2020년 국가수준 초·중학생 디지털 리터러시 수준 측정 연구 Год публикации: 2021 Автор: 정진명 | 이현숙 | 김주환 | 이운지 | 류기곤 | 김경아 | 조규복 | 구찬동 Организация-автор: 한국교육학술정보원 2020년 국가수준 초중등학생의 디지털 리터러시 수준 측정 연구는 우리나라 초·중학생의 디지털 리터러시를 측정하고, 초·중학생의 디지털 리터러시 수준에 영향을 미치는 학교 환경과 관련 수업 및 교사 인식 등을 비교분석하여 주요 특징과 과제 및 개선방안을 제시하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 또한 2020년 코로나19로 인하여 전면적인 원격교육이 일정기간 동안 시행되는 등 교육 환경에 기존과 다른 특수한 환경적 변수가 있었던 만큼 그로 인하여 학생의 디지털 리터러시와 교수학습 및 교사 인식에 어떠한 변화가 있었는지를 조사 분석하여 포스트 코로나19 교육 환경 변화에 대응하고자 하는 목적이 있다. 본 저작물은 한국교육학술정보원에서 2021년 작성하여 공공누리 제 4유형으로 개방한 ‘2020년 국가수준 초·중학생 디지털 리터러시 수준 측정 연구(정진명 외)’를 이용하였으며 해당 저작물은 한국교육학술정보원(www.keris.or.kr)에서 무료로 다운받으실 수 있습니다. 
포스트 코로나 시대, 성인문해교육과 디지털 리터러시 Год публикации: 2020 Автор: 길혜지 Организация-автор: 국가평생교육진흥원 본 연구에서는 코로나 19로 가속화된 디지털 전환기 및 디지털 격차 문제를 인식하면서 문해의 새로운 영역인 디지털 리터러시의 개념 및 프레임워크를 살펴본다. 또한 디지털 정보격차의 실태와 성인문해교육의 맥락에서 디지털 리터러시 관련 교육에 대한 정부지원 현황을 알아본다. 본 연구의 결론에서는 학습자의 디지털 리터러시 교육 요구에 대한 실증 자료에 기반하여 국가수준에서 디지털 리터러시 교육 표준을 마련하고, 커리큘럼 및 교재를 개발하여 보급함으로써, 다양한 교육기관에서 유사 교육과정을 운영하거나 교사 및 강사 중심으로 교육 프로그램을 운영해 온 한계를 개선하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다고 기대한다.

The main aim of the study was to explore and analyze the realities of the Multilingual Education (MLE) programme being practiced in seven schools from six different districts. The MLE programme was launched by the Department of Education (DOE) with the technical assistance of the Government of Finland in 2007. Nepal Government has planned to implement MLE in 300 schools in the coming years but there have been no comprehensive studies conducted to give an accurate picture of the MLE programme. In this context, the present study was carried out.

The text also presents different controversies that revolve around the concept of citizenship in light of various theoretical conceptions, and a position is assumed that favors its application in educational proposals in an international context. Even revealing the sources that generate the conception of the formation of citizens throughout history presupposes analyzing the synergies that characterize the models of citizenship and the educational projection of each educational stage. The importance of reflecting on the rationality of pedagogical decisions includes an exercise to recognize the challenge that the new challenges of our time imply, from the training processes for the exercise of global citizenship. En el texto también se presentan diferentes controversias que gravitan alrededor del concepto de ciudadanía a la luz de varias concepciones teóricas, y se asume una postura que favorece su aplicación en propuestas educativas en un contexto internacional. Incluso, develar las fuentes que generan la concepción de la formación de los ciudadanos a lo largo de la historia presupone analizar en las sinergias que caracterizan los modelos de ciudadanía y la proyección educativa que cada etapa educacional. La importancia de reflexionar sobre la racionalidad de las decisiones pedagógicas comprende un ejercicio para reconocer el desafío que implica los nuevos retos de nuestro tiempo, desde los procesos de formación para el ejercicio de la ciudadanía global. 
Child Labour in Kyrgyzstan: A Persisting Problem Год публикации: 2022 Организация-автор: Central Asian Bureau for Analytical Reporting (CABAR) Experts note that in the presence of a systematic approach of the Kyrgyz Government to solve the problem of child labor, a number of challenges remain in practice. This article examines some of the reasons for the involvement of children in the labor market, including economic instability, mass migration of the population, rising poverty levels, the influence of local customs and traditions. The article also provides an overview of relevant statistical data and some national initiatives aimed at eliminating child labor. Данная статья рассматривает некоторые причины вовлечения детей в рынок труда, среди которых экономическая нестабильность, массовая миграция населения, рост уровня бедности, влияние местных обычаев и традиций. В статье также приведен обзор релевантных статистических данных и некоторых национальных инициатив, направленных на искоренение детского труда.
