Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة اتجاهات واراء معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية حول دمج الأطفال ذوي الأحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس الابتدائية في مديرية تربية بغداد ـ الكرخ / 2 حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) معلما ومعلمة ، وقد استخدمت الدراسة اداة الاستبانة والتي شملت (30) فقرة ، و كانت تدرس الهدف الأول هو اتجاهات المعلمين نحو دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس الاعتيادية وقد توصلت الدراسة الى ان المعلمين كانت لديهم إتجاهات نحو الدمج ، كما أظهرت دلالة الفروق في اتجاهات المعلمين نحو الدمج على وفق متغيري الجنس (ذكور ، إناث ) و سنوات الخدمة (15 سنة فأقل ) و ( 16 سنة فأكثر ) الى وجود فروق تعزى لجنس الأناث في الاتجاه نحو الدمج، كذلك أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق تعزى لسنوات الخبرة حيث تبين انه كلما ازدادت سنوات الخبرة زادت عملية التقبل. Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research The study aimed to know the attitudes and opinions of primary school teachers about the integration of children with special needs in primary schools in the Baghdad Education Directorate - Karkh/2. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female teachers. The study used the questionnaire tool, which included (30) items. In terms of the first objective, which is teachers' attitudes towards integrating people with special needs in regular schools, the study concluded that teachers had attitudes towards inclusion, and it also showed the significance of differences in teachers' attitudes toward inclusion according to gender variables (males, females) and years of service (15), One year and less) and (16 years and over). Also, it indicated that there are differences due to female gender in the trend towards integration. 
التحليل جغرافي سياسي لمحددات تمكين المرأة في العراق Год публикации: 2020 Автор: Zainab Ali Mazloum, Lateef Kamel Kelaiwy يعد تمكين المرأة من الموضوعات الحديثة التي اهتمت بها الجغرافيا السياسية لاسيما بعد تبن الامم المتحدة في ثمانينيات القرن العشرين لاستراتيجية تمكين المرأة على خلفية التمييز القائم ضدهن على اساس النوع وحرمانهن من تكافؤ الفرص مقارنة بالذكور في ميادين التعلم والعمل فضلا عن رسم سياسة الدولة ، على ان التمكين السياسي للمرأة يرتكز على متغيرين اساسيين :اولهما ازالة المحددات التشريعية والادارية والاجتماعية التي تعيق المشاركة السياسية للمرأة وثانيهما ايجاد التدابير والاجراءات السياسية التي تدعم مشاركة المرأة وزيادة فاعليتها عبر تطوير قدراتها ، ناهيك عن توظيف تلك القدرات في الاطار المؤسسي للوحدات السياسية ، لذا تحرص الدول بمختلف مستوياتها وتوجهاتها ومنها العراق على ازالة فوارق النوع الاجتماعي وتمكين المرأة من خلال تحقيق التنمية الشاملة عامة والتنمية السياسية خاصة لكونها تحاكي التمكين السياسي ، بيد ان العراق قد تلكا كثيرا في هذا المجال بفعل كثرة التحولات السياسية والحروب التي طالت الدولة فضلا عن التحديات الكبيرة التي واجهت وما زالت تواجه صانع القرار السياسي العراقي بأبعادها المختلفة السياسية والامنية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، وعليه جاء هذا البحث ليتعرض الى المرتكزات السياسية والقانونية لتمكين المرأة في العراق علاوة على التطرق لمظاهر التمكين السياسي للمرأة فيه فضلا عن عرض ابرز محدداته في الدولة وتقديم الحلول الناجعة لها. حقوق المرآة السياسية في الإسلام ودورها في المجال السياسي Год публикации: 2020 Автор: Hussein Zubair Thalj Al-Fahdawi | Mayada Ali Abdel Nabi Karim الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات وتجبر العثرات وتنال المكرمات وصلى الله على البشير النذير والسراج المنير وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين . وقد كان من توفيق الله تعالى لي أن توصلت من خلال دراستي هذه إلى بعض النتائج أوجزها فيما يلي: كرم الإسلام إنسانية الإنسان فرفعها الى اسمى الدرجات ولم يفرق فيها بين الرجل والمرأة، ب ل جعل الانسان )رجلا وامرأة( اهم ما في هذا الكون، ولما كانت المرأة نصف المجتمع البشري وهي الأم والأخت والزوجة والبنت، فمن الطبيعي ان تشارك الرجل مشاركة كاملة في كل مظاهر الكرامة الإنسانية، والإسلام الزم الرجل والمرأة ان يتعلما وان يتفهما كل شيء ويتفقها في الدين والعلم، والزمهما بالجهاد السلمي لنشر العقيدة والمعاني السامية كلا في الحقل الذي يستطيع العمل فيه . اتضح من العرض السابق أن المشاركة المتزايدة للنساء في العمل السياسي تمثل عاملا محوريا لارتقاء بالمساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة، فالمرأة المشاركة في العمل السياسي . وأن مجالات العمل السياسي كافة يباح شرعا أن يتولاها من هو أهل لها رجلا كان أو امرأة، كما إن نظرة الإسلام للمرأة منبثقة من نظرة الإسلام للإنسان المكرم فلا تمايز ولا اختلاف، وأحكام الشريعة تقرر فيها المساواة وتحقيق العدالة والأصل هو تساوي المرأة والرجل في أصل الخلقة والتكاليف الشرعية، وما اختلف بينهما هو استثناء للأصل، وما كان استثناء فإنه لا يصح القياس علي ه .