إعداد المعلم العربي للألفية الثالثة : تحديات واتجاهات Год публикации: 2007 Автор: جرار، سمير Организация-автор: Lebanese Association for Educational Studies (LAES) يستعرض البحث التحديات والتوجهات الخاصة بالإعداد المستقبلي للمعلمين في الدول العربية والحاجة إلى تمهين التعليم مع المحافظة على نوعيته وجودته في عصر المعلومات ومجتمع المعرفة. وبعد الحديث عن مسيرة إعداد المعلمين في البلدان العربية وتدريبهم يدعو الباحث إلى إعادة النظر في عملية الإعداد بحيث تتوافق مع الرؤية الجديدة للتعلم ولوظيفة المعلم في آن واحد، كما يدعو إلى تعزيز الشراكة بين كليات التربية وبين المدارس المتعاونة معها للقيام بمهمة الإعداد. ويشدد البحث على أهمية اعتماد قواعد جديدة لاختيار المرشحين لدخول مهنة التعليم مع السعي لتجديد برامج إعداد المعلمين في المستوى الجامعي بصورة مستمرة وتشجيع التعليم الذاتي للطالب المعلم. ويبرز البحث كذلك أهمية اعتماد إجراءات أصبحت شائعة في البلدان المتقدمة مثل الترخيص لممارسة مهنة التعليم، وإجازة برامج الإعداد، ومعايير الترقي المهني للمعلمين، ويدعو أخيراً إلى إنشاء مركز متخصص بالبحث في تقنيات التعلم والتعليم وكيفية تكوين المعلم العربي الجديد. Preparing Arab Teachers for the 3rd Millennium: Trends & Challenges Год публикации: 2007 Автор: جرار، سمير Организация-автор: Lebanese Association for Educational Studies (LAES) The chapter outlines the challenges and trends in teacher preparation in Arab states. The need is to improve instruction and raise its quality in the knowledge-based societies. After discussing the history of teacher preparation in Arab countries, the author advocates a re-examination of the training process, so that it conforms to new visions of education and the ever changing role of the teacher. He also advocates partnerships between Faculties of Education and schools, so that they can carry out the task of preparation. The chapter stresses the importance of adopting new criteria for accepting newcomers to the teaching profession; seeking to renew teacher training programs at the university level on a continuing basis. The author highlights the importance of adopting measures that have become common, such as teacher certification and program accreditation, training programs and promotion and setting standards for teachers. Finally, it calls for establishing a research center specialized in teaching and instructional methods. The center will produce professional models for preparing teachers. 
التربية على المواطنة وحقوق الإنسان Год публикации: 2010 Автор: محمد حالي يقدم هذا المقال تعريفات لمقوّمات مفهوم التربية على المواطنة بأبعاده الثلاثة، على خلفية حالة المغرب، انطلاقاً من أن التربية على المواطنة تتوخى "تنمية الوعي بالحقوق والمسؤوليات الفردية والجماعية، والتدرب على ممارستها، وتستمد وظيفتها المجتمعية من مساهمتها في تكوين الإنسان/المواطن القادر على السير بالمجهود التحديثي والتنموي لبلاده إلى الأمام، في وقت تزايدت فيه انتظارات المواطنين، ومستلزمات العالم الذي نعيش فيه". أما الأبعاد الثلاثة فهي: 1) البعد الفلسفي والقيمي: 2) البعد السياسي والقانوني 3) البعد الاجتماعي والثقافي. إلى ذلك، فإن المقال يعالج المحاور التي تتكامل في تقديم المفهوم: 1) التربية على المواطنة بتعريفاتها المختلفة (ومنها أنها تشكل" هدفاً أسمى لكل نظام تربوي") ،؛ و2) مواصفات المواطن الصالح والقيم المعلنة في " الميثاق الوطني للتربية والتكوين" (القيم الإسلامية ووقيم الهوية الحضارية،ن وقيم المواطنة، وقيم حقوق الإنسان)؛ 3) غايات التربية على المواطنة؛ 4) أهداف التربية على المواطنة؛ 5) الكفايات المرجعية المرتبطة بالتربية على المواطنة؛ 6) وسائل وطرق تحقيق الأهداف؛ 7) علاقة التربية على المواطنة بالتربية على حقوق الإنسان. وتختم المقالة بالإشارة إلى أن التربية على المواطن وحقوق الإنسان "تتم بواسطة ثلاث قنوات أساسية، تتعاضد في ما بينها وتتكامتل أهدافها وهي: العائلة، البيئة الاجتماعية والسياسية، والمدرسة". Education on Citizenship and Human Rights Год публикации: 2010 Автор: محمد حالي This article presents definitions for the determinants of the concept of education on citizenship, in its three principles, using Morocco as a background, considering that education on citizenship aims at “Developing awareness of the rights and responsibilities, both individual and collective, training on practicing it and that citizenship derives its social function from its contribution to the formation of the human being/citizen who is capable of carrying forward the modernizing and developmental effort of his country, at a time where the citizens’ expectations and the living requirements of today’s world are growing”.The three