지역 기반 세계시민교육을 위한 중학교 사회과 수업모듈 개발: 제주 지역을 사례로 (국제이해교육연구; Vol. 14, No. 2) Год публикации: 2019 Автор: Sang-Hee Han Организация-автор: 한국국제이해교육학회 이 연구의 목적은 지역 기반 세계시민교육을 위한 중학교 사회과 수업 모듈을 개발하는 데 있다. 주요 연구 내용은 두 가지이다: 첫째, 지역 기반 세계시민교육을 위한 중학교 사회과 수업모듈을 어떻게 설계할 수 있는가, 둘째 지역 기반 세계시민교육 수업 모듈은 중학교 수업 현장에 어떻게 적용할 수 있는가이다. 연구 방법으로서 주로 문헌연구와 실행연구를 활용하였다. 이 연구에서 개발한 지역 기반 수업 모듈은 제주지역을 사례로 하였으며, 통합교육과정을 지향하는 중학교 사회과 수업에 초점을 맞추었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역 기반 세계시민교육을 위한 수업 모듈을 설계하였다. 수업 모듈 설계는 먼저 지역 기반 세계시민교육 수업 모듈의 원리를 설정하고, 이에 따라 제주지역 사례를 중심으로 수업 모듈을 구성하였다. 모듈 설계는 3단계로 구성되는데, 1단계는 상호 연계성과 맥락(context)을 고려하여 지역 기반 이슈를 탐색하는 것으로 세계시민성 함양을 위한 적절한 주제를 지역에서 찾는 단계이다. 2단계는 지역 기반 이슈에 담긴 지리적, 역사적, 사회적, 문화적 맥락을 찾는 학습이 이루어지는 단계이다. 3단계는 지역 기반 이슈의 맥락을 확장하여 세계시민성을 발휘하도록 실천하는 단계이다. 이러한 수업 모듈의 원리와 단계를 적용하여 제주지역에 기반 한 수업 모듈 3가지를 제시하였다. 둘째, 제주지역을 기반으로 한 세계시민교육 수업 모듈을 개발하고 실행하였다. 지역 기반 세계시민교육 수업 모듈의 제주지역 사례로서 조선 후기 제주 빈민을 구제한 김만덕의 삶을 통한 보편적 가치에 대한 공감, 산업화 초기 제주 이주민 공동체인 해남촌 역사를 통해 본 차이와 다양성 존중, 제주 4⋅3을 통한 연대의식과 실천을 주제로 수업 모듈을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 세계시민교육 관련 영역 중 제주지역에 기반 한 사례만을 제시하였다는 점에서 공간적이고 내용적인 한계를 가지며, 이후 관련 영역 및 다른 지역 사례로 확장하는 후속 연구의 과제를 남긴다. 
Participación del sector privado en la Educación en situaciones de emergencia: Derechos y regulaciones Год публикации: 2021 Организация-автор: Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE) Las iniciativas que buscan garantizar una educación inclusiva y equitativa para todos han generado peticiones para una mayor involucramiento del sector privado, afirmando que las empresas y las fundaciones pueden jugar un papel importante como socios para alcanzar el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible 4 (ODS4). En los últimos años, debido a la falta de financiamiento público y a la necesidad de respuestas urgentes, ha crecido la participación del sector privado en diversos aspectos de la programación educativa para la educación en situaciones de emergencia (EeE). Esta forma de trabajar, sin embargo, puede causar tensiones entre la participación del sector privado y la respuesta humanitaria en materia de educación. Es necesario resolver estas tensiones, lo cual requiere una mayor coordinación, abogacía y atención. Este informe explora algunas de estas tensiones y ofrece recomendaciones para apoyar la priorización de una educación pública segura, equitativa y de calidad para todos los niños, niñas y jóvenes afectados por crisis. La INEE apoya el derecho que tienen todas las personas jóvenes a la educación y reconoce al Estado como el principal responsable de la escolarización, en línea con declaraciones, marcos e instrumentos legales internacionales que reconocen y protegen el derecho a la educación. 
Escuchando tu Naturaleza Год публикации: 2021 Автор: Tatiana Núñez Suárez Организация-автор: Fondo Acción En el marco del proyecto "somos tesoro" que busca reducir el trabajo infantil en zonas mineras de Colombia nace "escuchando tu naturaleza" que busca fortalecer los entornos comunitarios a partir del uso creativo del tiempo libre de niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA). Buscando que sus espacios sean protectores,que promuevan los derechos de la infancia y contribuyan con la prevención del trabajo infantil minero. Se capacitó un grupo de veinte representantes de cinco organizciones no gubernamentales locales, funcionarios públicos y profesores que trabajaban con NNA en herramientas de desarrollo personal como yoga, meditación y atención plena para estimular la creatividad, la conciencia y la toma de decisiones. Se beneficiaron 275 NNA entre los 6 y los 17 años.

Auditing Educational Equity in Light of the COVID-19 Pandemic: A Guide for Education Unions Год публикации: 2020 Организация-автор: Education International (EI) This Guide is aimed at education unions as they work at local, regional, provincial/state, and/or national level to ensure the equity gaps that have been widened and deepened by the Covid-19 pandemic receive urgent attention and remedy. The purpose of this Guide is to support education unions as they advocate for governments to urgently address the key equity issues that have arisen within education as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The outcomes of an equity audit can enable education institutions and systems to adapt more effectively in a Covid-19 ‘new normal’ and help to undo the structures of inequality that prevent countries from realising the universal right to education. The Guide is not intended to be prescriptive, but rather to provide EI member organisations across regions with an introduction to equity auditing processes within education, and an overview of key questions arising from the ongoing pandemic that need to be addressed through the auditing process.

Research shows that girls in emergencies are disadvantaged at all stages of education and are more likely to be out-of-school than in non-emergency settings. Girls are also struggling to learn. This solutions book seeks to highlight promising evidence-based actions in education for decision makers who are designing and implementing interventions to support girls’ education in low and middle-income country humanitarian settings and settings where education has been interrupted by the COVID‑19 pandemic. It documents practical examples of approaches that have been or are being tested, and from which lessons can be drawn.

A joint initiative from the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE), Education Cannot Wait (ECW) and the UN Girls’ Education Initiative (UNGEI), the EiE-GenKit is a core resource package for gender in education in emergencies. The EiE-GenKit is the first resource of its kind, providing education practitioners with practical tools to promote gender-responsive programming from crisis to peace and sustainable development.The EiE-GenKit is based on extensive research and consultation with the latest resources, evidence, new tools and good practice available in one easy-to-use package. The EiE-GenKit builds on existing humanitarian processes for a streamlined approach to gender-responsive EiE. The EiE-GenKit offers tools for practical and immediate use including checklists, tipsheets and assessment templates supporting practitioners to ensure that each phase of an EiE intervention is gender-responsive. Bridging the gap between what we know about gender-responsive EiE and the tools we need to make it happen, the EiE-GenKit aims to promote improved gender and education outcomes of learners living in crises.

It traces the changes that have brought EiE into global planning and action agendas and notes key milestones in the development of EiE as a recognized field. This report also looks to the future by recommending immediate and sustained actions to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4), inclusive and equitable quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all—including children and young people in crisis-affected contexts (UN, 2015).
