La multiplication des conflits armés et le choc du 7 octobre ont également eu des conséquences dramatiques. Cependant, quelques bonnes nouvelles sont aussi à noter, avec des avancées pour les droits des personnes LGBTI par exemple. TheNGO's teams of journalists and investigators paint a rather gloomy picture, with, in particular, a decline in women's rights, the dramatic consequences of global warming on the most vulnerable populations, a decline in the right to protest, and the proliferation of online hate around the world. The multiplication of armed conflicts and the shock of October 7 have also had dramatic consequences. However, there is some good news too, with advances in LGBTI rights for example. العنف في الوسط المدرسي:تقرير موضوعاتي Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research (CSEFRS) | United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) يقدم هذا التقرير نتائج تقييم العنف في الوسط المدرسي الذي أجراه المجلس الأعلى للتربية والتكوين والبحث العلمي، من خلال الهيئة الوطنية للتقييم، بشراكة مع منظمة اليونيسيف. ويسلط هذا التقرير الضوء على أهمية وجود بيئة مدرسية آمنة وخالية من العنف لضمان تعليم ذي جودة.الهدف الرئيسي لهذا التقييم يكمن في تقديم تشخيص مفصل لوضع العنـف في الوسط المدرسي في المغرب. وعليـه، تركــز الدراســة عـلـى قيــاس مــدى انتشــار هــذه الظاهــرة وتحديــد أشــكالها وتجلياتها المختلفة في الوســط المدرسي، وكــذا الفاعلـيـن المعنين بهــا، وهــي لا تســتهدف مرتكبــي العنــف فقــط، بــل أيضــا ضحايــاه مــن تلامذة وأطر تربوية. This report highlights the importance of a safe, violence-free school environment to ensure quality education.The main objective of this evaluation is to provide a detailed diagnosis of the situation of violence in the school environment in Morocco. Accordingly, the study focuses on measuring the extent of the spread of this phenomenon and identifying its various forms and manifestations in the school environment, as well as the actors involved in it. It does not only target the perpetrators of violence, but also its victims, including students and educational staff. La violence en Milieu scolaire: Rapport Thématique Год публикации: 2023 Организация-автор: Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research (CSEFRS) | United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Ce rapport présente les résultats de l’évaluation de la violence en milieu scolaire réalisée par le Conseil Supérieur de l’Éducation, de la Formation et de la Recherche Scientifique à travers l’Instance Nationale d’Évaluation en partenariat avec l’UNICEF. Il met en évidence l’importance d’un environnement scolaire sûr et sans violence pour garantir une éducation de qualité. L’objectif principal de cette évaluation est d’apporter un diagnostic détaillé sur la situation de la violence en milieu scolaire au Maroc. Elle vise ainsi à en mesurer la prévalence et à identifier les différentes formes et manifestations de celle-ci, ainsi que les acteurs impliqués, en ciblant, non seulement les auteurs de violence, mais également les victimes parmi les élèves et le personnel éducatif. Cette évaluation repose sur les résultats d’une enquête quantitative réalisée à la fin du premier trimestre de l’année scolaire 2021-2022, auprès de 260 établissements représentatifs à l’échelle nationale, avec la participation de 13 884 élèves représentant les trois cycles de l’enseignement (primaire, secondaire collégial et qualifiant), ainsi qu’une enquête qualitative menée dans 27 établissements.

For the black, indigenous and mestizo women of the Bajo Atrato, their bodies are a substantive part of the territories and, from there, they have built and defended it. The rivers, swamps and streams are the extension of their arms and legs, waters in which they remain submerged carrying out daily tasks together with other women, their sons and daughters. In said construction and defense, their body-territories have been severely dispossessed and violated. However, they have fought and resisted, and continue to do so despite enormous risks, serious human rights violations and state abandonment. In Women: dispossessed bodies and territories in the Bajo AtratoAnalytical and contextual elements are presented that help to understand the complex relationship between gender-based violence and the processes of defending the rights to land and territory. With the delivery of this report to the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP), the CINEP/PPP and the Inter-Church Commission for Justice and Peace, within the framework of the Vamos por la Paz project, provide relevant information to case 004, which prioritizes the events that occurred in the region of Urabá, Bajo Atrato and Darién. Para las mujeres negras, indígenas y mestizas del Bajo Atrato sus cuerpos son parte sustantiva de los territorios y, desde allí, lo han construido y defendido. Los ríos, ciénagas y quebradas son la extensión de sus brazos y sus piernas, aguas en las que permanecen sumergidas desarrollando labores cotidianas junto a otras mujeres, sus hijos e hijas. En dicha construcción y defensa, sus cuerpos-territorios han sido fuertemente despojados y violentados. Sin embargo, ellas han luchado y resistido, y lo siguen haciendo a pesar de los enormes riesgos, las graves violaciones a los derechos humanos y el abandono estatal. En Mujeres: cuerpos y territorios despojados en el Bajo Atrato se presentan elementos analíticos y contextuales que ayudan a comprender la compleja relación entre las violencias basadas en género y los procesos de defensa de los derechos a la tierra y el territorio. Con la entrega de este informe a la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP), el Cinep/PPP y la Comisión Intereclesial de Justicia y Paz, en el marco del proyecto Vamos por la Paz, aportan información relevante al caso 004, que prioriza los hechos ocurridos en la región de Urabá, Bajo Atrato y Darién.