dimensions of the definition are: 1) the philosophic and value dimension; 2) the legal and political dimension; 3) the social and cultural dimension. In addition, the article deals with the parameters that complement each other in presenting the concept: 1) Education on citizenship with its different definitions; 2) The attributes of the Good Citizen and the declared values in the Moroccan “National Charter of Education and Training” (namely the Islamic values, values of the civil identity, identity values and human rights values); 3) the aims of education on citizenship; 4) the objectives of education on citizenship; 5) The relevant reference capacities; 6) Means and ways of implementing the objectives; 7) the relationship between education on citizenship and the education on human rights. The article concludes by pointing that education on citizenship in practiced through three main channels that synergize and integrate their objectives: the family, the social environment and the school”.

Adolescents in a Changing World: The Case for Urgent Investment Год публикации: 2024 Организация-автор: World Health Organization (WHO) | United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) This report focuses on the strong returns on investment associated with investing in adolescent health and well-being. Today, adolescents make up more than 16% of the world's population. They are a demographic that is often overlooked or misunderstood. Investments in adolescents can reduce inequalities and help to protect their human rights. The economic and social returns from a wide range of investments to address adolescent well-being are significant. The report makes a compelling case for investing in adolescents, they are living in a world facing multifaceted crises, and they will be tomorrow's changemakers and leaders. The staggering cost of inaction is estimated at US$110 trillion over a period of 27 years (2024-50). That amounts to 7.7% of the total GDP of those countries included in the models, which themselves include around 80% of the world's population. Many interventions will yield high returns, including those focused on health services and multisectoral interventions, for example on SRHR, HPV, TB, myopia, education and training, child marriage and road accident prevention. This evidence base is crucial for policymakers, practitioners, researchers, educators, donors, and civil society organizations as we map the road ahead for a better and more sustainable future. Investing in adolescent health and well-being strengthens the human capital of a country, and hence a country's potential for future development and for ending extreme poverty and creating more inclusive societies.

The report provides an analysis of inclusive education in Arab countries with the aim of formulating future recommendations, although the report focuses specifically on persons with disability. It acknowledges that other categories of learners suffer from marginalization and are unable to benefit from educational opportunities. It addresses the obstacles and challenges that prevent inclusion, and addresses the progress made and the progress needed to make comprehensive quality education a reality in the Arab region. The report stresses the need for organized and systematic cooperation between teachers, schools and the educational community. It calls on governments to implement immediate measures to assign responsibilities related to learners with disabilities to the Ministry of Education, and urges them to allocate adequate funding to develop effective and implementable plans and mobilize national commitment to inclusive education for all. Le rapport fournit une analyse de l'éducation inclusive dans les pays arabes dans le but de formuler des recommandations futures, bien qu'il se concentre spécifiquement sur les personnes en situation de handicap. Il reconnaît que d'autres catégories d'apprenants souffrent de marginalisation et ne peuvent pas bénéficier des opportunités éducatives. Il aborde les obstacles et défis qui empêchent l'inclusion, ainsi que les progrès réalisés et ceux nécessaires pour faire de l'éducation de qualité une réalité dans la région arabe. Le rapport souligne la nécessité d'une coopération organisée et systématique entre les enseignants, les écoles et la communauté éducative.
