levels: technical and technological development; curriculum and qualifications; teaching and learning using technology; and its contribution to the sustainability and resilience of societies.

Tolerant education and its values are a frame of reference and guide for students' behavior. The value system of individuals represents their beliefs, behaviors, and emotions, as well as their social and interactive attitudes; they also form part of their self-concept. The current research attempts to answer the following question: "What is the role of education in activating tolerance education to achieve peaceful coexistence?" The research also aims to identify the intellectual and theoretical framework of tolerance, and knowing the educational effects of activating tolerance education in order to provide a vision of the role of education in activating tolerance education to achieve peaceful coexistence. The current research adopts the descriptive approach as the most appropriate to the nature of this research. 
دور رياض الأطفال في تعزيز ثقافة التعايش السلمي لدى طفل الروضة من وجهة نظر المعلمات (مجلة العميد; Vol. 12, No. 47) Год публикации: 2023 Автор: Insaf Kamal Mansour Организация-автор: Department of Cultural and Intellectual Affairs in the Holy Al-Abbas Shrine يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تعرف دور رياض الأطفال في تعزيز ثقافة التعايش السلمي لدى طفل الروضة من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال، وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من (273) معلمة في رياض الأطفال الحكومية في المديرية العامة لتربية بغداد الكرخ الثانية للعام الدراسي(2019-2020) اما عينة البحث فتكونت من (160) معلمة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة تضم (47) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات (منهج وحدة الخبرة التفاعلي، الأنشطة التربوية، والمعلمة) وبخمسة بدائل إجابة هي (كبير جدا وكبير ومتوسط ومنخفض ومنخفض جدا) وبأوزان (5،4،3،2،1) على التوالي، وقد توصل البحث الى أن لرياض الأطفال دوراً كبيراً في تعزيز ثقافة التعايش السلمي لدى طفل الروضة من وجهة نظر معلمات رياض الأطفال، تتصل بمجالات دور المعلمة ودور الأنشطة التربوية ودور منهج وحدة الخبرة التفاعلي، إذ حصل كل من مجالات (دور المعلمة والأنشطة التربوية) على درجة تقدير كبير مع وجود ضعف في مفردات منهج وحدة الخبرة التفاعلي جعل من دوره (متوسطا). The research adopted the descriptive methodology, and the research community consists of (273) teachers in government kindergartens in the Directorate General of Education Baghdad Karkh II for the academic year (2019-2020), while the research was appointed by (160) teachers, To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher built a questionnaire comprising (47) paragraphs spread over three areas (interactive experience unit curriculum, educational activities, and teacher) and five alternatives to the answer are (very large, large, medium, low, very low) and weights (1, 2,3,4,5) respectively, the research found that kindergartens play a major role in promoting the culture of peaceful coexistence of kindergarten children from the point of view of kindergarten teachers, related to the areas of the role of the teacher, the role of educational activities and the role of the interactive experience unit curriculum, If each of the areas (the role of the teacher and educational activities) was highly appreciated with a weakness in the vocabulary of the interactive experience unit curriculum made its role (average)
