Wilner | Claire-Jehanne Dubouloz Depuis 2001, une grande partie de l'activité terroriste en Europe, en Amérique du Nord et en Australie a impliqué des Occidentaux radicalisés inspirés par Al Qaïda. Décrite comme un « terrorisme venant de l’intérieur », leurs auteurs sont des citoyens et des résidents qui sont nés, ont grandi et ont été éduqués dans les pays qu'ils attaquent. Alors que la plupart des chercheurs et des décideurs conviennent que la radicalisation joue un rôle central pour convaincre les Occidentaux d'embrasser le terrorisme, peu de recherche étudie d’une manière adéquate les processus internes et cognitifs inhérents à la radicalisation. La théorie de la pédagogie transformative, développée à partir des sciences de l'éducation, de la santé et de la réadaptation, fournit une manière peu commune et interdisciplinaire de comprendre le processus de radicalisation. Cette théorie suggère que le changement de comportement de manière durable peut se produire lorsque la réflexion critique et le développement de nouveaux systèmes de croyance personnelle sont provoqués par des facteurs déclencheurs spécifiques.

В шестой главе публикации можно найти анализ текущего состояния и вопросов, стоящих по внедрению образования в интересах мира, устойчивого развития и в духе глобальной гражданственности в различных субрегионах Азии, включая Центральной Азии. Во-первых, глава раскрывает реформы в школьном образовании в постсоветской Центральной Азии, которые проводились в целях удовлетворения потребности в быстром создании собственной государственности в странах региона, которые не были готовы к независимости при распаде СССР. Во-вторых, в главе подчеркивается трансформация понимания советского восприятия образования как «общего блага» и его вытеснение, по крайней мере, на уровне политического дискурса, с неустанным акцентом на образование как инструмента развития «человеческих ресурсов» с учетом спроса рынка на компетенции.Глобальное сообщество обязалось достичь целей устойчивого развития (ЦУР), включая ЦУР4 по образованию, к 2030 году. It is the direct result of a Higher Education Forum held in June 2006 on the responsibility of higher education for citizenship, human rights and sustainability. This forum was a part of the Council of Europe's long-standing commitment to work in the area of education for democratic citizenship and human rights. It complements earlier work on the public responsibility for higher education and research which led to a recommendation of the Committee of Minister to the member states of the Council of Europe in 2007. If our aim is to work for sustainable democratic societies, the responsibility of public authorities for a high-quality higher education system must go hand in hand with the responsibility of higher education institutions towards the advancement of society.

We found that the communication strategy of the Directorate General of National Security plays an important role in the process of reducing the risk of child abduction in Algeria through the preventive communication strategy aimed at protecting children from abduction.