وأخيرا إنَّ ما في هذه البحث من صواب؛ فهو من الله عز وجل، وإنَّ كل ما فيها من خلل وقصور؛ فهو من نفسي ومن الشيطان، ولا يسعني في ختام هذه البح ث المتواضع إلا أن أحمد الله تعالى؛ فالحمد لله رب العلمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آلهِ وصحبه ومن والاه إلى يوم الدين The rights of political women in Islam and their role in the political sphere Год публикации: 2020 Автор: Hussein Zubair Thalj Al-Fahdawi | Mayada Ali Abdel Nabi Karim Praise be to God, who by His grace the righteousness is fulfilled and the pitfalls are forced and the honorees and may God’s prayers be granted to the foreboding Bashir and the enlightening OS and all his family and companions.And it was from the success of God Almighty for me to reach, through this study, some results. I summarize it as follows:Islam honored the humanity of man, so he raised it to the highest ranks and did not differentiate between it between a man and a woman. Rather, he made a man (a man and a woman) the most important thing in this universe. Human dignity, and Islam. A man and a woman are obligated to learn and understand everything and agree in religion and science, and commit them to peaceful jihad to spread the supreme belief and meanings both in the field in which he can work.It was clear from the previous presentation that the increased participation of women in political work is a pivotal factor for the advancement of gender equality and women's empowerment, as women participate in political action.And that all areas of political work are legally permissible to be assumed by whoever is her family, man or woman, just as the view of Islam for women is derived from the view of Islam for the honorable man, so there is no distinction or difference, and the provisions of the Sharia in which equality and justice are established and the origin is equal for women and men in the origin of creation and costs Legitimacy, and what is different between them is an exception to the original, and what was an exception, it is not correct to measure it.Finally, what is right in this research is from God Almighty, and all the defects and shortcomings in it are from myself and from Satan, and I cannot conclude this humble research except that Ahmed is the Most High, praise be to God, Lord of knowledge and prayer and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions and from his family to the Day of Judgment.

The study aims to show the impact of the Iraqi school on the Islamic Maghreb countries school in several aspects, To reach these goals, I choosed the descriptive-analytical approach in the global, and in some places I used the inductive approach, among the most important results that it reached: that the Iraqi Maliki school had an impact on the Islamic Maghreb countries school in several aspects: whether it was related to narrating their books, explaining them and taking care of them.

Bilingualism Between Mother Tongue (Arabic) Acquisition and Foreign Language (English) Learning Год публикации: 2015 Автор: Fuad Abdul Muttalib | Shafeeq Banat Организация-автор: AlMamon University College This research work considers the importance of learning of foreign languages, especially English, and their role in education, research, knowledge transfer, language and cultural growth. Language overlapping, between English and Arabic, leads sometimes to acute problems. To approach these problems, the work tries to discuss the acquisition of children of their mother tongue, its expansion and its use creatively in different disciplines.The work tackles the attraction of English to some experts in their fields, the thing that drives them to look suspiciously and down at Arabic accusing it of incompetence to catch up with new changes. Since language overlapping is an old problem, this has entailed a reference to Iben Khaldoun’s diagnosis of it with commentary. The work asserts eventually the essential use of Arabic as a language of education, research, culture and knowledge production, without neglecting foreign languages learning, above all English. The work is carried out in the light of the available studies on this issue.
